Do NOT ever consider using Keely Harper as a florist for any event, save yourself the headache and the trauma. I have never worked with someone so unprofessional in my life. Keely ...

showed up an hour before we were supposed to be set up for my wedding and was still putting together the boutonniere and bouquets' in her car. I provided very clear visuals and presentation of my floral expectations and not only were they nothing like I requested, they actually looked like weeds she gathered and pulled off the side of the road. She, also, forgot an entire set of flowers she was supposed to provide for decorations. Keely showed up two days late to pick up my bouquet from the venue to have preserved after the wedding, which resulted in my bouquet being lost. After all this, I still wanted to give the opportunity for her to redeem herself and she promised to make a preservation with similar flowers from my wedding in the frame I provided. I continually checked in with her over the course of a few months (my wedding was in May) and was told it would be done soon. I just reached out to her again in January of the following year and she claimed I had the wrong number. After confirming who I was she BLOCKED me. This was the final straw. I have been waiting to post my review with the hopes of her being a decent person and following through but she is just a horrible vendor and the most unprofessional person I have ever met in my life. Keely, I hope you see and read this...maybe you can unblock me and at least give me my frame back.

he ignored my calls and texts. When she finally showed up she presented me with half dead/wilted flowers. My bouquet had ants all over it and was soaking wet and hideous. I asked for something simple with sunflowers and burgundy to match. She brought me a bunch of green chewed up leaves. My centerpieces were supposed to be mason jars with string lights and instead she put a bunch of random flowers half empty into giant ugly vases and left them on the porch in front of my bridal suite. I watched her throw together an arbor piece last minute in her car and it looked like a pile of dead weeds and was supposed to be big beautiful sunflowers. She zip tied my bouquets and spray painted them. She is the worst at communicating and honestly didn’t seem like she was sober when she showed up. She’s rude and slow and a liar. She said she’s never done this before when really, she’s done this to multiple brides. I am trying to get a refund as we didn’t use any of her hideous dead arrangements. She is horrible and lazy. Do not recommend her at all. She did not help make my day special at all. Please please don’t book her. She needs to stop trying to be a business woman.
