Our wedding at The Seville on November 1st, 2025 was absolutely perfect. From the very beginning, the staff was incredibly warm, kind, and accommodating — and that never changed, e...ven up until a few days before the wedding when I was having a full-blown meltdown over place cards! They constantly reassured me that they were there to support me and our wedding day, and they truly meant it. Every text or question I sent was answered promptly, and they were flexible and understanding with all of our requests.
The food was phenomenal, and the open bar was top-notch. Huge shoutout to Phillip, our bartender — the moment he saw me heading his way, he already had my drink mixed and sliding across the counter by the time I arrived. That kind of personal touch really made the night unforgettable.
We also forgot our welcome sign, but the staff didn’t miss a beat — they set up a screen outside the venue entrance to greet our guests without even being asked. At the end of the night, when I was emotional (and a little inebriated), they carefully packed up every single item for us — our cake, flowers, decorations, and personal belongings — and made sure everything was sent home safely with our families.
The day-of coordinator deserves endless praise. I wish I remembered her name because she was truly wonderful. Right before walking down the aisle, I broke down thinking about my late brother, and she didn’t hesitate to pull me into a hug, comfort me, and then straighten my hair and veil before sending me on my way. That small act of kindness meant the world to me.
The Seville being all-inclusive made wedding planning so much less stressful than juggling multiple vendors, and their team genuinely cares about their couples. I have zero complaints — only gratitude. If I could do it all over again, I would choose The Seville every single time. ❤️
