The Riverview

ng easy for us and were so great to work with. The grounds and dining halls are beautiful with a spectacular view, the food was delicious, and the service was wonderful. They were extremely affordable as well! We had an amazing wedding and are so thankful for the Riverview team!

ssional employees I have ever seen for any time of organization. The food was incredible- and that's not coming from JUST my wife and I. Every one of our guests stated that they had never been to a wedding where each and every dish was delicious. We are extremely thankful for everything. It made our special day perfect. We would highly recommend the Riverview for any couple who are taking that finally step to forever.

edding tasks to seek out. Staff were absolutely wonderful! The bartender remembered our drinks and delivered them when we would get stopped by our guests to chat. THAT was a fantastic nice touch. The waitstaff met the needs of our guests. We give this venue 4.5 only because 1) our guests were not told the cocktail hour would be followed by a main course. Many filled up on cocktail hour food because they were not aware of a bigger meal coming shortly 2) some people tried sitting in the main reception area instead of the patio where the reception was being held. Not all the guests were told to stay on the patio and not migrate to the reception area just yet. 3) There was not a sign for our guests to know to heard down stairs for our reception. Some of our guests signed in at the wedding upstairs. Other than that, we really truly loved the site. It was perfect for our small wedding. We would do it again there.

e!! Natalie was an absolute dream to work with!! She helped me every step of the way!! They met our budget and gave us all the bells and whistles. It was SO amazing, I have 2 girlfriends that want to have their weddings here as well!! The food was great, the cake was stunning and the service was on point!! And the View!!!! You MUST have your next event here!!! MUST! Sincerely Happy Happy Bride!

e out dream wedding a reality.

icious Anna our (team leader/bride attendant) was on fire , attentive always came before I could need anything...priced to suit our needs! Loved loved loved EVERYTHING ABOUT OUR SPECIAL DAY AT THE RIVERVIEW!! My husband said the next day that if they told him when he died he could relive a day it would b our wedding at the riverview

our wedding dreams come true on a budget! The total package was incredible... flowers, cake, top shelf liquor, cocktail hour, champagne toast, four course meal! The most bang for your buck in this industry by far. We researched a lot of places and noone compares to the Riverview. A few minor hiccups but.... We had the time of our lives! Jason Price is the coolest, most professional, flexible, stand up guy! He delivered.... house DJ Partytyme Louie Vega kept people on the dance floor! We had the best wedding ever elegant and affordable on the Hudson. Natalie is sweet as pie and is great with personal touches. The runners were worth every penny.... Ana our bridal attendant was sweet and proficient. We can't Praise the team enough. Janet King of Eastchester the house florist is the best! Her flowers were awesome... Finally Fleetwood Bakery made the prettiest, tastiest cake every! Although it was missing the rhinestone borders we are more than satisfied with the team, we are elated....can't wait to do business with them again Jason is the Best in the business!!!!! We love you guys...the Riverview rocks and is now Family!

& knowledgable. Our maitre'd Jason was awesome as well. The whole night went very smoothly, we didn't have to worry about anything. Overall it was a great experience & night & I would definitely recommend The Riverview!

om the very first tour we took till the day of the wedding went smoothly! Natalie was amazing, making sure we had everything we needed as well as Jason, Rafaella and everyone else there at the riverview! I used all of their vendors, which made it super easy and everyone was professional and knew what they were doing!! I cannot wait to visit again!!!!!

hought she was sweet. But when time got closer to the event, I noticed she was not reliable. She didn't set a day for our tasting, we had to call to remind her. She complained about other brides while meeting with us. She didn't explain well the package we bought because when we showed up to the florist for the "included center pieces" the florist had to explain it is a percentage off of the centerpiece-not free centerpieces. The cake was included, but if we wanted anything more than icing we had to pay and that wasn't explained either. Then the week of, Natalie misplaced my information and so charged me 3 different times. My friends mother who was helping me had to pay once-cash full price upfront exact change. Then the day of Natalie stressed us out because our guests started arriving for cocktail hour and she said we had to settle our bill now or no one was going to be served! Not only that, she wasn't prepared because we had a problem with how many guests we were supposed to have and favors-an easy problem to resolve before hand but we weren't told of this until we arrived after the ceremony! Not only of this rude and negligent behavior, but she left before the end of the event-so she didn't oversee anything. Thankfully I had people in my family to help make sure things got done, but my guests shouldn't have to do this, that's what I hired the reception hall to do! The chef was amazing and produced excellent food for our guests, so it is unfortunate that I can't leave a good review for her.

amazing overlooking the water from inside and from the gazebo outdoors. Awesome bartenders they know how to make a great drink.

care of me and my husband, but very attentively looked after our guests as well. The food was delicious, beyond my expectations for wedding food certainly, and every detail was perfect. We had our ceremony out on the gorgeous gazebo which overlooks the Hudson, followed by an outdoor Cocktail Hour and finally dinner inside. The view was phenomenal, the care given to us was exceptional and the wedding was absolutely more than I could have dreamed of. Thank you all so much!!

ar and she is the best at what she does. It is rare to find someone who can be professional and personable at the same time. My bridal attendant was spectacular. She took care of all my needs even while working a wedding before ours. Leticia our line chef was so sweet and she made sure we were happy with our food selection. She is a gem and I hope the Riverview knows what they have with her.

food was fantastic, and the view was perfect. The upper room definitely has the better view so try to book that one. What's great about this venue is that we will be able to go back twice a year to celebrate Mother's Day at their annual brunch and ring in the new year at their New Year's Eve celebration. We couldn't have been happier with our choice!

reception halls and venues. The Westchester location is truly unbeatable for guests coming from NYC, NJ or CT- which was a factor in why we chose it. But, the most significant factor in our choice was its a beautiful setting- it has sweeping views of the Palisades and Hudson River... and I mean breathtaking. They have lovely outdoor and indoor space to compliment their million dollar views. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception at The Riverview and worked with Jason Price, he is super knowledgable and helpful throughout the entire process and was our go-to-guy on the day of our wedding. Everything was perfect. We used their recommendations for the flowers, the cake and the officiant. And I was very satisfied with those vendors- we received many compliments on our flowers and the officiant. The space, the location, the setting, the staff and service make The Riverview a perfect venue for your wedding. I will have beautiful photos and memories for years to come!

nd views are beautiful. I was complemented on the cocktail and venetian hours. The only issues I had was the top shelf liquors wasnt what we were expecting so definitely ask about that and I was told by my guests after the wedding that the steak and chicken dinners were extremely dry. Those issues didnt compare to the over all fantastic experience we had. They are great and would definitely recommend them.

felt very taken care of! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue!

ing an evening event. Natalie Uzzi was my coordinator at The Riverview and she is absolutely amazing. Natalie was so helpful and I am so glad I had her to help me with my big day. All my guests loved the venue and the food, so all good there. Now for some of the not so good. It took a while to get my contract, even though I had put down 50%. I took a strong worded email to final get the contract and an apology. Our first tasting had none of the items from the menu we received, so we asked for a second tasting so we could taste what we had put on our RSVP cards. I just didn't understand going in to taste that weren't on there menu, and I really did't want to send out a second set of RSVPs to accomodate the venue. Even worse The food we tasted the second time was better then what we had at the wedding. At the second tasting the Chateaubriand Bordelaise came with a beautiful mushroom reduction, at the wedding it was just the piece of meat. My husband sent his back because it was overcooked and lacked the reduction. At the second tasting the CBB was served with "Jack's Potatoes" which we loved, and were suprised that they were not served on our wedding day. Also the wines we had at the tasting were not the same that were served at the wedding, if that matters to you get it in writing. I am very upset to have missed my whole cocktail hour. I should have had our attendant pull me 2 of each apps as I was unable to taste anything. This was because as I came into the venue I was informed there was an event in our cocktail room an hour after our cocktail hour. When I picked the Deluxe package I thought that we would have the whole place to ourselves. I also was told during our second tasting that we had the whole place from my planner. I also found it kind of rude to come and tell me we had to be out at 7:00 sharp. I spoke to the owner who basically discounted what I had to say and did not seam concerned in the least that I was upset. He said I must have misunderstood, and seamed to have no concern for the inconvenience. Then I was presented with a bill. I found that funny since I paid our palace in full as per the email i received at the second tasting. Brides beware, they tried to charge me for my vendor meals, when I had a 100 plate guarantee and only 85 plates used. This was also discussed at the second tasting, but apparently the owner "forgot". I was also billed for Table linens, which I thought were included. Brides confirm that so you are not handed a bill 15 minutes into you cocktail hour and have it ruined. One of the other reasons I missed my cocktail hour was I was up at the door (until I got my brother to take over) directing my guest where to go, something I would have thought one of the staff would do. I had also gone through everything with the person I thought was going to be running my wedding, only to find out the owner replaced him with some one else. For all the work I had done to make sure I enjoyed my cocktail hour, and make sure set up went well, and even a breakdown of tables and meals just went out the window. The person running my wedding did add the ice cream bar for the troubles I had during the cocktail hour. Not like we didn't have cake and the viennese table. I am happy to say I did enjoy my wedding, I just wish I had enjoy

viated my stress in many ways. I am so happy I chose this place for our special day. Affordable, classy, and gorgeous despite the rainy weather. Thanks so much for superseding my expectations!!!!

ve no bad complaint about them and look forward to working with them in the future
