The Rev For Whatev

so special & I cannot recommend her enough!

and she put it together to flow perfectly. Anne helped us make decisions that felt true to us, but would appease more religious family members. She even graciously stuck around to give a blessing before dinner. We felt like she really wanted to get to know us during the planning process and was excited to help us make our ceremony our own. She also had a great idea to solve my dilemma of wanting to walk down the aisle solo but not hurt my dad's feelings. Many of our guests commented on how beautiful our ceremony was. No complaints! We highly recommend her services.

been booked. Val and Anne didn't even bat an eye and said absolutely no problem at all. Our officiant was Val and we knew immediately after we got off the call with her that she was the right person to marry us. We are not religious people and wanted a very simple ceremony and Rev4WhatEv was able to do that for us. We where able to have as much or as little input as we wanted. I had multiple guests come up to me after our ceremony to let us know how amazing our officiant did. Val emailed us the day before letting us know she had had some voice issues and if we wanted to have Anne preform the ceremony that she would, but Val sounded just fine at our rehearsal so we felt okay having her give the ceremony. We are so glad that we did! Val lead our rehearsal the night before with ease and we all felt prepared for the actual ceremony. We were so happy with our experience with Rev4WhatEv. I would highly suggest booking them for your big day!

le come up to me during the reception and after our wedding telling us how beautiful the ceremony was. Rev Anne was amazing to work with and I cannot recommend her enough for anyone seeking an officiant.

to make everyone laugh and smile, and we could not have asked for a better person to officiate our wedding. We plan to have Anne again for other important life events!

ique and personalized to us. Reverend Anne was a big help in having our day run smoothly and was great at putting a smile on everyone’s face. I couldn’t have imagined having anyone else officiate our wedding and would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

d us through everything and made us feel totally confident going into the big day. We definitely recommend making her a part of your wedding!

r notes and comments and crafted the most beautiful ceremony we could imagine. We would highly recommend her to anyone!

er energy was contagious, and she was a trooper doing our rehearsal outside in the rain. I highly recommend Anne to anyone who is looking for an officiant. She has so many options whatever your wishes are, whether you prefer religious, secular, short n sweet, more detailed, there are endless options! She was also super fast mailing our marriage license to the county. Thank you Anne for making our day so special.

remony option, so Rev. Anne added in a few quotes we requested, and wrote up a personalized section for our Unity Ceremony. She did a great job running an informative & helpful rehearsal for our us and our families/wedding party as well. We would absolutely recommend her to other couples!!

ery moving. She is inclusive and really listens to what you want and what is important to you. I got so many compliments of her from my guests. You will not be disappointed if you go with Rev. Anne!

er prices! I loved how flexible she was with creating my ceremony, she is willing to make it a much or as little religious as you prefer. I was given several ceremony examples which made creating my ceremony so easy! She was also quick to respond to any questions. I was very grateful that she submitted the marriage license for us after the wedding; one less thing to worry about. Thank you again Reverend Anne, you made our wedding perfect and memorable!!

beautifully without a microphone for those gathered on the front yard to hear (even our elderly attendees)! About an hour before the ceremony she ran the wedding party through a quick rehearsal, and thanks to her expert direction, that was all we needed for things to run smoothly. She was a delight to work with and her reassuring presence kept the ceremony as stress-free as it could be. We're so happy we were able to find someone who could accommodate the balance of a "partly-religious" ceremony we were looking for. Our attendees with both religious and non-religious backgrounds felt that the ceremony went beautifully.

edding that were truly important to us. My husband and I wanted a mesh of religious elements with more spiritual elements for our ceremony, and Anne perfectly captured that. She consistently updated the full script of what she would say on the day of as changes needed to be made, so we could be fully aware of what would be said. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, my husband and I had to change our wedding plans 3 times before we were finally successful. For our second wedding plan, Anne already had a personal commitment, but that did not stop her from reaching out to a colleague to find us a replacement right away, something that was absolutely not required of her but so so appreciated! Thankfully, for our third and final plan, Anne was free, and she agreed to travel three hours from our original wedding location to officiate our wedding during a pandemic. We got so many complements on her sincerity during our ceremony. If you’re looking for an officiant who will go the extra mile (literally), The Rev for Whatev (Reverend Anne) is definitely your best bet!

he sent us ceremony samples and rough drafts of our finalized ceremony for us to approve it. Rev. Val performed our wedding ceremony and was even able to come to our rehearsal! She was amazing! Val made sure that everything was seamless and flowed well. She offered advice when I wasn't sure how I wanted people to walk down the aisle. Val made sure our rings and hand written vows were in hand and ready for the ceremony. She also checked in with the DJ and made sure everything was perfectly on time. Even though our ceremony was on the simple side, Val gave it personality and meaning. We even had people ask us how Val knew us afterwards because she seemed so personable! We definitely plan on recommending them to others!

bit just felt like such a great fit - she was kind, listened, and got our sense of humor! It was very important to me that our officiant was someone we could feel comfortable around, and she did just that. As my now husband had never been to a wedding before, she had sent us all different kinds of ceremonies to review and explain all the details that would take place. She was very patient with our oh-so-many questions and was a huge help! We ended up writing our own variation for our ceremony with her help and Anne did an amazing job during the ceremony! Anne spoke with elegance, diction, and love. Though we had only communicated over email and phone prior to the wedding, she felt like a true friend who was marrying us that day. She shared the excitement with us during the entire process which made it even more special. Anne also helped to take care of the marriage license/certificate for us after the ceremony so we could enjoy ourselves and go straight to the honeymoon. By the time we had returned home the paperwork was waiting for us at home. She made it so easy - would definitely recommend!

out us and our likes and hobbies to get to know us. She sent us several ceremonies that she has performed that went along with some of the aspects we wanted. We wanted a non-religious ceremony and along those lines she sent us numerous readings that she thought would work with our ceremony. The bride and I went through all the ceremonies and picked out the parts from each that we liked the most and built our ceremony. Rev. Anne was great on the day of as well and gave a fantastic ceremony. We, and all of our guests, were very impressed with her delivery. I highly recommend Reverend Anne for your wedding. She is absolutely fantastic!

e disappointed.

encounter with an officiant that reminded me at least 3 times that he was "the first officiant in the knot hall of fame", I knew I needed someone a little easier to work with. Anne was on my venue list of recommended vendors and I could tell from the first communication with her that she would be much easier to work with. She let us know up front that she wouldn't be able to officiate our wedding due to a schedule conflict but she had a very qualified colleague that would be available. Anne helped us personalize the ceremony script to be exactly what we wanted and we got very positive feedback from our guests about how nice it was. Val was our officiant the day of and was personable, professional, and kind. She helped coordinate the ceremony so it went off without a hitch and took care of sending in our marriage license.

with meeting over FaceTime instead of driving to New Lenox. Because of her, our rehearsal felt organized and relaxed instead of chaotic, and our ceremony went as perfectly as it could have.

ed a beautiful, perfect one that felt exactly like us. They were always kind, prompt, and so easy to work with. Thank you for our perfect day!!

tions and the ceremony she provided was beautiful. All of our guests raved about her! If you are looking for a reverend Anne is your lady!

walked away for my then finace and I to discuss, a woman came over and slipped us a note that said, "this is the phone number of the woman who officiated my wedding. She was GREAT and more reasonably priced than him. See me after your meeting for more details." Best advice/note we received throughout wedding planning! As soon as we met with Rev. Anne, we knew she was the right person for us. She was sweet and genuine. She wanted to get to know us as a couple and because of our time with her, she created a truly beautiful, custom ceremony script for our wedding. My husband and I wanted to write our own vows and Rev. Anne was integral in guiding us.

ther to create the ceremony we wanted, and how the ceremony flowed. Rev. Anne provided advice throughout when asked, and helped run our rehearsal, so it went smoothly! Our guests raved how Rev. Anne seemed to know us as a couple, and how she took her time speaking and did not rush the ceremony. We highly recommended Rev. For Whatev!

this the best day of our lives! She was very professionally from the day that I met with her and you could tell she loves what she does. She was a pleasure to work with and truly made the whole process extremely easy. She helped me created an outstanding ceremony that I will remember forever! I would highly recommend Anne to anyone!

e’s website, we knew she was the one. Her website and Facebook page allowed us to see pictures and video of all of the many weddings that she has performed and really convinced us that she was exactly what we were looking for. From the very beginning, she was prompt in communicating with us. She allowed us to piece together an individualized ceremony from examples of several different scripts, allowing us to choose the parts that really spoke to us as a couple. We booked a rehearsal with her as well and although I am a complete control freak about everything, I was so grateful to have Rev. Anne there as she was able to put my mind completely at ease regarding the details of the ceremony. On the day of our wedding, the weather was great and we were surrounded by loved ones, but Rev. Anne’s flawless delivery of the beautifully written wording and vows really made our ceremony perfect! We have had SO many compliments on what a great job she did and how much everyone loved what was said during the ceremony. Thanks again, Rev. Anne! (Married 10-8-16)

rocess of what happens when my dad and I get down the aisle. She gave us exactly what we wanted and our guests could not stop complimenting the wonderful ceremony. Would definitely recommend her!

remony, Rev. Pam was an amazing officiant. Both ladies were a pleasure to work with!

t to our wishes. She added cultural elements that were important to us and she was already familiar with them, which speaks to her experience. Her pricing was very fair and she was extremely responsive, prompt and helpful. We heard from a lot of friends that they thought we had known Rev. Styx for years and how much they enjoyed the personal elements of the ceremony.

nge anything that would be read. We were getting compliments left and right on how beautiful our ceremony was.

. Easily mine & my new husband's favorite part of our day.

and was very helpful making our ceremony special to us. We knew everything she was going to say at the ceremony and her delivery was very touching. Everyone even commented on what a great job she did. Couldn't have been happier we chose the Rev for Whatev!

to make us feel comfortable and was just so pleasant to work with. A friend of ours is even using her for their wedding next year! Would defintely recommend!

nd and his brothers name at one point she was wonderful we all had a good laugh about this mistake after the ceremony and some even during.

a very friendly and knowledgable person and she put our minds at ease. She took charge with the wedding rehearsal and ceremony and she made the ceremony so very special. She told stories of how we met and when we got engaged and her delivery was enthusiastic and thought out. Everyone that attended simply loved her. I would recommend anyone who is looking for an officiant to give the "Rev for Whatev" a shot and you will not be disappointed.

option to customize them, but they were already pretty good. Our parents and friends really loved the ceremony.

g her guidance and expertise. She made it stand out from the typical ceremony with unique readings and rituals that were perfect for us and our families. It truly was a memorable ceremony we will never forget!
