We recently had our wedding at this hotel, and it was truly an incredible experience from start to finish. The hospitality throughout the entire weekend was excellent — from the valet and doormen to the front desk team, everyone was warm, professional, and attentive. Our room was beautifully prepared, and the large, spacious suite made getting ready with the bridal party comfortable and stress-free. Our guests were very happy as well. The hotel’s convenient location made the whole wedding weekend easy, and everyone felt welcomed and well taken care of. The wedding itself was everything we hoped for. The bartending team was a huge hit — the drinks were fantastic, and the service was top-tier. The food was delicious and exactly what we expected. The event space was spotless and everything ran smoothly, just as planned. Communication with the hotel’s teams was consistent, clear, and reliable throughout the entire planning process. We always felt supported. Thank you Matthew and Lindsay! We’re so happy we chose this hotel for our wedding. It was absolutely worth the investment, and we would do it all over again in a heartbeat. We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at The Restoration Hotel, and are SO pleased with how everything turned out. The property is stunning, the service is professional, and the food and drink are delicious. Lindsay and team were very flexible to work with, helped execute our vision, and ensured every little detail was accounted for. We felt welcomed, celebrated, and supported. We were pleasantly surprised with how spacious the hotel rooms were, and used the Premier King rooms for our bridal party to get ready in. Several guests stayed on-site and really enjoyed the atmosphere and amenities - especially the breakfast basket and wine tasting! After the wedding, many of our guests headed to The Draftsman, and several returned to The Exchange in the morning for brunch. Plus, the views are some of the best in Downtown Asheville!
