We recently got married at the ponds. Communication with the staff leading up to the day was fine. All of our questions were answered within a timely mannor and the staff was frien...
dly. 5 days before my wedding I was told that there would be no staff available to drive the shuttle which we had requested. We were offered other options, but not dealing with the week of our wedding would've been better. The day we got married it was HOT, and the grooms shed is not air conditioned nor do they have a working bathroom. There is a porta potty. During our reception we had two visitors (mice), one of which climbed up our wedding cake. LOL. Over all we had a good experience.
The Ponds Venue is gorgeous! My husband was gone on leave when I toured with my mom and mother-in-law. Shelly made this place feel like home! We instantly booked. When my husband r...
eturned, we were easily able to set up another tour for him to come see the venue. We loved everything about the barn. From the beautiful live edge tables, classic wood-style interior, to the gorgeous ceremony site and acreage. One thing we decided we did not like, after the wedding, was the grooms shack being separated from the venue. Other than that, everything was perfect. Julie, her coordinator was amazing. Without hiring her, our day wouldn’t have been complete! Her bartending staff and shuttle staff is wonderful as well. Thank you for a beautiful day!
Shelly was wonderful to work with while planning our wedding. She was awesome available when I had any questions. The venue could not have been more perfect for our big day. Would ...

municative and helpful throughout the whole planning process. We used Julie for the day of coordinator and she made our lives SOOO much easier that whole day. We have had so many people tell us how beautiful the venue was. They have tons of center pieces and decor options for use for your wedding. The bridal suite is beautiful and very spacious. We also added on the “shed” which is an extreme understatement for what it is…. The guys had such a good time before the wedding at the shed with the poker tables and the outdoor space. I couldn’t have asked for a better venue for my wedding.
Beautiful venue, loved being able to have both the ceremony and reception at the same spot! We even did our wedding photos there to!
The Ponds is the most beautiful, storybook setting around! Shelly was incredibly helpful and is literally an angel! The venue is jaw dropping and every guest was in awe!! From the ...
ornate wooden tables, lights on ceiling, outdoor seating area, fire pit, plus the dressing area for the girls which our daughters h/m artists said they’ve never been in a more beautiful setup, and most of all the decorations and attention to detail that Shelly provides is IMPECCABLE! Don’t take my word for it, just visit and you’ll see what a gem this place is! The shuttle service to and from the church and hotel was a great help and everyone was so appreciative! Shelly was always available anytime I needed her or had questions! Worth every penny and I would have paid way more! That’s how impressive this piece of heaven is! My daughter had the fairytale wedding she always dreamed of and we could never thank Shelly enough!! If you haven’t booked this newly built elite barn venue yet, then do it now before it’s all booked up!!! ❤️❤️❤️ It’s so beautiful you’ll never want to leave!

ul place definitely recommended! I also recommend using her preferred vendors I found my own dj and was definitely not impressed with him. Go with her dj!
I can't even begin to express how amazing our wedding day experience was at The Ponds Venue. Owned by extremely nice people who only want to make your day special and breathtaking....
All my guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the venue was both inside and out. I loved the venue because Shelly is very flexible and I was always afraid of getting a venue and being held down by a list of rules. However, you won't have that issue here (while still respecting her property of course). It also fits a lot of guests with nice indoor and outdoor chilling options so your guests aren't packed in like sardines. Overall, amazing venue and I recommend everyone at least go and see it! You'll fall in love as soon as you see the view when you drive in.
Honestly hands down The Ponds and Shelly saved my wedding during covid, and made it into the dream fairytale I always dreamt it would be. With 1 month to spare before my wedding da...
te and having to find a new venue due to Covid restrictions, Shelly worked with me to get every thing worked out to have all of my vendors move venues; every little extra detail that I asked for they were willing to work with me. I was meant to find this venue, and I was meant to get married here. Truly my dream wedding because of The Ponds venue. Absolutely breathtaking any where you go on the property, from inside to out. I could not have asked for more caring, easy to work with, accommodating, truly amazing people like The Elliots to have working with me and helping me to make my wedding vision come to life on their property before it was even fully complete. If you want your dream wedding, and everything to run smoothly, and be truly one of a kind, The Ponds is where you should be. Forever grateful.
