I can’t believe how amazing our wedding was. Mark, Liz, and Leslie were all so helpful and answered our questions quickly. Whatever we needed they got us. This venue has almost eve...
rything (except flowers and cake but that’s expected). We were able to have our ceremony outside and it was beautiful. They have this amazing backdrop with a waterfall, it was so nice. At night they turn the patio into a lovely outdoor space for people, it had tabletop fire pits which really added to the experience. We had around 150 people and I all I heard from guests was how beautiful everything was. I would highly recommend having your wedding here!
We recently attended a wedding reception here. It isn't aging well, and the food was unbelievably bad. Definitely do your homework before putting a deposit down.
We booked The Pinnacle for off-site catering for our outdoor cocktail hour and tent-wedding reception. The planning process with The Pinnacle was so enjoyable. They made planning a...
n off-site event feel easy. Mark and Leslie were professional and hard-working and very accommodating to all of our needs. The variety of options available for an off-site event were vast and every choice we made was delicious on the day of! Our day-off event lead, Dawn, was so incredible and so hard-working. She and her staff were on their game the whole night and not a single guest had anything but praise to say about the food and staff of The Pinnacle! We would highly recommend The Pinnacle for any off-site event!
We loved having our wedding at this local venue. Our guest raved about how beautiful our ceremony and reception was. The fact that we could do both at the same venue was hard to fi...
ne in Toledo. The staff meet every need we had but still remained unseen. The Pinnacle made our day perfect and I want to give a shout out to Brittany for answering all 500 of my questions so patiently.
The Pinnacle staff were great to us for our wedding. From planning to the day of, Liz and Brittany really did an outstanding job with organization and small details. The receptio...
n hall turned out picture perfect! Great venue for your wedding!!
I highly recommend The Pinnacle as your reception venue! The staff, specifically Brittany whom I worked with most of the time, were very accommodating and made the entire process s...
o easy! Although I live out of town and communicated mostly via email, they were very responsive and helped addressed any questions or concerns I had. They have many pieces on hand we were able to use so I didn't have to go out and buy them, which made it easy on my budget too! We received so many compliments on the venue, food, liquor/spirit selection and overall atmosphere. We had plenty of space and never felt cramped. The outdoor terrace was a huge hit and was perfect for stepping outside to catch some air! I cannot stop talking about how wonderful of a venue this was and will be anxiously awaiting to go back at the next event opportunity!
The Pinnacle was absolutely lovely for our reception. We had almost 280 guests for very comfortably in the entire hall. The outdoor areas were a huge hit once the sun went down and...
it cooled off outside. Everyone loved the water wall and the fire pit made for great (and quieter) seating area to chat. Liz and her staff were awesome the whole night. My husband and I are 22, so our guests were mostly college aged and broke about 5 glasses. They got cleaned up quickly and didn't make get a bad attitude about it. They contacted all of our other vendors and decided on times for setups with took a load off of my shoulders. They also let us drop off some of our own succulent centerpieces early and kept them in proper conditions until our wedding day. The food was great, everyone who had the stuffed sole said it was amazing! The bartenders were sweet and remembered mine and my husbands drink order after our first trip up to them. We had the hall until 11:00 and weren't rushed to leave. A day or two after our reception I was contacted and told a few things were left behind (including a few bridesmaid bouquets), which I thought was very sweet considering some places would've thrown forgotten items away. Overall we had a good time with the Pinnacle staff! The only small issue was a few guests got past the hostess before getting a food card or finding proper seating, but that was easily resolved within minutes! Highly recommend this venue for its beauty and the staff's care and consideration.
High dollar, beef medallions were like shoe leather, chicken entree was dry. Bar tenders were not friendly and the drinks were horribly strong. We were rushed out early. I expec...
ted the party to last until 11:00pm. For 10,600.00 it shouldn't have ended early. The music stopped, the bar shut down at 10:30. I know it was the pinnacle because the woman came up to me and asked for the florists phone just incase we leave early. The florist also showed up to tear down at 10:30. Very disappointed. Definitely not worth what I spent. There was another bridal reception next to us and their party was still going on. The patio was too dark at night. My brother fell over some dark benches that couldn't be seen obviously. The water wall was ok, but not sure what the big deal is when you cant notice it anyway. Bathroom attendant playing crosswords and hardly noticed when I came in.
We loved having our wedding reception at the pinnacle! It was beautiful and Ed was great!!! There was only 1 thing that bothered us the entire time we worked with them. We were tol...
d originally that we were able to use the reception hall for our ceremony if it was raining. At the last second, we were told that we were unable to due to another event that morning. Of course, it rained and we had to scramble to find another location! But, all in all, we loved the pinnacle!
I would definitely NOT recommend this place to anyone! I spent around $7,000 to have happen what I least expected to happen for the price. That was why I paid more but had more pro...
blems then ever! They started cleaning up and putting things away 30-45 minutes early (while my wedding reception was still going on--so embarrassing), they took away MORE then 1 plates from my guests "assuming" they were done but really they were just up getting a drink and said that they would make a new one but it would take awhile to reheat up the ovens. I also had spend a lot of money on 2 enormous balloons that the workers stole! Not only did they steal my expensive balloons (that are now discontinued & can no longer get) they had lied to the person in charge saying that they didn't see them or take anything. Sorry but pictures don't lie!! And they also lied saying that they gave my guests new plates which never happened! From our understanding there was going to be lighting and decor on the wall behind the head table but to our surprise there was nothing. So it looked very plain and horrible. They have someone in the bathrooms to help and wait on you with paper towels, toilet trees etc. but the lady in the girls bathroom was either on her phone, listening to music or not even present. Waste of complete money. When trying to get ahold of the owner (tried for OVER a month) Finally calls back and yelled/argued with us. Totally unexceptable and Highly unprofessional!! Don't WASTE your money here!
As soon as I got engaged The Pinnacle was the very first vendor I contacted. My husband and I worked with Ed Van Leuven and he is more than amazing! We originally had two other coo...
rdinators due to our original coordinator leaving the company. Through all of the changes I was stressed and felt so disorganized which I do not handle well. We requested to work with Ed and the very first time we met with him I felt 100% better. He answered every question, was laid back, and very patient. The Pinnacle, especially Ed, provided us with the piece of mind that I needed because they handled everything and come the day of the wedding it was perfect! We had our ceremony on the terrace and it was beautiful! The reception was much better than I imagined. The food and service was great, the reception was gorgeous, and our guests loved being able to go outside onto the terrace where there were was a firepit to enjoy. Our friends and family keep telling us how good the food was at our reception. The prices might seem high but it is totally worth it when you consider everything is done for you! I cannot thank Ed enough for everything that he did to help us, he was seriously a godsend for us! I would recommend Ed and The Pinnacle to anyone looking for a venue for their wedding.
Central Park West is an amazing venue! The moment I walked into the venue I knew it was the perfect place for my wedding! And I already knew from previous weddings at The Pinnacle ...
that the quality of
service and professionalism was amazing. The food is great and the decor is just beautiful! CPW takes care of everything from linens and lighting to food and bar service. The bartenders and wait staff were all super friendly and Ed - the event coordinator - is wonderful to deal with! He was super easy to talk to and offered great suggestions to complete my vision. He also coordinates with your others vendors to make your event run super smooth. Everything was exactly the way I wanted it - STUNNING! I could go on and on about how awesome CPW is, but really just check it out - you won't be disappointed!

d we had almost 400 people. Everyone was taken care of and the reception was definitely a time to remember. We got a lot of compliments on how elegant, and professional everything was. The drinks and food was very good and again everything was just perfect. I was never stressed about anything because Ed always took care of everything with the planning. It was amazing and I was continually asked is planning a wedding that simple and it can be with the Pinnacle!

ordinary. As soon my step father finished our pray our salads were immediately brought out without even a second of hesitation. The bartenders were phenomenal and the food was delicious (which we are still getting compliments on). It was pure perfection! Lastly, I must add this, Ed VanLeuven went above and beyond during our entire engagement. If I had a question, he answered it. If I emailed him, he responded almost immediately. If I was in a panic, he calmed me down and worked things out with me. I'm so thankful for this place! I feel so blessed that so many people helped make my dream wedding come true! I felt like such a princess and was on cloud nine all day! I would recommend this place to anyone, for anything!
