most incredible night thanks to Sam's care and attention to detail. She saved me a lot of stress the months leading up to our wedding. I can't recommend her enough!

y and seamlessly.
From tying 220 ribbons onto our reception chairs to literally fashion taping my grandmother’s dress before the ceremony, they truly did it all 😂
Sam made me feel like everything was under control so Dan and I could actually enjoy the day. She was organized, patient, kind, and always willing to jump in wherever she was needed.
We are so grateful for her and her team. 5 stars truly does not feel like enough. 🤍
Sam was an absolute dream to work with and a huge part of what made our wedding weekend so magical. She helped us immensely with decorating and truly brought our vision to life in ...
ways we couldn’t have imagined. Every detail felt thoughtful, intentional, and beautifully executed. Thanks to Sam, our wedding was the most amazing weekend we could ever ask for. We are beyond grateful for her talent, dedication, and heart. If you’re considering a wedding planner, Sam is truly one of the best decisions you can make.
I found the perfect match through social media. I can’t say enough good things about these girls. They are AMAZING!! from execution and weekend of coordination I could not believe ...
the professionalism. Two months ahead Sam and Cat took full control of working with my vendors which took so much stress off of me. I didn’t have a single issue the day of my wedding or a single worry because of Cat & Kellianne. From helping me with my veil and calming my nerves before walking down the aisle & spraying me with perfume and fixing my lipstick I seriously couldn’t have had a better day because of the perfect match. They seriously did it all!!! My husband and I thank you all so much

or in a wedding planner and team. They really did not miss one detail, and always had a backup to a backup to a backup plan in store. Read on to see how they made our day truly perfect.
Nothing we did as a couple was simple or straightforward or went without belaboring every decision. As two brides, we had 2x the vision, opinions, taste, etc, and Sam seamlessly helped us navigate the complexities of that situation throughout the entire process. All the while making us both feel seen and heard at every step. Sam acknowledged that our wedding presented a logistical challenge both for our vision and our venue. We hosted a colorful black-tie al-freso dinner party with tropical house music and live sax. Our goal was for everything (ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner) to be outside without coverage (e.g. no tent) which required a rain plan that was more or less a completely different day from a planning perspective (e.g. different locations, layouts, seating charts, timing, rental requirements, etc). To support our dream vision, Sam facilitated detailed communication about both plan A and plan B with every single one of our vendors, removing us from the logistics, while also keeping us involved to the extent that we wanted. Throughout the process, Sam was extremely skillful in managing our expectations, and helping us translate our lofty vision into a reality that we could achieve. She was insanely patient. She never pushed us in a direction, but provided expert guidance that helped us reach a decision on our own. And she found ways to meld both of our visions into a unified aesthetic that resonated for both of us. She always leads with kindness in every conversation, connecting with us like humans more so than clients. As two brides, we are grateful and impressed by her thoughtfulness in word choices and overall ability to create an inclusive environment in a traditionally heteronormative industry. Going into the wedding weekend we felt relaxed and confident in the execution of our day because of Sam's hard work, preparation, and communication. And on the wedding day itself, we had FUN working with Sam and her team. They were attentive and truly made us feel like queens for the day. To summarize, if you're looking for a planner that is creative, patient, kind, inclusive, and a joy to work with, hire Sam and The Perfect Match Weddings!
Hiring TPM was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From start to finish, Sam and her team brought a level of organization, attention to detail, and calm ...
confidence that made the entire planning process smooth and enjoyable.
Sam’s so organized and always one step ahead -- from confirming meal selections and finalizing rental orders to managing all the little details we might’ve missed. We trusted her completely, and she never gave us a reason to feel anything but fully taken care of. Come wedding day, we were able to truly be present and soak in every moment because we knew Sam and her team had everything under control.
Even when the rain decided to show up, they pivoted to our backup plan without missing a beat. The transition was seamless, and they somehow managed to keep everything looking intentional and beautiful — without ever breaking a sweat!
If you’re looking for a team who will not only execute your vision flawlessly, but also make you feel like the most supported, cared-for version of yourself, TPM is it. (Special s/o to Kellianne for being my bridal fairy godmother. She always seemed to pop up right when I needed a spray of perfume, lip gloss touch up, a tissue to dry my tears, or even a blotter for make up when the dance floor was heating up.... she was everywhere all at once!)
THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING — we are endlessly grateful!!! XO Katie & Scott

our very first meeting! Her organization and communication skills are outstanding. She is so talented and knows the wedding industry so well. We had a vendor cancel on us, and we didn’t even know about it until after Sam had secured our refund and had alternative options. Sam and her team make you feel like you are their priority and only couple. After months of wedding planning, Sam and her team felt like family, so it was only natural to have them by our sides on our wedding day. Every couple needs The Perfect Match!

CIALLY on our wedding day.
During the planning process Sam made sure we were always staying on track. We would meet once a month to go over what had been done and what needed to get done. During each meeting she would give us some homework for what needed to be done before we met next. This eased our anxiety and assured us that we were on track. We could sleep at night knowing that Sam would tell us if we were forgetting some major detail!! Sam always listened to our wants, needs, and wishes, but she also gave her honest feedback whenever needed (I mean she is the professional after all!)
During our rehearsal the night before our wedding Sam was extremely attentive to all of our friends and family, answering everyones last minute questions. She made sure every felt comfortable going into the wedding day. She also didn't bat an eye or make us feel bad about at any last minute changes we wished to make. She is always ready to adapt and make changes when needed!
On our wedding day my wife and I both woke up so relaxed knowing that Sam and her team had everything covered. We got to enjoy our morning getting ready with our friends and family while the TPM team got to work at the venue, bringing our dream to life.
As soon as we arrived at the venue Sam and her team were ready to get us all going. She helped facilitate every single second of the day, and always brought us wherever we needed to be (we truly didn't have to think about anything all day long). Sam quite literally got us off the shuttle when we arrived at the venue and back on the shuttle at the end of the night, and was our go to person for every moment in between.
Sam is extremely professional and has a very calm demeanor which kept us all calm as well throughout the day. When I had a minor dress malfunction Sam immediately jumped in to save the day! Our friends and family can not stop raving about how amazing the TPM team was, and how they truly made our special day run so seamlessly. All of our vendors said that Sam was the BEST wedding planner they had ever worked with. We could NOT have done it without Sam and team, and will be forever grateful for them.
If you are considering working with The Perfect Match Weddings, don't wait another second - I promise you will not regret it!
Sam and her team were absolutely amazing. We had the honor to work with Sam for just about 2 years as we took the planning process slowly. She guided us through the entire process ...
and was just a great friend throughout it all. Her knowledge and advice on the little details are unmatched, along with her precision to details. She truly made our planning process enjoyable and manageable. As we did the full planning package, Sam managed the communication with all our vendors and made sure everything was organized for the entire process. Without that, we would have been so lost. Leading up to our wedding, she listened to all thoughts or precautions we had and ensured we had nothing to worry about on our day. The actual day was perfect. Even with the possibility of rain and all the wind, Sam handled everything and kept us updated on our plans for the ceremony. In the end, we had the best day of our lives and a huge party, which is exactly what we wanted. We will always recommend Sam and her team in the future.
Sam chose the perfect name for her wedding planning business because her and her entire team were truly perfect throughout the entire process!! We spent two years planning with Sam...
, and we can’t imagine doing it with anyone else.
Sam is organized, flexible, empathetic, and navigated our family dynamics perfectly. We were clueless with where to begin with planning a wedding, but Sam was always there to keep the stress at bay and handle any situation that came up. Every month we had check in calls that Sam fit to our busy work schedules, and she always had an organized agenda, but was ready to discuss whatever was at the top of our priority list. We also have to a shoutout to Izzy who went above and beyond securing our dream after party venue!!
The day of, seeing Sam and her team there made us feel so at ease and taken care of- even when emotions were running high! The day itself was pure joy and we could truly focus on each other and our loved ones while Sam worked her magic behind the scenes.
I could go on and on and I have already recommended The Perfect Match to anyone and everyone that will listen. Book them! You will not regret it!!!
Working with Sam and the TPM team was the absolute best choice my husband and I made throughout our wedding planning journey. We held our reception at my now husband's family home...
in Maine, and Sam managed every moving piece seamlessly and with the utmost professionalism! We essentially had to recreate a venue in the backyard to provide a comfortable space for 130 guests, so everything from the tent, rentals, landscape/pathway lighting, power generation, restroom trailers, to drinking water needed to be accounted and planned for. Sam ensured all of those logistics were dealt with/had been thought of, and she executed on all of them the day of.
In addition to event logistics, Sam ensured that our design vision was executed flawlessly the day of, and she was able to steer us to so many great resources as we built the design deck throughout the planning process. I really cannot emphasize enough how helpful she was in the design process, whether it was helping to tie certain looks together or providing inspiration to point me in the right direction to make a final decision, her knowledge repeatedly impressed me.
After every check-in meeting, Sam sends an email that recaps the meeting and lists action items for both the couple and for herself, the latter of which are typically completed right away! Between meetings, Sam was exceptionally responsive and very clearly communicates to her couples when they can expect a deliverable to be completed (whether it is her deliverable or one of your vendor's she's managing) or what the status is on something. All in all, Sam's communication skills are top notch and so many of my other vendors have since told us how much they enjoyed working her, which is HUGE and exactly what you want in a planner on your big day as they lead your carefully curated team of vendors so that the day is a success!
I'll lastly note that we hit some road bumps with one of vendors (none of which we knew about until AFTER the wedding day, which is just one of the many reasons I'm so glad we had Sam in our corner to manage those road bumps so our big day was totally stress free!!) and Sam very professionally communicated those issues to the the vendor and secured us a refund without us having to ask for such request to be made. So even after your wedding day, Sam is still in your corner working in your best interest.

d all original plans were changed to plan B. I had the pleasure of working Sam and her team on this Wedding. As a Photo Booth company we have seen and worked with tons of event planners however her team was extremely top notch. She was so on point from the planning and communication process to the deliverables and any questions day of she quickly turned to her binder which was so organized and professional. What breathe of fresh air. It was a true pleasure to work beside their team and my team and I look forward to working our next event together! Thank you for your attention to detail and professionalism! Highly recommended.

s how to dip for a photo-op as we recessed from the ceremony!
During the planning process, TPM was extremely flexible with responding to messages, and never made us feel like another number in their books. This is amazing because we got married during their busiest season (Autumn in New England)!
TPM's prices are reasonable, and they are worth every penny!
With every wedding (especially backyard) there are hiccups along the way and whenever something would come up TPM was honest and communicated suggestions/recommendation to us. TPM was patient and helped us make the best decision that worked for us and our budget.
If you are on the fence about a wedding planner, look no further! You won't regret it.

Perfect Match. Sam totally blew us away with how knowledgeable she is of the wedding industry, as well as her impeccable detail and planning. My husband STILL raves about how incredible her work ethic is, and has said more times than I can count that hiring Sam as our wedding planner was the best money spent for our wedding. Not only is Sam amazing at planning, she is also so incredibly kind and passionate about helping her couples bring their dreams for their wedding day to life. We always looked forward to our monthly check ins and getting to catch up! Our wedding day went off without a hitch, even when small bumps popped up day of, Sam had a solution before anyone had time to worry. Her associate planners Simon and Lily were also incredible to work with and get to know! We cannot thank Samantha and The Perfect Match team enough for helping to plan our beautiful wedding! Highly, highly, highly recommend!

ings every so often, to go over what we had accomplished and what we still needed to focus on. As we got closer to the big day, we had monthly check in meetings. I would text Sam whenever I had a question during the process and she was always very responsive and gave good suggestions. I told my husband that her services were a gift to myself, since I work full time and wanted to ensure I had someone to keep me in check during this process so I wouldn't forget anything. I'm not sure I would have survived this process without her assistance. She created a detailed timeline we followed for the rehearsal and the wedding. Everything was so well organized, I didn't have to worry about a thing on wedding day. She took control and coordinated when all vendors should arrive and set up. Sam and her assistant, went to the venue early in the morning to set up, came to the house to check in on us for a bit to ensure we were still on schedule, and then went off to the church to set that up. I was able to enjoy my daughter's wedding and not worry about the little details. She was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend her services.
We chose Sam and the TPM team to help with partial planning and day of coordination for our wedding 9/8/23. It was THE BEST decision we ever made! Both my (now) husband and I have ...
very chaotic work schedules, so the thought of planning a wedding on top of that was very daunting. Sam helped so much with vendor coordination and helping create our timeline for the day of and made the whole wedding planning process so smooth and easy! Sam is so kind and organized and kept us on track of what we needed to get done.
We are incredibly pleased with how our wedding day turned out. We felt so relaxed and present in our day! Sam and her team absolutely nailed the timeline of our day and we ended up being so ahead of schedule! Sam and Lily ensured we were well hydrated and any needs were taken care of. We received so many compliments from our guests on how sweet and kind Sam was during our rehearsal and wedding day. We're so thankful for Sam, Lily and the rest of the TPM team for all their hard work to creating the wedding of our dreams!
Sam was amazing from day one. She made sure every little detail was taken care of and the timeline of everything ran smoothly. I couldn’t imagine planning it without her.

process my husband and I found out we were expecting a baby girl and would be due a month before our wedding. To say I was overwhelmed was an understatement. Sam was so supportive, so attentive, and truly helped me drive this wedding to the finish line. Not only is she an absolute sweetheart, but I’ve seen her in action and she advocated for us the whole way through. She Kept all our vendors in check and always ensured everything we wanted, and that all of our needs were met. Her assistant Izzy was also a total gem day of. We have gained an amazing friend throughout this process. I would highly recommend Sam and her team to anyone getting married. 10/10!

h we just don't want to accept. We hired Sam for her full planning package because we were getting married in a different state, and she helped us plan the backyard wedding of our absolute dreams! She is beyond organized, incredibly thorough, and just one of the kindest people you'll ever meet. Not only did my husband and I love working with her, but even our families raved about how wonderful Sam and her team were. She helped us find the best vendors (she even set us up with her sister as our videographer - 10/10 would 10000% recommend), we felt so lucky to have such a great team helping us the entire day. If you are thinking of hiring a planner for your day (which was the best decision we ever made) we strongly recommend hiring Sam and her team. You won't find anyone else so committed and so passionate about what they do. Thank you Sam, we adore you!!!

Lily was so amazing on the day of our wedding—going with the flow, and keeping us on track! I don’t think I know anyone more disorganized or indecisive than myself—thank god for this team who was able to help me make decisions! Had it not been for these great girls, I’m not really sure how the day would have gone! So thankful and appreciative of this team!

our venue came with a coordinator, but after months of feeling in over our heads and not sure what we were supposed to be doing in the planning process, we hired Sam for the Partial Planning Package. It was the best decision we made in our entire wedding planning process. She jumped right in and started to bring our wedding vision to life and made sure we were on track every step of the way. Sam is incredibly kind and easy to work with while knowing how to get things done when necessary. All of our vendors had great things to say about working with her as well. Sam and her team handled any day of issues with ease and kept us calm, on schedule, and well-fed throughout the evening. I would recommend Sam and The Perfect Match weddings team to all my friends, family, and anyone planning a future wedding.
I cannot say enough good things about Samantha and Lily! Samantha is extremely organized and thought of the tiniest details. She also had very good ideas on different aspects of ...
the day based on her experience with other weddings. Very professional, punctual and has an engaging personality. Lily and Sam made a great team the day of the wedding helping with set up, logistics, corralling things at the end - and I'm sure a hundred other things we did not observe. You won't be disappointed!

lities as well as a number of vendors, but the venue coordinator was not pulling her weight and we needed help bringing everything together - both from a design and coordination perspective. Sam was the perfect solution. She came in originally to assist with planning up to day of, but we quickly trusted her more than our venue coordinator and asked her to act as a second day of coordinator as well. I personally could not have imagined my day without her!
In the planning stage, Sam really went the extra mile. She navigated a tricky relationship with our venue as a second "outside" coordinator. She was always responsive when we had questions or when we wanted to brainstorm design ideas, despite my very busy work schedule resulting in a lot of off-hour conversations. She assisted with locating the last few vendors we needed and seamlessly coordinated all vendors throughout the planning process. But most memorable to both me and my husband is how much Sam supported our wishes for our day - she truly worked hard to ensure our wedding was what WE wanted, helping us navigate tricky venue rules and venue coordinator pushback.
On the day of our wedding, Sam made sure that everything went according to plan and matched our wishes. She assisted both the bridesmaids and the groomsmen, ensured that everything was in it's place with our intended design, and assisted us throughout photos, the ceremony, and the reception. She helped me with my dress change (which required removal of a tricky overskirt) and discussed the ceremony process multiple times with our officiant (a friend) to make sure he was as comfortable as possible. Despite a last minute noreaster threatening to delay multiple vendors and guests, she stayed in town the night before and helped make sure everything stayed on track. Both our family and friends say that our wedding was so beautiful and memorable because it truly felt like us. Sam's hard work, ideas and support made that possible.
I often get asked the following: "Everyone has at least one thing that went wrong on their wedding day, what's yours?" and I always answer that I genuinely can't think of one because our day was PERFECT - and we owe that to Sam.
Sam did a fantastic job helping us as our Day of Coordinator! Sam helped us tremendously the month leading up to our wedding day and was involved in helping coordinate all of our ...
vendors, helped finalize and distribute the wedding timeline, and made sure we didn't miss out on any details! All that work leading up to the wedding really helped make our day a big success. She paid careful attention to detail, and made suggestions about some things that we wouldn't have thought of.
On our wedding day, everything went very smoothly, and we were able to relax and have a great time. We really can't imagine what it would have looked like without her and her crew. Sam has a wonderful kind energy that made her a joy to work with. And her team was also super friendly and accommodating. They were always there to see if we needed anything, and made sure we had some snacks and a beverage when it seemed like we had no time to grab anything ourselves.
We would highly recommend Sam and The Perfect Match for your wedding!

heart. However, I can say with 100% certainty that hiring Sam and her team was the best decision I could have made! She saved our wedding (and my life haha) on multiple occasions, including finding a replacement bartending team within 24 hours a week before our wedding after our initial vendor became unreliable. All of our guests told me how impressed they were with The Perfect Match team - they kept things organized and on schedule, made sure my husband and I were taken care of, and were such a friendly and calm presence in a time of chaos. It was a breath of fresh air to know Sam was there and a huge weight off my shoulders. I couldn't recommend her and her team enough! I'm so grateful to know her and feel blessed to have had the pleasure of working with her for our day.

thought of things I would've never considered, and thank goodness she did. Thanks to her thoughtfulness + diligence our wedding day came together beautifully. My wedding party, guests, and vendors continuously commented how awesome Samantha and team were, with some vendors stating she was the best they've ever worked with. Thank you Samantha and TPM team <3

nned itinerary which Sam and team executed beautifully. The whole planning process started over a year before the wedding. We hired The Perfect Match to help us through the process as we didn’t know where to start. Sam got the ball rolling right away and we got our venue nailed down. From there she made recommendations and got us setup with a videographer and photographer. Sam checked in periodically throughout the year and kept us and the vendors updated the whole time. Sam has a large supply of excellent decorations of which we took advantage of a good amount of them. On the wedding day she takes care of all the small details that you would never even think of and shouldn’t have to worry about on your wedding day. In conclusion, could not recommend TPM enough! Anyone looking for a wedding planner, look no further!

We all worked together to make sure the timeline continued on and when we had to pivot and make changes, Sam was on top of everything. You can see the care and attention she gives to those she serves and I wholeheartedly can’t wait to work with her on future wedding days!!! I can’t recommend her enough. You will be in the best of hands! ❤️

d be a great match for us! During the planning process, Sam was so great when it came to staying within our budget. She had great suggestions for vendors (her videographer recommendation was the best!). She helped guide us in the right direction while carefully taking all of our ideas into account. In the months working up to the wedding, she took care of so many details with her planning skills and attention to detail. She gave us the room to make our own decisions, while creating helpful guidelines along the way to plan the perfect wedding.
What truly blew us away was the day of, where Sam and her team’s presence made everything so much more perfect. We received many compliments from guests about how helpful and polite Sam and her team were. They helped create the perfect day for us while taking care of all the fine details that you won’t want to worry about on your big day. They seamlessly executed every part of the big day with precision. Sam was available by text, phone, and e-mail throughout our whole year of planning and was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. We can’t possibly say enough good things about Sam and TPM. I would recommend TPM to anyone thinking of planning a wedding. She offers a wide range of consult packages and it was definitely worth every penny! Thank you so much all that you did for us Sam & TPM, we appreciate all of your hard work and dedication that went into our special day!

Weddings are stressful and my night was truly not stressful because of Sam’s help. She helped with everything- between rehearsal walk thru, setting up decor, answering guest questions, directing guests during the ceremony and at the end of the night for shuttles, and break down! She did it ALL with ease. She even has decor she rents out that look amazing! Even the day after the wedding when I misplaced a few items she was able to reach out to the venue for me.
Sam and her team truly went above and beyond and I cannot recommend them enough! My biggest regret is not booking her sooner!
Thank you again, Sam! You’re the best!
In the simplest of terms, Sam and her team were amazing! We were unsure of hiring a day of coordinator at first but because of both of our busy schedules we decided it would help t...
o take some of the stress away. It also turned out we had a mutual connection to Sam, so honestly it just felt like fate. From the moment we spoke with her, we felt so assured that we were in good hands. She was always so organized and on top of everything- our families, wedding party and vendors all spoke about how impressed they were by her! We also used her decor rental service as well and loved how everything turned out venue, it was so beautiful and exactly what we wanted. Most importantly, Sam genuinely cares about her couples and their well-being. I was a bit anxious and overwhelmed prior to the wedding ceremony due to the heat. Sam was constantly checking in on me, bringing me water and snacks throughout the day, and even hiding drinks under the front benches in case we needed a break during the ceremony. She really has your best interest at heart and will move around the timeline to ensure the night fits your needs. I cannot thank her enough for making sure our day turned out the way we wanted it to, and I cannot wait to recommend her to all my friends who get married in the future. If you are thinking of hiring Sam, just do it! It is easy to tell she is going to become even more sought after in years to come. (: We love you!
There are not enough words to describe how amazing Sam is at what she does. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect because of her organization and reliability! The month leading up...
to our wedding, Sam reached out to all of our vendors and created the most perfect and concise timeline and answered all of our questions promptly, keeping it stress-free for us! On our wedding day, Sam made sure we had everything we needed (including carrying around water for us because it was such a hot day!) and ensured we had the most perfect day. When anyone asks me what my advice is when planning a wedding, it will be to hire Sam! We love her!
I cannot possibly write a review to describe how amazing Sam is, but I will try! Sam was our last vendor hired and all people involved in the planning agreed, she should have been ...
our first. I mean it when I say best decision was marrying my husband, second best decision of that day was hiring Sam.
Sam was incredibly organized, contacted all of our vendors and set up a timeline that was simple, compact, but detailed and made sure they were all on board.
Sam was knowledgeable, this was my first time getting married and I wasn't exactly sure how things went. Sam was communicative and helpful during this process, she guided me and let me have my options while planning. When (most of the time) I asked for Sam's opinion, she gave it, which as an indecisive bride I needed! She had everything under control from day 1 (which was about 6 months before our wedding) and actually allowed me to enjoy the wedding planning process because I knew Sam had taken care of the majority of major stuff.
Sam put my fiancé and my happiness first, if we said we wanted something, she did everything in her power to make it happen. For us, we wanted our first dances during cocktail hour and outside, she communicated with the venue and the DJ and made this happen.
Lastly, Sam was caring. Of course you want a vendor who is organized, responsible and knowledgeable. You have that with Sam. But you also get someone who truly cares about you, your wishes and your family to help the day go by so smoothly. I had a lot of surprises planned and Sam was discrete and careful and made sure none of them were mistakenly found out before the moment!
If you are questioning whether or not you need a planner, think no more, hiring Sam and her team is an AMAZING decision for your day.
Sam was FANTASTIC! She attended every meeting/appointment we had leading up to our wedding and was always available by email or phone! This made all last minute concerns be resolve...
d easily and without stress. The day of she made sure everything was absolutely perfect! We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding planner. We also were able to be introduced to her sister, Natalie, for videography which was an added bonus! The Perfect Match is a must have for a stress free wedding planning experience with a perfect wedding day!
I do not even know where to begin. Sam was absolutely amazing during the whole wedding planning process. Not only did she put together my dream wedding, she was always there for me...
when I felt stressed or overwhelmed. She was organized, thorough and communicated with all of my vendors to make sure everything was al set for the big day. the best decision i made for my wedding was hiring Sam! John and I can't thank you enough!
We cannot say enough amazing things about Sam. My husband and I just got married a few weeks ago. We hired Sam only a few weeks before the wedding in search for a wedding day coord...
inator who could help with everything so we could truly enjoy our day. Sam made that happen for us. She seemingly swooped in and did so much more than just day of corrdinating. She helped us with our rehearsal, guiding us and our wedding parties on how to walk down the aisle, proper order, etc. She created a wedding day schedule with time stamps and connected with all of our vendors to ensure they were on the same page. Sam arrived on our wedding day ready to help wherever she could, and she did just that. I truly do not think our wedding would have even happened without her. Her team went above and beyond from start to finish. They even helped clear all of our tables and decorations so we wouldn't be burdened with it the next morning. I was truly sad when she had to leave! We can't thank her enough and would recommend her and the team to anyone and everyone. Thanks Sam!!
Sam is a true Gem !!! 5 stars throughout the entire process. We had a somewhat large scale wedding planned at our home in less then 8 weeks. She came to us just a few weeks befo...
re the wedding and got us on track with vendors. Helped us find last minute vendors we needed. She was in contact almost daily. Responded immediately to emails and texts. Sam kept us on schedule throughout the event and took care of all the last minute details while we were all busy with family. Absolutely would recommend her and her sister an excellent videographer.
