The grounds are breathtakingly beautiful, the kind of beauty that makes you stop for a moment just to take it all in. Our guests kept telling us how peaceful and stunning the scenery was, and many of them took their own family photos because the backdrop with the fountain was simply too perfect not to capture. Everywhere you look, there is charm, warmth, and a sense of serenity. The staff provided service that went above and beyond, making us feel cared for in every possible way. They anticipated what we needed before we even knew we needed it. They are truly professional. When it came to the food, I was blown away—not only was it delicious, but the portions were generous, it was beautifully plated, and our guests talked about it for days. It meant so much to see the people we love enjoying themselves so completely. The Copper Stone Inn, located right on the property, was a dream come true. We rented it for our bridal party, and staying there together made the whole weekend feel intimate, special, and connected. The inn itself was immaculate and so thoughtfully designed that I don't have the words to describe the splendor of that Inn. Having our own bridal suite to get ready in with my girls is something I’ll remember forever—it created such a sense of calm, closeness, and joy on the morning of my wedding. Getting dressed, having the ceremony, and celebrating the reception all in one place made the day flow effortlessly and allowed us to savor every moment without stress. We even held our rehearsal dinner at the Copper Stone Inn, and it was wonderful. The fully equipped kitchen and spacious dining area made it feel like a gathering in a beautiful, private home. It was the perfect start to the weekend. I could never fully express how grateful I am for this venue and the people who make it so special. Orchard Ridge Farms didn’t just host our wedding—they gave us a place where memories were made, laughter was shared, and love was celebrated in the most beautiful way. Lexi provided us with all of the details we needed to plan our big day and was very quick to answer all of my questions. They work with Henrici's catering so we didn't have to worry about finding a food or liquor vendor. The food tasted beyond amazing and we received multiple compliments from our guests that it was the best food they've had at a wedding! Our guests are still raving about how beautiful the Pavilion was! They even gave us a list of vendors they recommend and work closely with which helped a lot in our planning process. They also give you access to their bridal and groom suites which made it so easy for our bridal party to get ready the day of Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to have a beautiful wedding reception, especially in the winter months!

Hands down, it was the best wedding meal we’ve ever had. The prime rib was so delicious that I’m still craving it, and guests have been raving about it ever since. In the almost 2 years leading up to our wedding, any question we had was answered with promptness and kindness. The Pavilion, being a full-service venue, left us wanting for NOTHING! The getting ready spaces were clean, spacious, and beautiful! The outdoor locations are stunning, and the venue itself is a dream. Truly not a single thing went wrong during our day. The waitstaff and bar staff were incredible, and they went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, that our guests were enjoying themselves, and that everything went perfectly. I cannot recommend the Pavilion enough!

Not to mention that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! We could not be any happier with how everything turned out. Throughout the process I had the pleasure of working with Lexi, Stacie, and Jill - they all are so responsive and helpful! They answered my multiple questions and I'm sure I asked the same question more than once and they still answered me. The Pavilion made the experience for our guests so wonderful that after our wedding I heard many compliments about it, especially about the food! Henrici's catering was more than perfect, our guests and family couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was! I'm so glad we found the Pavilion and that we had our wedding in it. everything was wonderful. Our engagement was over two years long, they touched base without being overwhelming while our wedding was still many months in advance. When the wedding got closer, they reached out to cover all the bases for me so I had minimal work to do. They answered any and all of my questions quickly and kindly. They are incredibly accommodating to special requests and go above and beyond to make sure your wedding is perfect from start to finish. Lexi, Jill and Stacie in the office are absolutely wonderful. Lexi was the biggest help and a huge life saver the day of with answering questions and running around the grounds to make sure things were done. The food was to die for, I had (and still have) guests telling me it is the best food they have EVER had at a wedding. We opted not to do the tasting and were not disappointed in the slightest. The venue was beautiful, we had to go indoors last minute because of the rain and they made the transition incredibly smooth. I seriously could go on and on. I've been to and been in a lot of weddings but they are top notch. I will recommend them again and again!!

re our wedding day was everything we wanted. The staff was extremely, kind, understanding, flexible, supportive, and very responsive to emails. Their caterer, Henrici's, were incredible as well with communication, flexibility and the food was UNREAL and absolutely delicious. The Pavilion and Henrici's work together to make the planning process easier by laying out all the details in one form. We received many comments from our guests about how delicious the food was and how gorgeous the venue is. Many guests asked how we found the venue! The land around the venue offers many beautiful backgrounds for wedding photos outdoors, including a fountain, orchard, and more! We looked any many venues with similar atmospheres, and this venue has the most reasonable price for everything it offers! The bathrooms are even amazing (HAHA!) We 100% recommend The Pavilion at Orchard Ridge Farms, all of my wedding dreams came true at this gorgeous venue.
