Maya's cake was a true work of art, and it tasted just as delicious as it looked! My daughter wanted a four-layered cake with a unique flavor for each layer. Maya could even accommodated our gluten-intolerant guests, frosting the cake in white and decorating it with flowers to match her bouquet. She truly delivered. Communicating with Maya was easy, and she was awesome every step of the way. Supporting a small, independent baker in our community made the experience even better. Thank you so much!

Hi! I’m the owner of The Pastry Bar! My love for baking began in high school when I started working at a bakery in Worthington, OH until it unfortunately closed. I ended up pursuing a career in I.T. after that until COVID came around and found myself needing a new job. I began working at The Suisse Shop in Columbus, OH eventually moving to become a pastry chef for Abercrombie & Fitch HQ in New Albany, OH. During that time, The Pastry Bar came about! The Pastry Bar strives for excellence and precision to create not only delicious desserts but also a piece of art for your special event! I am honored to be a part of your special day. We are woman owned and LGBTQ+ friendly!

what we were looking for I was amazed at how quickly Maya was getting back to us, it was record speeds! They executed exactly what we were hoping for! It was delivered and set up beautifully. Not only was the process beyond easy but the cake was so good! We selected the lemon flavor and it melted in our mouths. We are not exactly dessert people but I cant wait for our anniversary to have this cake again and not share this time! Maya was so amazing to work with!
