nd on the day-of the wedding, and I honestly couldn't have done it without them. They made planning so much more enjoyable, always ready to provide vendor suggestions and ready to bring my vision to life.
On the wedding day, they made everything run so smoothly, allowing the celebration to flow naturally while ensuring we stayed on schedule. I will be forever grateful to this incredible team and cannot recommend them enough!
HIGHLY recommend hiring The Party Pretzel for your wedding coordinator. Their team is so fun, organized, and efficient and made every step of the wedding planning process easy and ...
enjoyable. They helped us keep track of everything that needed to be done without making the process stressful. They were so helpful coordinating between vendors and doing things behind the scenes so we could focus on other things. During our wedding weekend, they helped make everything beautiful and seamless, allowing us to enjoy our special day. So happy we chose to work with The Party Pretzel :) Worth every single penny!!!!
We hired The Party Pretzel for Day of Coordination, and Kelsey and Kaitlyn DELIEVERED. From day one speaking with Brett, Kelsey, and Kaitlyn, I knew I was in good hands. I gave the...
m the vision, and it my husband and I were so gracious that they executed it well, and made the venue so gorgeous. We literally gave them a boxes of stuff for the tables, and an inspiration picture, and we were floored. Also, having the pressure and responsibility being placed in their hands for vendors at the 30 day mark was a godsend. We had direction and coordination, which is what is needed on the special day.
My husband and I loved working with them. If not a wedding planner, a DoC is highly recommended, and you should definitely go with this lovely group of women.
Hiring Brett and The Party Pretzel team was the best decision that we made through the wedding planning process. We opted to go with a partial planning package and worked directly ...
with Brett for 6 months leading up to our wedding at North Star Gatherings in June. Brett not only made the wedding planning process fun nut used her years of experience to set us up for success. She provided intentional recommendations that were within our budget and that she trusted fully, which resulted in a truly out of this world wedding day. Brett became not just our wedding planner but a dear friend along the way. My husband and I got off of every call with her and said how supported we felt and how thankful we were to be on this journey with her. Wedding planning includes so many emotions and Brett truly put us at ease from 6 months out to 6 days out. As we got closer to the wedding itself - Brett handled all communication with our vendors and made sure timelines and all needs were met. On our wedding day Brett and Kaitlyn executed our day beyond our wildest dreams. It was perfect in every way. A wedding is truly a team effort but Kaitlyn and Brett made sure that we were taken care of and assured me many times "we have time, enjoy the moment." I don't think there are enough words to describe the support we felt through our wedding planning process. If you are considering a planner - do it. It's worth every. single. penny. Working with Brett and the Party Pretzel team blew our expectations out of the water. We love you guys!!
My wife and I used Brett / The Party Pretzel for our wedding this past May, and we absolutely could not be happier that we chose her! Brett was SO easy (and fun!) to work with the ...
entire time, from our first intro call before officially hiring her through our big day and beyond. She was so thorough and had thought of all the things leading up to our big day, as well as handled mostly all of the vendor correspondence, taking a huge amount of stress off our plate. The day of was flawless, where she catered to us all day making sure the day was exactly how we hoped, and any small inconvenience was tended to immediately. Our day flowed so smoothly overall and was so perfect, and I have zero doubt that Brett played a HUGE part in that being the case. 10/10 experience across the board, and we will happily recommend Brett to anyone and everyone with a wedding coming up! Thanks Brett!!!

y had everything covered. Brett was the ultimate resource- when so many of the decisions in front of you are something you've never dealt with before- she had our back and was always able to guide us. There was no question too small, she always gave us undivided attention. I genuinely miss how often we got to chat, because she is such a warm, caring, and witty individual. I cannot recommend Brett and her team enough, you'll literally feel like you're planning a wedding with your closest friend.

now they had everything handled. I can be a bit of a control-freak, but I was completely & shockingly zen all day. Brett's connections with local Colorado vendors is a huge perk, as she knows how they work and could expect all the unexpected. Her and Kaitlyn did everything from helping to manage our stressed out priest to fixing my bustle all night. 10/10 for Brett and team!! Don't think twice about hiring a planner - even if you like to do the planning yourself, they will be your BFF for all the unexpected moments and make the day-of all about enjoying yourself!

We are beyond grateful for everything they did for us, and we’re so jazzed to have made two beautiful friends in the process. Thank you, Brett and Kaitlyn, for making our day unforgettable! You ROCK 😊

ered every question under the sun and wants it to be easy for the couple. When the wedding day came and we didn't have to worry about vendors, setting up, details, etc., it was a huge sigh of relief. We walked into Woodlands, our wedding venue, and everything looked perfect. Brett is THE BEST! All my calls were filled with making us feel ready, organized and of course laughter. I couldn't have imagined the day without her. Thank you SO much for making our day so easy, magical and possible! XO

We were in great hands, they made sure everything went according to plan and went above and beyond to navigate any hiccups or last minute changes. I really appreciated their warm, welcoming, supportive, fun, and positive energy throughout our wedding day.

Amazing to work with Brett and Kelsey for our daughter's wedding. They are so kind, positive, warm and took care of every little thing. Made my day as MOB so enormously better.
Brett and Kelsey are the best!! We cannot say enough about the two of them and really the entire Party Pretzel team. We had our wedding at Woodlands and it was really great to have...
the Party Pretzel team be so familiar with the venue and take care of everything for us. From our first meeting with Brett, we felt a genuine connection and that she truly cared about us and our day... and that continued for all the months leading into the wedding. Brett is so organized, detail oriented and thorough. Going into wedding planning presented so many unknowns on all the different pieces of a large event... Brett made that feel like a breeze. She walked us through all of the steps we would take leading up to our wedding day, provided detailed documents and information to us, created our entire schedule and coordinated with all of our vendors directly. We also leveraged her and the team for our rehearsal dinner on Friday and that was so helpful! There was not a single time throughout the wedding weekend where we had to worry about schedule, vendors or where we/our guests needed to be because Brett and Kelsey took care of all of it. It felt like our wedding was the most important day of their lives too in terms of how much care and attention they paid. We had almost 200 guests and everything went as planned because of the great team at Party Pretzel. Cannot recommend them enough!

an seem so daunting to try to plan and pull off a wedding, but Brett and her team made it feel so easy! They always checked on us throughout the day. Even at moments where it started to feel overwhelming, just seeing Brett, Julia or Kaitlyn made us feel so supported and that we knew everything was all okay! They are so professional and personal, we` don’t even know how they pulled it all off because nothing felt stressful. We never worried about how certain things would happen because the girls are just so amazing at what they do! They are so sweet and cute and really just the best people. We are so grateful and honored to have worked with them. It truly was the best day of our entire lives and Party Pretzel is fully responsible for that, we could never thank them enough! Also, being a queer couple, it was very important to us to pick vendors that supported us, and Party Pretzel made us feel so safe in celebrating our love <3

to shift gears just 5 weeks before the wedding. Brett and her team stepped in with both grace and confidence. They assured us that they would take care of everything and they were absolutely right. Throughout the process, their communication was impeccable; they are incredibly responsive and reliable, answering every question no matter how big or small. On wedding day, we had absolutely no stress; they took care of every detail and completely put our minds at ease. On a personal note, they are warm, kind, and so down to earth; we hope we can remain friends with them even after our wedding. We cannot overstate how positive our experience was. ABOVE AND BEYOND.

astic too) made the day run so smoothly and we enjoyed every bit of working with them - to the point, we wanted to hang out with them instead of some of our guests! Brett has become a friend and truly someone we will never forget. She is laid back (which was great for me as a type A bride) and pays attention to each and every detail. I want to have another wedding just to work with her again!!!

onth leading up to the wedding, she helped to ensure that we thought through all of the (many) details of the day. On the actual day, she made sure the day went smoothly and kept us and our vendors organized/on time. If anything went wrong that day, Brett must have taken care of it because we didn’t notice a thing. She helped to make our day truly unforgettable! She truly is the best at what she does, and we highly recommend her to ANYONE who is getting married in Colorado. She has become a great friend throughout this whole process, and we already miss working with her!

fessionalism and enthusiasm. We felt a huge weight lifted off our shoulders as Brett made our last few weeks as stress-free as possible. Despite the challenge of 50mph winds on our wedding day, Brett continuously assessed the situation and shared our determination to keep the ceremony outdoors. Everything unfolded flawlessly and went as perfectly as we could have ever imagined. We cannot express enough gratitude for having Brett by our side, and we wholeheartedly recommend the Party Pretzel for any occasion!

viding an invaluable perspective for planning our wedding while also collaborating to bring our vision to life in a way that actually worked. I can’t say I made her life easy; I had 5 food and drink vendors, 2 rental vendors, switched my wedding venue less than 3 months before my wedding, and lots of other moving pieces (including 2 vendors I booked 3 days before my wedding…), but Brett always ran with the punches and truly made it work, making me feel reassured along the way and very kindly nudging me in the right direction if something might not be ideal. I found wedding planning incredibly stressful (decision making is not my forte) but the one thing I did not stress about was everything running smoothly on my wedding day. And that was truly the case. People keep telling me my wedding was one of the best they’ve been to, and I can confidently say that wouldn’t have been the case without Brett’s incredible attention to details and logistics.
I am so grateful for Brett and the Party Pretzel team!
Added bonus: if you happen to be using Mountain Crust as your caterer, Brett has a wonderful relationship with them and helped me feel really confident about using a food truck at my wedding (something I had never even seen before!).

I would recommend Brett as a wedding coordinator to anybody!

hat my dreams came true on my wedding day. Every little idea I had (even some last minute) Brett made sure everything was exactly how I imagined my wedding day would be. I wish we could get married all over again because she made sure that everything was absolutely perfect!!!
Literally the best advice anyone gave us was to hire a day-of coordinator, and we got so lucky with booking Brett and her assistant Berkley. Brett (virtually) met with us twice bef...
ore the wedding and each of those meetings was to make sure we had everything we needed, especially on the first meeting. She handled contacting all of our vendors the weeks leading up to the event and confirming delivery times and day-of timelines. I honestly didn't have the bandwidth to even put that very important document together. The day-of the wedding, we had one minor emergency where the bridal party left the rings back at our bed and breakfast, but Berkley was on her way to pick up the vendor tips (which I also forgot about) and arrived just in time for us to have them for the ceremony. They also drove our cargo van with all of our decorations to the venue and made sure everything was set up on time. :) So, again, one of the best decisions we made during our wedding was booking Brett! She also answered a million emails in the 3-4 months leading up to the wedding and was wonderful to work with. My husband and I would highly recommend Brett as a day-of coordinator!

sations she immediately put me at ease with that “I’ve got you” attitude. Her demeanor was infectious on the days leading up to and on the wedding day. Her cheerful, helpful, organized and calming nature are just a few words that she shared. Most importantly, she was trust worthy and would be her greatest feature as our wedding coordinator. My family even commented on how wonderful and lucky we were to have her! She does not disappoint and would only be an asset for anyone’s event.

e our rock as covid hit and left us with uncertainty if our wedding would be postponed or not. With Brett’s help and endless support, we had our dream wedding on October 4, 2020 and cannot thank her enough for helping us! She brought our wedding vision to life and made sure everything was perfect leading up to and on our big day. I highly recommend her! Do not look any further for a day of coordinator or full wedding planner, seriously don’t. You will be in wonderful hands with Brett! Brett, thank you so much for all your help and making planning so much fun! We are forever grateful for you!

of planning a wedding and trying to make decisions about our wedding during a pandemic. She has a wealth of resources and knowledge, is quick to answer any question you have, and makes your event exactly how you envisioned. She is calm, understanding, flexible, and just a fun person to be around. My husband and I were able to completely enjoy our day with no stress because we knew Brett would take care of everything. We recommend Brett to any friends getting married. We truly think that the best money we spent on our wedding day was working with Brett!
We didn't actually have the opportunity to work with Brett for our wedding due to a change of plans because of COVID; however, I was extremely impressed with her in the short time ...
that we did have her as our day-of coordinator. Brett is so kind, and most importantly, she is a wealth of knowledge and resources. Starting the wedding planning process can feel daunting, but Brett immediately put us at ease and helped us feel equipped to tackle each task.
I was most grateful to be working with Brett when we made the very difficult decision to cancel our wedding for the safety of our guests. Brett was understanding and supportive during this heartbreaking time. She never once made us feel guilty or crazy for making this decision. Not all vendors do business in this way, and we were so thankful for her kindness during this time.
I've already recommended Brett to friends and will continue to do so. We hope to work with her again when it is safe to hold a large celebration!
