Andrea Jacobson and her team are wonderful. Friendly, professional, on-top of everything yet subtle when getting the right shot. I really cannot speak highly enough of Andrea and ...her assistant Nick, who worked with us at our wedding. We had several meetings prior to the wedding with her - and she was nice enough to meet privately with my father and allay his (unfounded) worries. They showed up early on the day, weren't intrusive, and even volunteered to take pictures with my friends' personal cameras when a good group shot was arranged. Honestly, the Observatory was a joy and pleasure to work with!
