Michele and her team were incredible for our wedding on 9.26.26! We had the best time and will recommend the venue and her to any future couples we know who are getting married or ...
planning an event. It was so nice knowing everything was taken care of for us on the day, and all our guests had the best time too! It was the perfect hidden gem.
The Oaks is absolutely amazing! Michele is so down to earth but also organized and helped us every step of the way in terms of wedding planning. We utilized the space for both our ...
rehearsal dinner and wedding and were not disappointed! The price was incredibly reasonable and you even have all of her decorations to use for free so saved us a ton in terms of our budget. Would 100% recommend the Oaks to anyone planning their wedding!

d, and met my criteria of: Not A Barn!!! Michele and her staff are laid back and ready to help. The all inclusive option along with the option to rent the large house on site both the night before and the night of the wedding was an INCREDIBLE value and cut down on so much stress that I would have had using venues that did not include decor, chairs, etc. I used most of the preferred vendors (Smoke Pit, Icing on the Edge, and Elegant Soiree DJs) and they were all amazing and well versed in the logistics of the venue. My main concern was transportation but Ubers also came out for my guests no problem. If you are looking to have a low-stress, beautiful, fun wedding LOOK NO FURTHER!

tion with Michele prior to the wedding helped us plant details so much smoother. We were able to stay at the venue overnight Friday and Saturday which was so helpful since we had a handful of out of town bridal party members. Michel and her team really brought my vision to life with setting up the decor pieces and setting up the reception space. Being able to use our own vendors also helped us keep the cost affordable to us. Definitely recommend using The Oaks for your wedding or event!

Day of wedding was seamless! From the set up crew to clean up and everything in between they made sure my Husband and I were happy & taken care of. The Oaks Events team is awesome & I highly recommend using them for your big day!

area on the lake, string lights everywhere, and a large indoor reception area for dinner and dancing. Every single picture we took was gorgeous!! We also loved the guest house! So much room for brides and bridesmaids to get ready, plus an entire huge completely separated downstairs basement area for the groom and groomsmen to hang out and get ready.
We chose their "all inclusive package" which includes a wedding coordinator, florals, set up and breakdown of all decorations and MORE! Michele began working and coordinating with me as soon as I booked my date (almost a year in advance of my wedding) and she made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. She was so helpful throughout the entire planning process and through to the very end of my wedding night. All of the venue staff were professional, efficient, as well as kind. The whole wedding day ran so smooth. I am a very particular "type A" person and I usually stress about every little detail but Michele and the rest of the Oaks Events staff made sure there were no issues. I did not worry or stress about anything whatsoever on my wedding day and I don’t think that is something a lot of brides can say!!
If you are looking for a wedding venue that is not only BEAUTIFUL, but will also take care of you, and take so much stress out of planning your wedding then look no further than The Oaks Events!!

Oaks Events is the absolute place for you.
Michele, Dallas, and everyone at the Oaks work endlessly to make your wedding exactly what you want. They had a smile on their face every time I saw them, and I know they were tired. They had so much to offer when planning, with a great list of vendor recommendations that they know do great work. They have most of the décor and signs you could want on sight, but are willing to do whatever needed to make the venue look perfect for each couple.
Having the house to stay at, have the rehearsal dinner at, and never have to leave the property was wonderful. There was lots to do with a pool table, foosball table, two fire pits, lots of back porch seating overlooking the pond, and plenty more. They made it a stress free experience, as they had any issues solved (which there were very few) before we even knew it existed.
The venue is perfect, from the perfectly green grass, to the flowers blooming everywhere, to the beautiful décor, to the ceremony area down by the pond. I cannot wait to see how stunning our photos will be because of all the great photo locations. The reception area was great, and they are making it better and better. So many of our guests specifically mentioned how beautiful the entire property was. I could say so many more great things, we could not be happier with our choice!
We found The Oaks Events on wedding wire and we most definitely made the right choice for our venue. Michele, Dallas and the day of wedding crew hooked ah girl up for the most beau...
tiful wedding day We could have asked for. From decorating, coordinating day of, to making sure everything was going as planned, to helping my fiancé and I if questions were needed to be asked, to providing less stress to a bride such as myself and having a all inclusive package deal (cake, DJ, flowers, ceremony, reception, bar tender, all rental tables & chairs to etc) was everything and more!! The venue has a beautiful gazebo with a lake view to die for where the ceremony took place! We Couldn’t have asked for a better background for photos. Our reception was held on the same grounds which was very spacious wood accent rustic feel pavilion decorated just as my fiancé and I imagined. The bridal suite and grooms suite was In the house on the same property with upstairs and down stairs to separate the too. Very spacious !! You can’t go wrong with choosing The Oaks Events for your wedding or any sort of special occasion. I promise you will be highly satisfied!!!

y provided everything from the centerpieces, tables, chairs and signage to the day-of drink mixers to the bartenders themselves but also made themselves available for multiple venue visits throughout the year beforehand. The Oaks promptly answered any questions we had and just, generally, made us feel at ease with everything. Aside from the attention to you, the venue is stunning. If I could do one thing over again, it would be booking this venue.
I recently had my wedding/vow renewal here on August 18th. The venue is very beautiful & accomodating. Michelle & her team are very helpful as well. Everything is all

that’s the route you choose to go. I would definitely recommend this venue to feature brides. The weather was okay on the day I got married the rain held off until everyone was able to get to the reception area which is under a wooded closed in tent. The Oaks Events is the way to go if your looking for a nice outdoor venue.
Michele is AMAZING and her venue is absolutely PERFECT! My husband and I got married at The Oaks September 23, 2017 and we are so thankful we stumbled upon this gem of a location. ...
The setting was perfect for our rehearsal dinner, quaint and romantic, plus we were able to accommodate our wedding party which made everything seamless because everyone was from out of town. The day of the wedding Michele arrived super early and made sure we had EVERYTHING that we needed but let us enjoy the wedding day preparations. She was like a fairy God Mother. Oh, and her garage full of décor was the icing on the cake. Our tables looked PERFECT, the ornamentation down the aisle was on point and the flowers were gorgeous (yes, Michele does flowers too!). The Oaks is a one-stop shop and there is nothing bad that I could ever say about Michele. And let me just say that the pricing for all services were quite reasonable. We highly recommend this sweet location for your wedding! If we could get married again we would! Maybe we will be back for our vow renewal. Thank you so much, The Oaks!
