Beautiful house, ceremony & reception all in 1 place, beautiful scenery, could not hear enough compliments on every aspect in regards to this.. We do not recommend staying at this ...
house. No matter what happens, you will not see your deposit, they look for a reason to not return it and will make any complaint possible. One of the rooms remains HOT, the tv hasn’t worked through several guest visits, dryer is labeled as a fire hazard. You can follow the “cleaning instructions” to a T and spend 4hrs of your visit doing it, you’re not going to see your deposit-they use it to clean the house. A mutual friend and guest from a year ago had all of the same issues. The incidentals are also not included in the total payments, so if you choose to still stay, make sure you ask for all of the payments, so you’re not surprised the day before. There’s also supposedly a fly/mosquito trap so keep the doors shut as much as humanly possible.
Lynda’s house was everything we needed for our wedding reception, rehearsal dinner, and wedding party housing. It was so much fun to have the party stay together! The location is g...

The decor inside is a little dated, but it really didn’t bother us. Thank you, Lynda!

out amazing! I would highly recommend this venue to those looking for an outdoor wedding on the water.
