I honestly don’t even have enough words to describe how incredible Katie was as our wedding coordinator at The Manor House. If I could relive our wedding day over and over again, I absolutely would, and Katie played such a huge role in making it the most magical, perfect day of our lives. I truly wish we could live in that day forever!
From start to finish, Katie was absolutely amazing. Her communication was impeccable, she was always responsive, organized, attentive, and on top of every single detail. She made us feel so taken care of throughout the entire process, and I never once had to worry about a thing. She was always one step ahead, making sure everything ran seamlessly and that every little detail was exactly as it should be.

Kylie could not have been more helpful and reassuring during the entire process. We did not even need to hire a planner because of how helpful their team was and is. I do recommend booking vendors who work frequently at this venue because they know the ins and outs of the space and the run of show, and it made our weekend much easier. Our guests all loved the venue. The food is fantastic, it's such a beautiful location, and it really feels like getting married at a big historic house. I can't recommend this venue more! he people are beyond kind and passionate about what they do. We initially worked with Mackenzie who was very responsive and even scheduled us in for multiple tours to bring our parents when they were in town. Katie was our day-of coordinator who answered our (and our vendors') many questions during the final months of preparation, and her facilitation and attention to detail made our day absolutely seamless. They have their events down to a science. That said, they are still flexible with timeline changes and random one-off requests (like my crazy décor ideas).
The location is breathtaking. With most of our guests coming from out of state, it is easy to find housing/hotel accommodations in desired areas in and around Denver, Golden, etc. It is very accessible from the airport while still showing off the mountainous views.
One more thing: the food. I've attended a lot of weddings and this is the first time I've heard guests raving about the food. The hors d'oeuvres were also delicious.

She fell in love 1st with its esthetic on social media while looking for venues saying it just spoke to her heart. But I know she was completely blown away once arriving in person for her initial tour, as was her Father and myself. It’s hard to believe just how perfect as is befitting Manor House proved to be for my daughter’s personality, style and wedding vibe she had in mind. It’s truly lovely with every corner offering glorious historical vintage vibes and details. The staff works hard and puts enormous love time and energy into maintaining this lovely property. They are such a warm and talented team and we really lucked out with our team throughout the planning and execution process. Mackenzie, so darling and became my daughter’s personal hero, always an email or call away. The Chef and his team, oh boy, they are just so polished, talented and still we are hearing rave reviews from guests gushing over the food, from cocktail hour, dinner, to late night goodies. And finally our star snd hero for the day, our day of coordinator Amber, whom without I’m not sure if I, for one, would have made it though some of the unavoidable emotional moments. Even at the very end of the night, it took only about 15 minutes for the team to load all of our wedding items into our vehicle, proving just how well-oiled this bunch of people is.

utside with the epic views and vistas, the weather did not cooperate, and we had to move inside. But, the good news is that you can do that -- no problem -- and, it was seamless and arguably just as uniquely romantic and memorable.
Manor House guides you through the entire process and provides coordinator services as part of your package. We met with several different folks as we progressed from planning to the wedding itself, and everyone was professional and knowledgeable. That said, Katie was our coordinator, and she did a wonderful job guiding us to make well-informed decisions that truly delivered our vision for a perfect day >> we ❤️ Katie.
I've lived in the area for 13 years, and I had no idea this place existed. What a shame. It's a hidden treasure. Go visit. Meet the staff. Attend a tasting. If you want a classy, elevated experience that is right here in metro-Denver but feels like you somehow transported to a place like the Stanley in Estes, Manor House is the place for you!

The food was incredible and truly went above and beyond our expectations. The team worked with us to add custom touches, including special dishes to honor my Polish heritage and a very specific signature drink that felt so personal and unique. Our guests are still raving about it!

Our suite and cottage were spacious and comfortable, and they even had a dedicated server who kept food and drinks replenished for our wedding party so we could relax and enjoy the morning. hly. First of all, the venue itself is unbelievable with amazing views and so many places for gorgeous pictures to be taken. The best part was that our guests LOVED it as much as we did. As soon as we chose the Manor House, their Client Resource page was extremely helpful in allowing us to choose our vendors, and I have to say that we followed all of their recommendations and they were absolute ROCKSTARS - Casey from Two One Photography, Drake from Drake and Co Videography, Perry Washington as our DJ extraordinaire, and Sue Kimball as the florist that brought the absolute most magical ambiance to this already stunning venue. Then Amber, our amazing day of coordinator from the Manor House .. I could not thank her enough. She made the day of our wedding stress free for us by working with all the vendors on our behalf to make sure they had everything they needed and were able to get everything set up - all of the little things we planned from guest book to photo displays were executed beautifully. With Amber being so on top of everything from rehearsal to the day of, all we had to do as the couple and bridal party was get ready and enjoy the day! I mean, truly incredible! The staff at the Manor House is so well organized and friendly that they made everyone feel comfortable, welcome, and taken care of throughout the night. Then, at the end, Amber was even kind enough to pack up all the things for us to take home so that we could enjoy every minute with our guests on the dance floor. Having our wedding here was the best decision we could have made and I truly cannot express enough gratitude to the Manor House and everyone there for making both the planning process and our wedding day so special. While its appearance and location were initially what attracted us, we were simply blown away by the staff and their communication, organization, and efficiency. From the first tour to the tasting to our wedding rehearsal to our wedding day, every single interaction we had with the staff was stress-free, fun, and professional. Working with one vendor for linens, seating, silverware, food, and alcohol, made the wedding planning process easy and enjoyable.
Throughout the process, we were honored to work with Kylie. If you want a literal magical angel to coordinate your wedding, Kylie will make all your dreams come true. She answered all my anxiety-ridden questions and immediately put me at ease with her clear and helpful advice and answers. Kylie was always so kind, so calming, and she truly seemed to care about us having the perfect wedding.
The biggest thing I am grateful for was that on the day of our wedding, I was truly able to feel like a bride. I didn’t worry about anything because I knew the day was in the capable hands of Kylie and her incredible staff. It was such a gift to feel present throughout the whole day and feel connected to my husband during every special moment.

, and planning details were so organized that any question we had was quickly answered with a previously planned solution (which made things incredibly easy from start to finish). Our food was great, we were given the opportunity to order and serve our preferred champagne, and our guests truly loved how beautiful the setting was. We also really loved how much could be done at this location within a wide budget range - it feels challenging in 2024 to have a beautiful yet reasonably affordable wedding! Finally, we loved how much assistance The Manor House provides as a venue at a time when many others require hiring a million separate vendors to handle minute details. As we planned our wedding alongside friends doing the same, we consistently felt at ease in comparison knowing our venue took care of many details like catering, bar, tables, chairs, linens, place settings, among others. I would highly recommend booking your wedding at The Manor House if you have the opportunity!

rocess. We had Katie as our coordinator and can not say enough nice things about her. She and her crew made everything run so smoothly. Our officiant was so happy with how simple rehearsal was and how well run it was by Katie. Day of was absolutely perfect. If there was anything that went wrong, we had no idea. We were constantly checked on in the groom and bridal suite to make sure that we had everything. The setting up and taking down of all decor so that we did not have this added stress was incredible. Every staff member was friendly and happy to help with anything we needed. Food was AMAZING and our guests were raving about that and the incredible drinks/beverages. We opted for the late night pretzels which were also a huge hit and made there way to the dance floor because people couldn't put them down lol. Our wedding at the Manor House was nothing shy of perfect.

r. We got ready in the dreamy cottage house and this is definitely the move as it has ample space and is on site! We had Amber for our day of coordinator who was excellent, and her ability to lead our day perfectly was so impressive. She executed our vision so well I was blown away. Our guests could not stop talking about how enjoyable our wedding was from the food to the overall experience - this is because the staff here goes above and beyond for every single couple. We felt taken care of, and they even saved the day with silk rose petals for the aisle when we forgot our real ones at home! The venue has tons of common wedding items like easels, blankets for guests, baskets for favors, cake stands. You name it, they've got it. I would pick The Manor House a thousand times over.

menting now, a few weeks after the big day. It’s a full service venue and comes with a coordinator , which is super helpful if you don’t want to hire a full-on wedding planner. The food is delicious. The planners and coordinators that work here are extremely helpful, prompt, professional, and so fun to work with (shout out to you Kylie and Amber!!) - they never made me feel like any of the millions of questions I had for them were ever a bother and were always very quick to respond. This was the first venue I toured and I immediately fell in love with it. It’s clean, well-run, fully staffed, and has top of the line features to make your day feel glamorous and fancy. The only thing I will say is if you are planning to get married in the high-season and are dead set on a specific time of year, reach out as soon as possible - they tend to get booked up FAST and far out in advance. But it’s absolutely worth the wait. I wish I could Re do my big day all over again - it was magical, and I owe so many thanks to everyone at the Manor House who made it possible !

We had so much fun at the tasting and it truly took so much stress off the wedding planning process to know that all of the coordination, catering, and staffing details were taken care of. Our wedding flowed perfectly from one part of the event to the next and every little detail was taken care of without us having to think about it on the day of. The food was delicious. We could just relax and enjoy the time with family. We live in Denver but most of our guests were from out of town. They were blown away by the venue and the incredible staff. AMLESSLY! It’s just a gorgeous space, and our guests enjoyed having access to the whole facility, where they could sit out by the fire pits or tear it up on the dance floor. My husband also has a food allergy, and the chefs were able to easily accommodate his needs. Everything ran perfectly on time (rare for a wedding in general!), with zero hitches in anything that was planned. 10/10 would recommend Manor House!!!

A lot goes into planning a big event and they are very thorough with giving you deadlines to help guide you through the process. I was an out of state bride and they made it easy to contact vendors (ie DJ, flowers, etc). They are quick to respond and that is very important during that final month of planning.
I would tell any couple looking to get married in the Colorado area to book a tour of the venue- it will be VERY hard not to fall in love with The Manor House!

I didn't get a single text the entire day and everything went of without a single hitch! Katie, who was one of our day-of coordinators, made us feel so secure in everything and she and the rest of the staff were absolutely incredible. The food was excellent and they were incredibly accommodating for the differing dietary needs of our guests without charging extra. Our bartender, Josh, was the best and made sure in addition to the guests being taken care of, that we were too. It all felt very personal and it was truly more than we could have ever hoped for!

First off, Kylie was simply amazing to work with over the 1.5 years of planning our wedding - kind, funny, attentive, helpful, accommodating, and ridiculously super responsive. On the day, Kylie was always available and continually checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. The venue is the perfect mixture of beauty, privacy, outdoor space, and A/C (clutch for a July wedding). Both the House and the Ballroom are stunning by themselves, and hardly need any decorating. The ceremony view cannot be beat - it gave our wedding planner goosebumps the first time she saw the view of Denver through the Hogbacks. We also loved all the services provided - it made planning so much easier! All the food was delicious - we had a hard time narrowing down our dinner and app choices. The spaces for getting ready were well-stocked and comfy. We heard from our guests well after our wedding what a wonderful time they had and how impressed they were with the Manor House.
