Baking and the food industry has played a role in my life since I starting working as a teenager. After years of catering and home baking, I decided to venture out on my own and open my own business. I consider myself "lucky" to be able to live, work, and have success in Bucks County, PA since we opened in 2010. Although I started as just cupcakes, I hate telling our customers "no" and, as a result, our cake, dessert and pastry menus were formed. I love helping our clients see their cupcake, cake, dessert, and pastry dreams become reality!

delivered the MOST DELICIOUS and BEAUTIFUL cake I could've asked for. We had so many compliments on the cake, and multiple guests told us it was the best wedding cake they've ever had, including the cake at their own wedding. A lot of guests didn't know it was vegan and were surprised to find out that was the case! From the beginning, The Lucky Cupcake team was friendly and accommodating. We consulted with Alyssa, who was amazing. I also think their pricing is pretty fair compared to some of the other places I was looking into. This place has baked goods for basically any dietary restriction: I was able to add a dozen gluten-free cupcakes in our chosen cake flavor to our order to take care of our GF guests. They came with professionalism and fun as they layered and constructed our cake exactly how it is suppose to be. No guest will forget the experience or the taste! It was truly everything we could have imagined and more! We also got there gourmet donuts and trays of mixed desserts for coffee hour. The flavors were outrageously delicious. There wasnt a crumb left. I believe any idea can be brought to the lucky cup cake and they will exceed your expectations everytime. on Peddlers Village as our venue, we started frequenting there for snacks when we’d walk around the village and shop. After seeing that they were one of the participating bakeries in the wedding package they had offered us at the time, we were so excited to schedule a tasting. We had our tasting in February 2020 and had a great time. Every flavor was marvelous and we couldn’t decide on just one, so we did alternating flavors for each tier of the cake. We picked everything out and then shortly after, covid happened. Our wedding package became null and void because we had to change the entire format of the wedding, but the Lucky Cupcake stuck with us and still did our cake at a very fair price. In fact, since we got the cake separately and not part of a package with the venue, we get a complimentary cake to match what our top tier of the wedding cake was for our one year anniversary :). They are a great bakery, and we just adored our cake. It was absolutely delicious as well as beautiful. You can’t go wrong with them.

ngs, we adjusted our plans to meet the state's standards (so went from a large ceremony and reception, to a very small outdoor ceremony with immediate family only followed by a small dinner - well lots of food, small amount of people). We were so fortunate with all the vendors we had selected, they were all amazing, flexible, and understanding. They turned what could have been a stressful ordeal into an absolutely perfect day. The Lucky Cupcake was so accommodating to the last minute changes we needed to make (we put together the small, outdoor ceremony and small dinner in a few short weeks). They were willing to work with us so we could still have a small cake to cut as well as some absolutely amazing (and adorable) cupcakes! The cupcakes and cake were absolutely delicious (seriously amazing). We are so very excited to use the Lucky Cupcake again next summer for our very delayed reception!!

about the idea. We came out for the tasting and loved literally everything we tried. We ended up doing 8 different cakes, in a variety of flavors. Everyone loved the cakes, and it was amazing watching people travel to different tables to sample a bit of each. Joanne was extremely helpful, fun to talk to, and of course makes an excellent product at an affordable price. This is not your average wedding cake. You'll want to go back for several slices - which I have done with the leftovers we took home.

We used the cake as favors so we haven't heard any reviews from our guests but we were able to take home a slice of each flavor (each tier was a different flavor) and they were all delicious. We visit their stores in Pipersville and Peddler's Village whenever we can to grab a cupcake or two and while we've always recommended them as a local baker, now we can 100% recommend them to any bride & groom looking for an incredible wedding cake baker.
