Sarah is the best planner to have on your wedding team! We hired her for day-of-coordination and I will always be thankful for the peace of mind I had on my wedding day. I am an ov...
erthinker 24/7 but on the day of our wedding, Sarah and her team ran the show like the professionals they are! I had not a single worry the entire day and it's thanks to Sarah's attention to detail and amazing planning skills. Communication with Sarah was fantastic and she kept me up to date and informed. I had all the emails and documents I needed to refer prior to the wedding to calm any nerves about possible "missed" things but she even covered things I didn't think of and made suggestions that I fell in love with! She worked with all the vendors seamlessly and I truly did not have to worry about anything other than getting married. Hire TLV if you want to have the best wedding experience!
We loved having Sarah as our wedding planner! We used her as our day of coordinator for our wedding at Rosewood Farms in September. As someone who thought they were an organized pe...
rson, Sarah exceeded our expectations of what organized looks like. We had our first meeting with her about 6 weeks prior to our wedding day. I went into the meeting feeling nervous and anxious about all the things we had left to do and all the details that still needed to be decided on. Sarah gave us great advice on linens (I’ve never thought about linens in as much detail until I met Sarah lol), timeline, table layout, and all of the logistics throughout the day. We left our first meeting having our entire wedding day timeline planned out from the moment we got to the venue at 8am until we left at 10pm. Safe to say we left that meeting feeling much better and knew that we were in great hands.
Fast forward to our wedding day and we can confidently say that it was everything we dreamed of. Sarah executed my vision of what I wanted our reception space, cocktail hour, and ceremony space to look like perfectly. She made sure we were taken care of all day long. She had our cocktail hour food and drinks ready for us right after the ceremony and made sure that we got our preferred drinks right before last call. She kept everything on schedule and I don’t think we had a single hiccup all day long (and even if we did we didn’t know about it). It also helps when all of your vendors have worked together multiple times and get along great. We had such a great team!
On top of giving us our perfect day, Sarah is also the sweetest person to work with! She supported our decisions and gave her input and expertise when we needed it. I felt comfortable giving her creative discretion because I felt like she listened and understood my vision in our meetings. I would highly recommend Sarah for any wedding planning services! She is organized, attentive, supportive, hard working, and easy to get along with! I can’t thank her enough for giving us our perfect day!

wedding. We were so thankful for her checklist and detailed meetings, she truly left no stone unturned! On the day of, her and her team made our lives so easy and allowed us to focus on having fun and enjoying every moment of the day while they took care of all of the little details behind the scenes. From extra bobby pins to literally gluing a groomsmen’s shoe back together, she had every last thing under control. ur planning process by recommending vendors within our price range (she helped us find our DJ, who was awesome). She was easy to communicate with if we had any questions and her calm, cool demeanor gave us confidence that we were in a good spot with our planning. Then on the wedding day, she executed everything on the money. We were consistently ahead of schedule throughout the day, and we both felt we could lean on her if we needed something. We cannot recommend Sarah enough!!

the day to go. I knew if I wanted to truly be hands off and stress free on wedding day I needed somebody that was detail oriented and could ensure the day ran smooth and Sarah did that. There were a few decor items that didn’t set up the way we had envisioned and Sarah ran it past me and made suggestions so we weren’t blindsided by anything.

ll wedding!) that having things turn out the way we wanted on the day of without stressing ourselves required a day of coordinator. She was so helpful, organized, cheerful, and all around a delight. wedding venue made us get at least a day-of coordinator because it absolutely made a HUGE difference. At our first meeting, she was so helpful. I knew nothing about weddings, and she patiently walked me through every single option and prepared every single moment down to the minute. On wedding day, she was so poised and took control of absolutely everything. She even had Tylenol and a small deodorant literally on hand the minute I asked if she could go back to the room to grab mine (both of which came in handy!!). If anything went "wrong" at my wedding, I had no clue. I did not have to worry about one single thing. I was able to enjoy every moment with my husband, and I truly believe that has everything to do with Sarah! She took care of us from start to finish. Even my bridal party and guests noticed how smoothly everything went and were amazed at great of a job she did. She is the sweetest, most organized and patient person I've ever met. I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

d me know what needed to be done, and also set up multiple in person meetings to go through every little detail of the wedding. On the day of the wedding, she handled EVERYTHING - every vendor, every detail of setting up the ceremony and reception, making sure we had food and drinks, cleaning up... literally everything was managed by her so we could enjoy the day. It was so nice to know that we were in good hands and didn't have to worry about our vision coming to life. On top of being organized, she was incredibly sweet and personable, and we felt we could ask her any questions regarding our special day. 10/10 would recommend!!! Her honesty and mindfulness of her clients’ best interests made us feel comfortable enough to speak our minds and share inspiration freely- all while knowing that she understood our vision and has the expertise to enhance it. From the logistics of the timeline for the day to what color napkins enhance the vibe and everything in between, she knows how to bring every dream wedding detail to life. We got married on June 27 and and thankfully even so last minute, Sarah was available for our wedding. With such a short timeframe to help us last minute plan, she completely blew ...
us away with her service. With only close family and a couple of friends attending due to Covid, we were extremely limited as to what we could do ourselves on the day of the wedding. I really wanted my family to enjoy the day and not have to help us too much, and Sarah knew that. She made sure my cake arrived to the venue safely, picked up lunch for myself and my maid of honor, helped put together our florals and center pieces, and I’m sure so many other things before the ceremony even started. As our vendors arrived, she made sure everyone knew where to be and when to be there. As soon as the ceremony ended she made sure that my husband and I immediately had drinks in our hands as well as our wedding party. We never had to worry about getting ourselves refills which was SO nice while we were getting pictures done or greeting our guests. When I didn’t know how to cut the cake, she was right there to help. When we wanted the DJ to switch up the tone of the music, she was on it immediately. I seriously don’t know what I would have done without her there. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing and I couldn’t be more grateful. I HIGHLY recommend Lovely Veil Events!
