This was the perfect spot to have our wedding of about 100 people. We were even able to have the ceremony outside in December! Our photographer took great photos. Jeff was very h...
elpful throughout the process.
I had a Church wedding and only the cocktail hour and reception at The Loft. My wedding was in November so it was cold out, but they had heaters outside and a nice tent for cocktai...
l hour. I loved our reception. The owner was so helpful through the whole process. I really appreciated being able to personalize our package instead of just being told that you can pick A, B, or C. My only comment would be that they asked for a color coding system for the placecards for the food which I did and also gave the same color coded seating chart to some of the organizers and the waiters still were unsure of who got what plates. I also asked if my grandma specifically could get her steak cooked a certain way which was also noted and it had to be sent back a couple times. I think every guest told me it was the most fun wedding they have been to ever or in a long time. There was always people dancing. It really was an amazing night and I can't thank the staff of The Loft enough for that.
The venue was perfect for our wedding, they catered to us all day. The staff was great and so friendly and helpful with anything we needed. They helped make the day go by so smooth...
ly. Highly recommend a beautiful venue and great staff!
When my husband and I started looking for venues to hold our wedding, we knew we wanted something unique and that would make our day as least stressful as possible. We looked at ve...
nues throughout the Lehigh Valley and even toured a handful before finding this hidden gem in Pennsburg. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue, and the owners Jeff and Kathy walked us through everything from start to finish. Dinner was included with the cost of the venue, and their chef worked with us to create a menu that was unique to our tastes. While we had hoped to have the wedding outdoors in their gazebo, it poured for the entirety of the day and night so we had to move the venue inside. Despite us having to move indoors, the ceremony was beautiful and just as special and did not feel cramped at all. Another bonus - our guests gave us so many complements on both the venue and how delicious their food was! We loved that we did not have to sacrifice having a beautiful venue, outstanding service, and delicious food while staying within our budget. I would recommend this venue a million times to anyone!
This venue was very beautiful and well kept. The building itself was breathtaking and the outdoor ceremony site was simple yet elegant. The staff was beyond kind and friendly every...
step of the way. On our special day I was kept in the loop of everything that was going on and was able to make changes if needed! We were very happy with the venue and the staff!
I would like to start off by saying my fiancé and I did not choose to have our wedding at the loft. I don’t usually leave reviews but I wanted to save people some time, the photos ...
look great and to be honest the property itself is beautiful. What they do not tell you is they is LITERALLY a giant junk yard. You can see the junk yard and hear them crushing and moving cars and machinery from the exact spot where the ceremony would be held. If this is not a problem for anyone more power to you, but I’m going to have to pass on getting married next to the junk yard.
I had my wedding here this past Saturday and it was nothing short of amazing. I initially fell in love with the beauty of the Loft-- while on the search for our wedding venue, I le...
ft Sweet Water in tears because this was "the venue". Kathy and Heather were incredibly helpful leading up to and on our day. They kept everything moving, on schedule, and always made sure my husband and I had everything we needed. We did our pictures beforehand and Jeff and a few other guys drove the entire wedding party, our photographers and videographer around the golf course. My entrance from the balcony was so much more beautiful than I ever anticipated, so many of guests said how it "looked like it was right out of a movie". I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day or place to host our wedding. THANK YOU!!
I cannot emphasize how happy we are with how our wedding turned out. The Loft was the perfect venue for our Reception. Jeff was always available to answer our questions, and Kath...
y was very helpful and very willing to accommodate our request. Our guests remarked on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. They far exceeded our expectations on making our special day memorable. Thank you Jeff and Kathy!!
Our wedding was October 1, 2016 and wouldn't have wanted our reception at any other place. From the beginning, staff were very accommodating to our needs with decorating, kids meal...
s, preparation, etc. Food was excellent, servers were on top of everything, and they made sure that my new husband and I had nothing to worry about the entire night. Kathy, our coordinator, was tremendously helpful! Everything was perfect and I wish I could relive it all over again.
From the moment we talked about finding a venue early in the engagement, my husband wanted this place. I had another place in mind, but he persisted and I'm glad he did. This pla...
ce is top notch. The view, decor, and staff were all very helpful in making the day as perfect as i could have hoped for. Every email was answered by Kathy in a timely fashion for EVERY little question about the day i could have thought of. I brought shephard's hooks that were junk, and they had backup ones to make sure everything was perfect for the ceremony. This is a perfect venue for those uninterested in the standard banquet hall most others offer. Pictures show that there are a lot of steps and a steep hill from the parking lot to the venue, but I found out after the wedding that the owner drove older guests to the door in the golf carts. Everything is thought of, and it is the little touches that made this place the best choice for us.
We had our wedding ceremony, and reception at the loft and everything went so smooth. The staff was so kind and friendly and worked with us on our every request. The value is unbea...
table, the food was delicious and had large portions. We could not have asked for a better day at a more naturally beautiful location. I would highly recommend the Loft to anyone who is looking for the full package!
The Loft was the perfect to spot to have our wedding reception. We opted out of having our ceremony there to have it in a church, but the space was absolutely breathtaking. I reall...
y liked that we were the only wedding to take place that day and we had the grounds, both on the golf course and off to take pictures. I loved having the freedom to do my own centerpieces and decorating around the venue.
The staff at Sweet Water are hands down wonderful! I absolutely loved that its a "mom and pop" venue. I didn't feel like a number. And anytime I had a question or concern I could easily call and talk with the owner or corridinator and never felt like I was bothering them. Everyone there is very willing to work with the bride and groom to make their day very special.
I checked out about 10 venues and there was always something I didn't like. We had our ceremony and reception at the same location, and we wanted to love both areas of our venue. T...
he Loft was the only place that had a beautiful outdoor ceremony area and an equally beautiful indoor reception area. It was so nice, fresh, and modern, yet reasonably priced. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating from beginning to end. We were nervous because they changed wedding coordinators a month or two before our wedding, but we were delighted to find that Kathy was even better than the previous coordinator. The Loft now holds such a special place in our hearts, and we're still getting compliments from our guests. I can't say enough good things about it!
We had our wedding on September 1, 2013 with about 100 guests and everything was absolutely perfect. The owner, Jeff, was more than accommodating anytime we wanted to stop by to s...
how our parents and bridal party what The Loft was like. Kathy was excellent. She kept everything running smoothly, always responded quickly and helped so much with all of our set up! Chef Karl was amazing. I think every guest at one point or another mentioned how outstanding the food was =D We couldn't have asked for a better (although extremely hot) day. The venue is gorgeous inside and out. The staff is extremely pleasant, helpful and kind ... what more could you ask for!?
Our wedding at the Loft was nothing short of incredible! All of the staff did an excellent job with all of my DIY projects and the food was impecable. We also couldn't have asked f...
or a more beautiful venue. I loved everything about our wedding and can't thank everyone at Sweetwater enough!
This was a gorgeous venue that met all our needs. We were able to set up the day prior and the wedding day went off with out a hitch. I was very dissapointed though at the end of t...
he night, that as soon as 10:00 hit we were rushed to clean EVERYTHING up and get out the door ASAP by the in house wedding planner. It wasn't until the owner came out as we had everything packed up and out the door, that he told us we could have cleaned/picked up the next day. It wasn't quite the task I wanted to take on in my wedding dress.
I loved this place from the moment that I first saw pictures of it at a bridal show until the last second of our big day. It is on the smaller side, but we had about 110 people an...
d there was plenty of room! The food was good, we really love Chef Ozzie. Jeff, the owner, is very nice. Alice is the one in charge of the wedding day and she knows what she is doing and is good at it! I've gotten so many emails from guests stating how wonderful our ceremony and cocktail hour were.
Our only complaint was that some of the steaks were pretty rare for some. I would some how tell your guests that the states are rare or let Chef Ozzie know that you prefer them cooked medium.
Overall, I would highly recommend The Loft to anyone!
We just had our wedding here and the venue and it's staff are amazing. From the first time we visited the venue almost 1 1/2 years ago we knew this was the place to have our weddin...
g at. It is a very unique venue that was great to have the ceremony at on-site, especially with the dramatic entrance from the stairs! Jeff, Ozzie and Alice are amazing to work with and it is great to be able to work one on one with the people you need to and not have to call tons of different people. Ozzie was able to help us plan the perfect menu. It was really nice to be able to sit down and tell Jeff what we wanted to draft a proposal instead of having to pick from different options with packages. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and this was due to all of Alice's hard work. We had so many compliments about our venue!
We couldn't have been happier with our experience at Sweet Water, we would recomend it to anyone. We were concerned about finding a space that would fit only 75 guests without bein...
g too large or too small, but The Loft was perfect. The food was fantastic and we heard nothing but compliments from our guests. Alice was very flexible when it came to meeting times which was very important since we were planning the wedding from NJ. The golf course was also a great place for pictures.
They were amazing there! It's run by the owner so it's very personal there!! The food was amazing too!
My wedding at the Loft at Sweet Water was beautiful. They handled every detail and gave me the most perfect wedding I could have imagined. The staff were professional, organized ...
and willing to do whatever was necessary to help make our special day as perfect as possible. The setting, both inside and outside were picturesque. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue!!
