1000000% would recommend the Legacy Club as a wedding venue to anyone!! We had an absolutely PERFECT experience, not only on wedding day, but with all the planning leading up to it as well. The venue speaks for itself with how beautiful it is, but what particularly drew us to book was the different rooms on site. They have a beautiful outdoor space for ceremony/photos, insanely gorgeous patio and atrium room for cocktail hour, stunning ballroom, and they even offer their members lounge bar for an after party (which we did and absolutely loved!). Plus, an on site bridal suite that is GORGEOUS and huge, and even a golf simulator room for the men. We never had to leave the venue once and it was all perfect.
On top of all that, our guests were absolutely blown away by the food. The cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres were incredible and you get a really good selection of options! Plus a custom station (we opted for the pasta bar which was a huge hit), and our dinner was FABULOUS. I had at least 10 people come up to me saying they usually hate wedding food but they cleared their plate here - it was that good!! Plus, you get a complimentary tasting a few months prior which was such a fun way to get to pick our meals and get our parents there to see the venue space!
The team you work with (Jamie, Charlotte, Tom, Morgan) are all the kindest, most helpful and cheerful group of coordinators we could’ve ever asked for. Jamie is an EXPERT logistical planner and made our day run so smooth. On all of our planning meetings she was incredibly calm and helpful which put me at ease immediately and i knew we had nothing to worry about. Charlotte is the one who gave us the tour initially and had us completely hooked with her charisma and knowledge of the space, plus she is just the greatest person to talk to and always made sure to come see us every time we stopped by the venue. Morgan was the sweetest bridal attendant on wedding day, running around to make sure we had everything we need and has an incredible eye for detail to make sure everything was picture perfect! And lastly Tom- amazing guy with the best personality!! He even hung out with us getting ready and had us all laughing and smiling with his humor and charm! All of the staff was extremely professional throughout the whole wedding day and literally waited on us hand and foot to make sure we never had any stress! I had the most calm and fun morning getting ready because i knew we were in the best hands. This is truly the best team ever. Even our outside vendors (photographer, videographer, DJ, florist) were so thrilled when we said we were having it here because they all love working here as well!
So don’t look any further!!! The legacy club is truly one of the best venues in the NJ/greater philly area. I can’t recommend it enough and they have a fan and visitor for life in us!!!

From the very beginning, Charlotte was incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating throughout the sales and planning process. She made us feel confident in our decision from day one and was always there to answer our questions and make sure we had everything we needed.
Jamie was absolutely amazing as our coordinator. She was organized, attentive, and truly made sure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. We never had to worry about a thing, which allowed us to completely relax and enjoy every moment of our special day. Jamie went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we envisioned it.
The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests are still talking about it! The service was exceptional, and every detail—from the setup to the timing of the evening—was handled perfectly. Everything felt effortless and seamless, and we truly felt taken care of throughout the entire experience.

Thomas and Charlotte were our main points of contact before booking the venue. They were super responsive to calls and emails before we booked. Once we booked, they were really har...
d to reach. Thomas was only responsive when it came to paying the bill. Jamie was the event coordinator for the venue and she was hard to reach as well. They work on limited days and hours, their voicemail was always full and they would not respond to email for days. Communication was really frustrating. If you live far away and cannot easily get a weekday off from work, I would not choose this venue. You also don't get to sample the whole menu. You only sample 2 salads and a few entrees. You don't get to sample any cocktail food, so it was difficult choosing the menu. We wanted an outdoor wedding, but rain was predicted on our wedding weekend. The indoor ceremony plan they offered is not great. The ceremony took place in one of the halls with a white curtain as the background- looked cheap. They also didn't set out enough chairs for guests so they had to stand. It was cramped. They also set up half the ceremony hall for cocktail hour and that was cramped for 100 guests. The other option was the back room of the restaurant which also looked small and dark which is why we chose the hall. You have to walk through the restaurant to get there- hectic for 100 guests. Bridal suite is spacious and nice, but there is no groomsmen suite. The groomsmen ended up sharing the bridal suite. They also lack indoor places to take pictures in case of rain. They don't let you take pictures by the bar even if there's no one there. They also verbally told my husband he can bring friends to play on weekends since we live far away, but once the time came, they said no and said that it was written on the contract. They said he had to come on a weekday and had to avoid weekends and holidays. They also brought dinner out to guests late and brought us the wrong entree. There was only 1 bar for cocktail and reception, so there was always a line for drinks. Overall, I can't say I would recommend this venue. They aren't cheap, so I expected better.

The staff here is truly exceptional. Charlotte was our lead salesman and made the initial booking process clear and stress-free. Our wedding manager and coordinator, Jamie and Morgan, were absolute rockstars who ensured every single detail of the day was perfectly organized. A special shout-out goes to Sue, our incredibly attentive waitress, who took care of us from early morning prep all the way to late night.
The scenery at the venue is magnificent and provided the most stunning backdrop for both the ceremony and the photographs. What truly amazed us was how effortlessly the team managed the crowd flow. The transition from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, and finally into the reception, was incredibly smooth and well-timed.
To top it all off, the food was top-of-the-line delicious. Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour hors d’oeuvres and main entrees especially the sole stuffed with crabmeat and the NY strip steak.
If you are looking for a beautiful venue with a world-class team that executes events flawlessly, we highly recommend The Legacy Club!

who listened to our exact needs and was extremely attentive and responsive to our questions and needs. Thomas really cared about making our wedding day exactly how we wanted it. We also worked with Charlotte from Thomas’s team, who was attentive, responsive, and helpful. Jamie, the event operations manager, was the best of the best. She listened to all of our requests and made sure that the day itself was perfect and exactly what we wanted. The Maitre’D Sue was also great on the day-of to ensure there were no issues and that the evening ran smoothly. The Bridal Assistant, Morgan, was also very helpful and attentive. The entire Legacy team communicated exceptionally well and worked together seamlessly, making the entire planning process and wedding day feel effortless.
As for the venue itself, from start to finish it was perfect. The atrium was such a beautiful space to have the ceremony, and the cocktail hour in the atrium/courtyard was perfect. The cocktail hour food, in particular, was unique, plentiful, and absolutely delicious. Our guests are still talking about it! Also, the ice sculpture provided was a great centerpiece, as well. The reception space in the ballroom was gorgeous, the staff and bartenders were attentive, the food was delicious, and both our guests and us had the best time. We held the after-party in the members lounge, which was a fun and unique space, and we would absolutely recommend this add-on.
Looking back, we truly couldn’t have imagined a better venue or team. Every person we worked with genuinely cared about making our wedding everything we hoped it would be, and they exceeded our expectations in every way. We would recommend The Legacy Club without hesitation to any couple looking for an unforgettable wedding experience.

xperience it was for the many months leading up to the wedding. Jamie is modern, understanding, and knowledgeable concerning any and all possible areas of planning. For every time my husband or I had a question, Jamie was either beating us to it, or immediately making necessary adjustments in order to make things a reality. I sincerely cannot imagine working with a more capable professional leading up to such an important day.
As for The Legacy Club itself, the venue is gorgeous front to back, with a number of options to suit any event. Our wedding guests overwhelmingly shared their praise throughout the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, concerning the height of impression the spaces of The Legacy Club had left on them. With the course sprawling throughout both the front and back of the club building, the views are immaculate from any vantage. The new addition of the atrium is beautifully done, with open wood rafters and a retractable glass wall that leads out to an overlook of the back side of the course — a truly spectacular view and setup across the entirety of the venue.
Culinarily, The Legacy Club is an in-house establishment that does not require an outside catering service… and it shows. Whether it was the lunch provided by Randall’s (in-house restaurant) to our wedding parties pre-ceremony, cocktail hour hors d'oeuvres, or the dinner for our guests (as well as the custom-selected entrees for myself and the groom — I highly recommend the duck breast…), the food quality and selection were a highlight of the evening; however, your guests will reassure you, unprompted, that this is fact.
If you’re looking for a venue with a guest range up to 300, The Legacy Club is a must-see, at the very least. We are not golfers, and not frequently finding ourselves at country clubs; but, The Legacy Club is spectacular regardless of preconceived notion or preference. The experience blew us away, as well as our guests. Special shoutouts to Tom and Charlotte as well. Tom was magnificent and accommodating in every way, and Charlotte was incredibly helpful on the big day. The staff as a whole were wonderful and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the venue for any event. It was an amazing day.

We were concerned about who would help place the cake flowers onto the wedding cake and they were able to take care of that for us. My husband’s button came off before we began taking pictures and Ally had a sewing kit ready to fix the button! They even had a water bottle and towel ready for us to dry the sweat off our faces. They even checked on my sister and her kids to make sure they were okay. They both made the day absolutely stress free. From cocktail hour to reception, the food was great. My husband and I had our own server, Susan, who was so sweet! She instructed us during cake cutting and even had a hot towel ready after! The view from the Atrium was absolutely beautiful. Our guests have not stopped talking about what a wonderful night they had! I cannot thank the whole Legacy Club team enough!

iends and family. We booked the Legacy Club within about 4 months of our event, so the planning went fast, but the staff knew exactly what to do and helped us along the way. They made sure it was not overwhelming and we got exactly what we wanted. Thanks Tori and Jamie especially!!! Our guests raved about the food!!! It was absolutely delicious. They put out an amazing spread, especially for the cocktail hour.
The only downside of the Legacy Club for us was they were undergoing renovations and their new atrium space was not ready for our early October reception. Even though we were a little bummed we didn't get to use the Atrium space we were blown away by how beautiful the event turned out. To make up for it the staff even allowed us to use the bridal suite, which made the day of flow a lot easier as we had a nice place to be with snacks and drinks.
We are not golf people in the slightest, but the grounds and venue were the perfect backdrop for photos.
As a lesbian couple it was so important to us that we felt not only comfortable with the venue having us there, but that we were celebrated at well. The legacy club definitely hit the mark!

the world. There was an Italian grazing station, tacos and a variety of Asian food. Not to mention the butlered hors d’oeuvres and dessert were unbelievably good.
The entire staff was a joy to work with.
The days surrounding our wedding were 60 degrees and sunny, our wedding day was FREEZING with snow and rain. Grace, our day of coordinator played such a huge rule in making sure I was calm, having fun and the part I appreciate most-she listened to what my husband and I wanted. We were adamant that we didn’t want to miss our cocktail hour because of photos and she made sure that we were there!! Grace even bustled my dress and made sure I was comfortable.
The facility is beautiful and clean. The spacing of the tables was great, no one felt claustrophobic. We dropped off decorations the day before and Grace and her crew executed perfectly.
To everyone at the Legacy Club, we cannot thank you enough! It was the best day!

ime that we decided on the WCC as our venue, the staff have been nothing short of amazing. They have made themselves available through phone and email with any questions or concerns that I had, reassured me how perfect the day would go, were extremely organized and direct the day of, supportive and comforting through the cold and when I was becoming emotional, caring and so extremely thoughtful (reminded us about our food and even bagged up our food to go and guests!), and always had smiles on their faces (even through the chaos). We feel so thankful to have celebrated our love here for all of the reasons listed above and more. They were absolutely incredible and I cannot express how many people are STILL raving about their whole experience. Tori, our coordinator was absolutely amazing and accommodating. Anything that we needed throughout the day, she got it or was making the day so much easier for us. She did not want us to stress at all and she had everything under control. out 3 months before our 3rd attempt at the wedding, Woodcrest had some new staff members; they didn't miss a beat. Olivia, Nicole and Tori were an absolute pleasure to work with. Due to the circumstances, I didn't even get to meet my main point of contact, Olivia, until my rehearsal, but not once did I feel skeptical about the service we were receiving. On my wedding day, Olivia was absolutely wonderful. Whether it was holding my train, driving me in a golf cart, grabbing me water since it was 100 degrees, or shooing the bugs out from the skirt of my dress, she was on-point and a HUGE help. (thanks, girl!) Although there were some heat issues that day (I think the air conditioner broke) which made some people pretty uncomfortably-hot at the reception, the team seemed to do everything possible to improve the situation. Not to mention the food at woodcrest is top notch - all of our guests were raving about it. Overall this venue is a 10/10 - from service, food, gorgeous landscape and tent option for ceremony, we couldn't have been more happy.

We loved having the bridal suite to get ready and there was ample room for the bridal party and family to get ready (breakfast and mimosas provided by WCC were a nice touch as well!). Bar 1929 was perfect for the after-party and we enjoyed sitting outside by the fire pits. We appreciated all of the little touches that Woodcrest includes in their wedding package, such as champagne at the ceremony and snacks and coffee for guests to take home at the end of the night. The wedding was beautiful and we wouldn't change a thing!

Due to COVID19, our wedding celebration got postponed. We still wanted to get married and ended up holding a "micro wedding" ceremony with just family on our original wedding date, and it worked out perfectly! The WCC allowed us to use their outdoor ceremony tent; they even set out the ceremony arch and chairs for us to use. We took pictures around the grounds and they came out beautiful! George, Lauren, and the rest of the team were so flexible in working with us to postpone our wedding and we are very grateful to them.
We can't wait to have our wedding celebration in 2021! We've already had our tasting and their food was top-notch (fyi we ended up going with the sea bass, petit filet/lobster tail duo, and chicken breast with roasted peppers). We also LOVE the family-owned bakery they use for their wedding cakes - Sweet Eats Bakery - and have used them on several occasions since our cake tasting. Their event planning team members are very professional, competent, and easy to communicate with. Definitely check them out if you're looking for a great place to get married!

Ultimately we decided to have a small intimate ceremony & dinner at Woodcrest on 6.6.20 to tie the knot, and postpone our larger ceremony/reception to August of 2021. Woodcrest did an absolutely gorgeous job with this small gathering - they even accomodated our Zoom needs! The food is delicious and we absolutely cannot wait for our big celebration next year. We couldn't be happier we chose Woodcrest as our venue!!!

They had everything we wanted: indoor and outdoor space, several rooms to move between, a place onsite to get ready, a GREAT food and drink package and it was conveniently located for our friends and family! Since signing, every time we met with Nikki or George, we walked away feeling more and more affirmed we made the right choice in Woodcrest.
That has become even MORE obvious since the pandemic of COVID-19.
For all the couples having to deal with the heartbreak of postponing their wedding, I would be surprised if anyone has had a more seamless postponement process. From the very first phone call about whether we should postpone our June 13, 2020 wedding, George and his team have been there every step of the way. They have been professional, empathetic, and proactive. And for that we could not be more grateful. Thank you, Woodcrest, for remaining committed to ensuring our wedding will be nothing short of amazing!
