Mattie was the absolute best of help keeping the day efficient and really listening to what I was looking for and wanted and SO supportive the whole time!
Since I purchased my dress in August 2024, I have been recommending The Ivory Concept to all of my recently engaged friends. Each of the bridal salons I visited before TIC would pr...
e-pick the dresses for me to try on. TIC was the only salon that allowed me to wander, looking at their entire inventory and truly experience the wide range of dress styles. Because of this approach, I ended up choosing a dress completely different than what I initially envisioned for myself. Wedding dress shopping was my absolute favorite part of planning a wedding, thanks in large part to TIC.
I had the best experience with Annie at the Ivory Concept!! She was so knowledgeable and helped me try on a ton of different styles. We also just enjoyed our time both visits to th...

s to try on. Most importantly, I felt NO pressure during the process and felt so supported when trying on the various dresses. They were so flexible about scheduling follow up appointments to try on the dress before ordering it, which as an indecisive person, was great (and every time I put the dress on, I felt so happy and sure). They work with incredible designers and will work with you to make sure the dress is perfect!
Had the best experience working with The Ivory Concept for my dream wedding dress! It was bit costly but as expected for a higher quality gown. Thank you Ali and her staff for all ...
your help! Highly recommend this shop if you’re looking for that classic beautiful style gown!
I found my perfect wedding dress at The Ivory Concept in October of last year (2023). Ali and her team were the most personable, attentive, and calming group of wedding dress gurus...
I could ever ask for! They truly listen to your vision as a bride, put no pressure on you, and are transparent about all the ordering and backend things that might get overlooked with all the excitement. The Ivory Concept also has bridal accessories, and Ali and her team were so helpful in scheduling another appointment for my veil selection and earrings. It was truly a blast trying on wedding dresses at The Ivory Concept – and I was a little bummed that picking up my dress was the last time I would be there!
If you want personalized, conscientious, wedding dress service in a boutique shop, TIC is the place to go!
I just got married this weekend and got my dress from The Ivory Concept. I felt absolutely gorgeous on my wedding day and have to credit so much of that to my beautiful dress. I lo...
ved working with the staff, who helped me find the perfect dress in a supportive, kind, and fun way. I will always cherish that day of listening to fun 2000s pop while my sisters, mom, cousin, and best friend since preschool helped me pick my dress.
There was a problem with my original dress (not their fault - it came in a few sizes too large), and The Ivory Concept rush ordered me a smaller size and gave us my veil for free, all of which was unnecessarily generous given that it wasn't their mistake. I cannot recommend this dress shop enough!
My experience with The Ivory Concept and Alli was so far above any expectations I had for wedding dress shopping. Great customer service and truly just a genuinely great person to ...

riety of styles and options while I decided. They have a great selection of designers to choose from and I like that they only have one bride in the shop at a time, it really makes for a personalized experience. From the fitting to the dress pickup, I loved visiting TIC and it made for the perfect wedding dress!
I had the BEST experience at TIC! They close the entire store just for you and your guests to shop and try on dresses. I had visited 2 other store before TIC and nothing compares t...
o the personalized and intimate experience you get with a small family owned shop like TIC. I found the perfect dress for me! The owner wasn't pushy at all and truly wanted you to fine the perfect dress for you whether that was at her shop or at another. I ended up purchasing my dress the same day as my appointment. I would highly recommend TIC to any bride!

ons are STUNNING and she was amazing to work with. She helped me find exactly what I was looking for. This was the only bridal shop I went to, and the only one you'll need to go to as well. Amazing experience from start to finish!
Wedding dress shopping with Ali at the Ivory Concept was a DREAM. I was anxious going into shopping because I wasn't sure what I wanted and felt self conscious. Ali and her mom imm...
ediately put me at ease. They gave me/my mom dedicated attention and it was in a way that wasn't pushy or overbearing, but more supportive! They also let me come back multiple times when I was trying to decide between my dress, whereas other shops limited my number of visits and length of time. I never felt rushed or pressured at my appointments with the Ivory Concept girls. I truly could not have had a better experience finding my dress and have recommended this store to anyone I know that gets engaged - thank you Ali!!!!

First and most importantly, you have the entire bridal shop to yourself. Ali, shop owner, is so patient and allows you to browse through available dresses. I was not rushed and I felt like I was actually selecting my dress - not being shuffled through various dresses that the shop owner thought that I'd like.
The Ivory Concept offers a variety of dresses, and guests raved about my chosen Alyssa Kristin dress. I would HIGHLY recommend The Ivory Concept to anyone searching for their dream dress.
I loved my experience at the Ivory Concept! I wanted to try on my dress a second time before deciding and the girls at TIC let me come back and were extremely patient with me! I lo...

amazing! This was the first store I went to and I found my dress within 20 minutes! Her dresses are so unique and beautiful. Ali went above and beyond to offer every suggestion on dresses, custom detail options, and accessories. I ended up going with a custom Alena Leena dress and it was the dress of my DREAMS! I had a very specific vision of what I wanted my dress to be, and I would have NEVER been able to find/build it if it weren’t for Ali. When my dress came in it was not exactly what I thought it would be, but I NEVER had to worry about it. Ali had it fixed and sent me to the BEST seamstress and it ended up being the most perfect dress. If you want the best, most relax, and fun dress buy experience you have to check out The Ivory Concept.

de the day wonderful for us. Her selection of gowns are so unique and stunning, I had so much fun trying them on, but there was a clear winner. Ali and her family! It was so incredibly special and (most importantly) fun! Can't recommend them enough!
Ali and TIC were an overall WONDERFUL experience. I went to 5 boutiques in 2 days, with TIC being my first, and nothing stacked up after my experience here. The boutique was privat...
e, warm, friendly, and had wonderful gowns, lighting, and accessories. Most of all, my experience here was FUN. Ali went above and beyond to help set up the bridal 'moment' by providing a hair tie, earrings, recommendations for veils, and even themed music! We even walked outside to see how THE dress looked in the sunlight. She also has confetti to pop when you say yes, which is totally unique! Her and her mom make the experience feel incredibly comfortable, like shopping with family! If you are in center city Philly and not sure about driving out, it is 1000% worth the drive in every way. I am SO glad I added TIC to my list of boutiques, otherwise I would not have found the most perfect dress and had such a memorable say yes to the dress moment. It was a dream!
I had an amazing experience at TIC!! I didn't end up getting my dress here but highly recommend!! Both Ali and Beth were super supportive, helpful and made the dress shopping expe...

come and relaxed once I walked in. I loved how bright and clean the space felt and how easy it was to browse all of the dresses without feeling pressured. Ali did a great job making me feel comfortable during the try on process and staying down to earth during the appointment! The space is beautiful, the dressing room is huge and clean, and the natural light is amazing. Overall, such a great place experience! Would recommend!!

pectacular selection of gowns. I felt so comfortable and happy, knowing I’d find my gown here. I left with multiple contenders and am already preparing to go back for my final decision. Cannot recommend them enough.

thy! The best part was that Ali & Beth never made me feel pressured into buying anything or liking anything. It was truly a stress-free, amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back in March to officially purchase my dream gown (the only reason I did not purchase the gown during the appointment is to make sure my bridal party can come with me to see it in person ❤️).
Had such a wonderful experience! Due to COVID, I had the shop all to myself. It was very clean, and felt very safe, and yet still a fun experience. It was also SO cute inside, and...
they had really nice touches like a sign with my name on it when I enter. There were so many great options that it was hard to pick, and I did not feel pressured at all to make a decision right then and there. They were also very accommodating in terms of letting me adjust the dresses to be more in line with my vision (i.e. changing neckline, adding buttons, etc.).I would 100% recommend this shop to others.
I had the most wonderful experience at the Ivory Concept. Ali is unbelievably helpful and sweet. The whole process was so much fun and easy! Thank you for everything! I will recomm...

n between two options - the 2nd of which I never would have pulled off the rack and tried out on my own but was their suggestion! More than anything it was such a warm, comfortable environment with no pressure. I found the perfect dress here and couldn’t have done it without their help!

n’t seen them in the few other stores I had already been too .. if you are looking for something that won’t be in every other bridal shop - hands down, this is the place to go! Even though I didn’t find “my dress” here , I had the most wonderful experience, everything you hope for when you go shopping for your dress. 10/10 without a doubt for The Ivory Concept 💕
