The Iroquois Club

We recently had our wedding at the Iroquois Club, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The venue itself looked absolutely beautiful on our wedding day. All of our guests commented on how amazing the space looked, and we were very happy with how everything came together. Nikki was also very helpful throughout the planning process. She was responsive, worked with us on the details, and helped accommodate many of our requests leading up to the wedding. One thing future couples should be aware of is that there isn't a dedicated changing/getting-ready space at the venue. If you plan on getting ready or changing at the venue, this is something you'll want to account for when planning your day. We ended up needing to arrange a hotel for this purpose. As far as the food goes, our tasting was excellent, but on the wedding day, we felt the food could have been warmer and that the taste and quality could have been closer to what we experienced during the tasting. The honey butter was definitely the favorite among our guests—it was a huge hit! The cookies also seemed to be very popular, as they were gone before we even had a chance to try them. One other area that could be improved would be having the event coordinator more readily available during the reception. There were a few things we needed to coordinate, and it was sometimes difficult to locate someone to assist us, so we had to ask the wait staff several times to help get a hold of the coordinator. That said, we really appreciated all of the help we received throughout the planning process, and the venue looked absolutely stunning for our wedding. Our guests had a great time, and we are grateful to the Iroquois Club for being part of our special day.

The Iroquois Club is the most professional, hospitable, and beautiful event venue in the area. When looking for a place to host our microwedding, we scheduled a tour at the Iroquois Club and were blown away immediately with how beautiful the space is and how amazing the staff is. Katelyn worked very closely with us from our first inquiry to the day of our wedding to be sure all of our questions were answered. She helped me to solidify a perfect schedule for the reception and ensured it was well documented in our wedding workbook. She helped me with a lot of the details of how to use the event space to meet our vision of cocktail hour, reception, ceremony, etc. When we went to our tasting a few months before our wedding, we were so impressed with the food. We decided to have a plated dinner with two entrees (whiskey peppercorn filet and gruyere cheese chicken) and both options were some of the most delicious meals we have ever had. I wish I could eat the rolls with honey butter and the gruyere chicken every day lol. On the night of the wedding, we received so many compliments on how delicious the entrees were, as well as the appetizers. The team also did a wonderful job accommodating our guests who had allergies and dietary restrictions. On our wedding day, the staff was so accommodating and hospitable to both us and our guests. During the cocktail hour, several staff members walked around with appetizer trays and were taking drink orders to bring to our guests. They also ensured my groom and I had a plate of appetizers to share which was greatly appreciated! They flipped the space from ceremony to reception so quickly, allowing our family and friends to get in there to setup before the reception officially began. During the meal, my groom and I were checked on several times by staff members to be sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. I also saw staff members checking in on our guests to see if they needed anything or wanted a glass of wine with dinner. Another aspect we loved was the champagne waiting at everyone's seats for the toasts before dinner! Our leftover food was boxed and waiting for us at the end of the night. They also set out boxes for our guests to take home desserts. At the end of the night, the staff was kind enough to give my groom and I five minutes to have one last dance just the two of us. They stopped their clean up to allow us to have the room to ourselves which was one of the nicest gestures. Overall, The Iroquois Club was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue itself is beautiful, the staff is so kind and hospitable, and we received compliments about how perfect this place was for our wedding (food, staff, venue, etc.).
