So happy we picked this venue! Indiana means something to both of us since it is where we met but we were struggling to find a venue nearby. As soon as we met with Callie & toured the barn, we both fell in love with the place not to mention Callie is the sweetest human being & helped sooo much. Beautiful venue, wonderful staff, and you can tell that they have a love for doing this and it's not just a source of income which we admired! Really couldn't recommend this place enough!

My husband and I got married at The Home Farm Barn in August 2024, and the day could not have gone more perfectly! We decided to have the ceremony in the Gallery, cocktail hour in the Stables, and the reception upstairs. Our guest list was on the larger side for this venue (about 235), but between the Gallery, Stables, and outdoor space, there was still plenty of room for our guests to spread out. We loved that the DJ, bartenders, and shuttle to the parking lot and hotel were included, but the real gems of The Home Farm Barn are the coordinators - Callie and Colleen. Callie and Colleen were both amazing to work with - they both had a ton of great recommendations to keep the day running smoothly while also giving us the freedom to make the day whatever we wanted it to be. They were both extremely accommodating and 100% on top of all our requests which made the day stress free for my husband and I as well as our families. Many of our guests actually commented on how great our coordinators were - they took care of everything so that we could just enjoy. Fun fact: the soles of my husbands shoes completely fell off right before the ceremony. Without hesitation, Callie went to the local 700 shop and bought my husband new shoes. I had no idea any of this happened until a few hours into the reception. Callie is the BEST! I highly recommend this venue!

With 14,000 square feet of event space stretched over two floors, the Home Farm Barn can comfortably accommodate up to 250 guests. Walk down the aisle in the bright and airy glass gallery, enjoy cocktail hour in the intimate stables, and dance the night away at your reception under the 28-foot-high ceilings of the magnificent great hall. If you’re dreaming of an outdoor ceremony instead, The Home Farm Barn’s scenic veranda provides another photo-ready backdrop. Unlike many venues that can only accommodate an outdoor ceremony, our barn includes a beautiful setting for both an indoor or outdoor ceremony so your wedding plans can go off without a hitch come rain or sunshine. The Home Farm Barn has been in our family since 1946, and as a family-owned business, we work diligently to bring your vision to life. Our team knows how much effort goes into a wedding and will work diligently to make the planning and execution of your special day as simple and smooth as possible. Weddings at the Home Farm Barn include our experienced day-of wedding coordinator who will strive to ensure your celebration is flawless, a licensed bartender, professional DJ, trolley service to and from the venue, tables, chairs, decorative accessories and so much more. Couples also have exclusive access to the barn for the entire weekend. In addition to offering an enchanting venue for your event, the Home Farm Barn is located only 1.5 miles from Indiana, PA’s charming downtown and all the city amenities your guests need, making it a perfect location for an idyllic wedding weekend.

While all the staff at the Home Farm Barn were a pleasure to work with, we had the most one on one with Callie and I felt that she really took out a lot of the stress that comes with wedding planning. She was always so responsive to our questions and made sure the day went smoothly. I could not imaging planning a wedding without her help. The venue itself was absolutely gorgeous, having natural wood floors, walls, and ceilings for cocktail hour and the reception. We chose to have our ceremony in the glass gallery, but there was an option to have it outside too. I really liked that we could do the ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception all without having to drive to multiple locations, each taking place in different parts of the barn. It made the whole day flow naturally. We didn’t end up needing a lot of extra décor since the venue itself is so beautiful. I also loved the trolleys that came included with the Home Farm Barn, and shuttled us to and from the venue. My husband did not envision having a formal wedding, and I did – so we compromised and had a formal wedding. But the venue and staff made it feel so laid back (since that’s what we were going for) that my husband said that given the choice, he would do it all again the exact same way (his words). Our guest had fun, we had a blast, and I would also do it again because it was simply the best.

It was so nice having the DJ, transportation, and bartending be included - one less thing we had to worry about coordinating! I can't leave this review without giving a shout out to one of the coordinators, Callie. She was without a doubt the most amazing person we worked with throughout the year and a half of planning. She was so sweet and helpful - answering emails in the evenings and weekends. She also had to stand in as our day-of coordinator and I am so thankful she was the one to be there to help on our wedding day. Seriously, Callie herself makes this venue worth every penny!
