d every need, and made sure everything ran seamlessly from start to finish. We got to just be present and enjoy our day, which is a gift we’ll never stop being grateful for.
What amazed us most wasn’t just how organized and professional she was, it was how much heart she put into it. She made us feel taken care of every step of the way, and that kind of trust is rare to find in this industry! We consider Maria and her team family now and could not recommend them enough for your wedding or any event you have!
We had the best wedding ever! Leading up to the wedding, we had a handful of calls with Maria to go over details and timeline, and she really helped ease any stress I had going int...
o our wedding day. She was very detailed and organized. On the day of our wedding, her and her coordinator Toni did amazing. Not only were they a joy to be around, but they were constantly running around to keep things on schedule. Although we were on a timeline, they never made us feel rushed and encouraged us to enjoy every minute. We truly could not have had a more perfect day and their attention to detail made our day one that no one will forget. Thank you guys for everything you do. I will recommend them to anyone for any and all party planning needs.

day with flawless execution. We both appreciate all you did to keep us out of the loop and enjoying our day. It clearly was a wise decision on our part to contract your services as I now know that trying to do that without your help might have ended up being a very stressful day. It is difficult to express in words how meaningful that day was to Susan and I and because of you it went down as a perfect day/evening memory that we will cherish forever.
From the bottom of our hearts, Thank you!

sh. Her organization, professionalism, and calm presence were exactly what we needed on the most important day of our lives.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Maria coordinated timelines and vendor communication seamlessly—an incredible relief that allowed us to enjoy the last few weeks of our engagement without stress. On the day itself, her presence allowed us to truly be guests at our own wedding. We were able to fully soak in every moment without worrying about a single detail.
She took care of everything—from picking up our bouquets, steaming welcome signs, handling tip envelopes, keeping every vendor on schedule, making sure we received everything we were promised, and more. She also made sure our families were comfortable and cared for throughout the day, something that can sometimes be overlooked.
Most importantly, Maria was truly there for us—for anything we needed. Whether it was a last-minute change, a quiet moment to breathe, or just a reassuring smile, she made it her mission to support us in every possible way the entire day. She has a heart of gold and you can tell she genuinely loves what she does.
Any issues that may have come up, we’ll never know—because she handled them with such grace and professionalism. On top of all that, she’s kind, personable, and always willing to help with absolutely anything. If you’re getting married, Maria is the person you NEED by your side!
