ng! We worked with Marija, Jillian, and Hayden. They were my favorite people to work and plan with throughout my whole wedding planning process. They made it so easy for me to ask questions and communicate during everything. They let us come in and visit the venue several times and were very flexible with our time and ideas. When setting up, Hayden was there to help and gave me ideas and items to make the space fit my vision. He went above and beyond as well as the day of! He got us snacks and drinks while we waited for cocktail hour to finish. I got so many compliments about how lovely the venue was and how kind the staff was at the High Five the day of. I wish I could go back to my wedding day and do it all over again because of how much I loved it at the High Five. The bridal suite was gorgeous and very spacious as well. Thank you, High Five, for fitting and exceeding my wedding dreams. We couldn't have had a better day! It was perfect.

erent packages and we called that day wanting to book! The venue was perfect for us - we did 4th floor as cocktail hour and 5th floor as reception. We did our ceremony at a local church. The girls got ready in the bridal suite, which was perfect! I was nervous because I had 10 people in my bridal party, plus 4 stylists and 2 moms. We had more than enough space! It was very convenient leaving our belongings at the High Five, and we felt very comfortable knowing they were locked up and safe. We appreciated the door man who let our guests in and helped them navigate which floor to go to. They had several rental items we were able to pick and choose from, which was very convenient. We used their linens - table and napkins. We had 272 guests, and we anticipated 300. We were nervous about spacing, but it did not feel cramped! All this aside, the women's bathroom had 2 broken sinks, which was not great. Communication with the High Five was poor. We had several different girls responding to our emails, which made it confusing for them and me. There were several chains where I would ask a question or ask to see a diagram, and another girl would respond and send me something completely different or not answer my question. This was very frustrating. I called about 3 times and had conversations with 3 different girls. I would get answers, but sometimes the answers did not line up across the board. Thankfully, I had a wedding planner who was added to the email chain, and she stepped in and sorted out communication. Getting a diagram for the room setup was very difficult, even until the day, but my planner reassured me that she would set it up as I wanted. For the High Five, Gianna stepped forward for our wedding and served as the main communicator. She was wonderful in executing our needs/questions. Things ran so much smoother once we had one point person, instead of 5 different girls trying to respond. The day ran very smoothly, and the space was beautiful. There were no events the week of our wedding, so we were able to come in early and drop things off/setup different things. This was extremely helpful and took quite the load off of us for the day of!
