I got married on October 4th, Words can’t describe how pleased we are with their service and food. I contacted other food carting, but The Heights Catering was friendly, answer my emails fast and helped me with my needs. When we went in for the food tasting, we absolutely loved them, it feels like they LOVE what they do and made us feel so comfortable. The day of the wedding, I saw them moving around to make sure everyone had their hors d’oeuvre and water. The food was as delicious as when we went in for tasting, all our guests LOVED the food. We actually share their contact with one of our guest. Thank you and the staffs so much for making our special day so smooth and delicious.

A place where blue skies and sunshine encourage family and friends to gather around the backyard barbeque – everyone taking part in grilling and preparing farm-fresh salads. For Brian, food has always been about bringing family and friends together to make memories and celebrate life. Living in the melting pot of the culinary world for most of his life, Brian was exposed to a vast array of flavors and cuisines. His ongoing fascination inspired him to begin cooking at a young age and ultimately ignited his passion.

We were in contact during a very busy holiday season and can promise you each time I had a question, they were on top of answering them almost instantly. However, once we found The Heights Catering, they made it so easy, and the food at the tasting was so great, it was a no-brainer. We also needed to tweak our original proposal a bit and Brian made the changes quickly and easily. They were also very easy to get in contact with and our reception went off without a hitch. actually called me to see what I was looking for and was willing to work around my budget and my vision. When we got to the tasting, food was SO good. He has this mushroom sauce pasta that I devoured and I don’t even like mushrooms!! Not to mention all his ingredients are fresh and his kitchen spotless!! The day of the wedding Brian was on time, he had enough staff to help throughout the event, and food was just as good as it was the day we had our tasting.
