Working with The Green House was truly one of if not the best decision we made for our wedding. Mackenzie was so hopeful and kind as we made all the preparations. She always responded quickly to our questions and had some great insight for us. We started planning about 9 months out and she made me feel like we were on track. When it came to the day of the wedding I had zero worries that they would handle whatever came up. Our ceremony ran late and we had some last minute changes we made that they handled so well and communicated to the folks that needed to know. I had so many comments that I looked and seemed so calm on my wedding day and that is in big part because of them this team!! They handled clean up so well and everything made it home in one piece and clean. Our families hardly touched anything which meant so much after seeing the setup/clean up for my SILs wedding. I cannot recommend hiring The Green House enough. Truly above and beyond. Thank you guys for making such a huge day in our lives so easy!

Merritt from The Green House is a literal angel on earth. She was helpful, positive, relaxed, professional, responsive, and timely both before my wedding and on the day-of, and went above and beyond in multiple ways to make sure I had an amazing day. She made sure that me and my loved ones were feeling relaxed and positive on the wedding day despite the timeline not going exactly to plan, and from my perspective my wedding went nearly perfectly. Something I especially appreciate was her flexibility and willingness to adjust the plan based on what was feeling right to me. My only regret was booking them just for coordination and not for planning; knowing what I know now, I’m certain that Merritt would have done an amazing job. Merritt, you’re the best!!!

They established relationships with all the vendor team and made sure our boundaries and wishes were respected throughout the entirety of our rehearsal and wedding day. As a teacher, I know what goes in to planning and managing, and I felt so comfortable putting this once in a lifetime day into Mackenzie and Merritt’s hands. zie is a true professional. She's enthusiastic, upbeat, and full of energy every single time. We'd sometimes schedule meetings late in the evening, past 5 PM, and she'd still show up with the same energy to help us plan. On multiple occasions our calls ran long, and she was always happy to stay on to answer every last question, proof of just how patient she is. She's also incredibly responsive by text and email; her communication is lightning-fast, and her messages are so clear and detailed that everything was easy to understand. On the wedding day, both Mackenzie and Merritt knew exactly what they were doing. It was like they'd done a million weddings before ours. They coordinated with every vendor, directed the bridesmaids and groomsmen, and guided our guests seamlessly. Honestly, I had no idea what was happening behind the scenes all day, but Mackenzie knew everything. She constantly checked in to make sure my wife and I were okay and kept me updated whenever something came up/down to the tiny details I never would have thought of. Whatever the situation, Mackenzie always knew exactly what to say or do. Even after the wedding, the Green House Events team stayed behind to help clean up, pack up, and carry out loads of boxes. We are so grateful for that. Our family members have complimented The Green House Events on their incredible service too, everyone agreed they did a tremendous job. I wish I could give them a 100/10 for what they did on our wedding day. I'd recommend them 100% for anyone's wedding. And with all the single friends I have, I already know I'll be sending them to Green House Events down the road.

Our wedding day had a little unexpected rain, and Mackenzie was ON IT with reassuring me and communicating clearly about options and help keep me calm. Merritt handled the guests and jumped into action with umbrellas and towels. Once the rain stopped, both of them wiped down all the chairs and ushered guests back to their seats with a clear new plan while the rain stopped. They made sure guests used our guest book and that we got pictures with people, and they answered any and all questions for us the day of. I barely had to think, I just got to focus on marrying my husband! It was the best day and I’d suggest them to anyone needing help with any event, big or small. Even down to their walkie talkie head sets, they are a well oiled machine.
