The Grand Ballroom by McHale's

de the wedding planning process so pleasant and stress free. Our event went so smoothly thanks to the detailed planning and execution of the staff. The team made us, as well as our families, feel so special throughout the night with their kindness and dedication to making our experience the best it could be.

lanner who has such a capable and incredible team. We feel that they've truly outdone themselves. From the first inquiry phone call to the very end of the planning process, Tessie walked us throughout it all in detail, was so kind, detail-oriented, attentive, organized, and answered all of our questions. The entire staff on wedding day was so incredible and genuinely sharing their happiness for our celebration, and the chef accommodated adding some of my heritage into the buffet menu (Lebanese!) which turned out so delicious. I could not be more grateful to the McHale's Events and Catering team! I knew I made the right choice from Day 1 and never looked back. 5 Stars, above and beyond!

etails for each aspect of our reception. We appreciated her communication and promptness answering all of our questions throughout the planning process. She was easy to schedule meetings with and showed us all of the materials and supplies that the venue already had, so we knew what to buy and what to borrow. On the day of, we and our families were amazed at how attentive all the staff was. Erin was so friendly and effective as the manager for us. The staff was able to re-fill drinks quickly and answer any questions. The Grand did a great job accommodating food allergies. We are so appreciative of everything that the Grand did for us. We would recommend The Grand to anyone who is thinking of having a wonderful wedding reception or any event in general. They are the absolute best!

e. The staff were conscientious and detail-oriented. There wasn’t a single issue leading up to the wedding or on the day, and the amount of time and energy the venue manager, Tessie, invested in our experience was top-notch. We felt very well taken care of, and she responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. We have no concerns with The Grand and would recommend it to anyone getting married in the Northern Kentucky/Cincinnati area!

communicative, and an absolute joy to work with. Several of our other vendors commented on how much they appreciated her coordination which helped the wedding day run smoothly.

tly thanks to Lauren and Erin. They stayed on top of everything and it ran so smoothly. They also switched our ceremony to reception so easily and brought our vision to life. It was perfect in every way. The food was also delicious; we have people still talking about the brisket. All in all I highly recommend the Grand to anyone planning a wedding. It’s a beautiful venue and the people were so easy to work with, and it’s affordable!

s Emailed me right back when I had questions or needed clarification on anything. Her staff also did a wonderful job having everything set up the exact way I wanted for our reception. It was also raining on the day of our wedding and Tessie and her staff let us come early to The Grand to take photos and they bent over backwards to allow us the space that we needed to take all of our photos!

o knowledgeable. I had a 10/10 experience every single time I dealt with anyone from here. The process was straight forward and seamless. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

ery expectation. The space itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful, elegant details that made for a perfect backdrop to our special day. The staff truly set this venue apart. They were exceptionally friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. Their hard work and attention to detail made all the difference, and it was clear they were genuinely invested in making our wedding day perfect. The food was nothing short of outstanding. Every dish was beautifully prepared, delicious, and enjoyed by all of our guests. We received so many compliments on the quality and flavor of the meals! One of the standout aspects of working with McHales, specifically Tessie, was their over-communication leading up to the wedding. Every question was answered promptly, and every detail was addressed well in advance, leaving us feeling completely at ease. They provide a wide arrange of options to allow for customizations for your special day and are up front about all cost throughout the entire process. If you're looking for a wedding venue, I cannot recommend McHales's Grand Ballroom enough. It's truly the best place to celebrate one of the most important days of your life. You will not be disappointed!

geous and Tessie set up all the centerpieces so that it looked like our dream wedding!

we could think of, and many details we never considered. Her staff was extremely professional on the day of and everything was laid our perfectly for our event. Additionally, The Grand Ballroom is absolutely beautiful. We looked at a few other venues prior to looking at The Grand but immediately stopped after being shown that ballroom. I'm not sure it can be beat. We highly recommend everything about this venue and the staff who made sure the event was perfect.

and being able to see friends on the second balcony, I had never been to a venue like this! I can’t recommend this venue enough!

o provided some really cool photo ops. Everything went according to plan on our special day and a lot of that was thanks to the service provided by McHale’s staff!

at the Grand Ballroom checked all of the boxes. We highly recommend their seated meals, as their staff are well trained at taking care of the serving quickly, and really utilize their open door policy to test your decor and see what works and what doesn't. We were so pleased with everything from McHale's.

to check in with us and our parents throughout the evening to make sure everything was going according to plan or even just get them a drink. Their prices were fair and transparent, and the contract process was extremely organized. Everyone complimented the food as well! McHales has weddings down to a science to make an event personalized and stress free.

reception as they have a balcony area for cocktail hour while they flip the room for the reception. We also did food through McHales, and it was FANTASTIC! All my guests were accommodated for and the buffet was set up in a way that made getting a plate a breeze. My event planner was Tessie and she was amazing. During the planning, she was able to help put me at ease with her expertise. She always responded back promptly to any issue, question, or concern I had. For the rehearsal and day of needs, Aaron was my go to. He was very supportive and helped with any questions or needs we had. I would absolutely recommend the Grand for anyone who is planning their wedding!

ed us through every detail and helped us ensure everything was taken care of. On the day of, everything went perfectly and the room looked beautiful!

dn't have been better. My husband commented that McHales must be pretty confident when they served filet mignon with a butter knife. The butter knife was appropriate, it was tender and delicious. Aaron the banquet manager took care of every detail and was delightful to work with. I can't thank McHales enough, it was a perfect evening.

ons and always helpful with any special needs we had. She was professional and helped us make sure all of the details were taken care of. The day of staff was AMAZING, they were so attentive and made sure that all of our needs were being met the entire evening! Shoutout to the banquet managers - simply stated they were second to none! There wasn’t one thing I was worried about all evening upon arriving at McHales because they were so on it! Also, the food was fantastic!!! All of our guests were commenting on how delicious the food was!! Lisa did our cake and it was beautiful and SO GOOD! I would definitely recommend McHales to anyone!

!!!

t there was not a detail missed. One thing that stuck out to me the most was how delicious the food was! We had the steak and tilapia, it was amazing and I am a pretty picky eater. Everyone had such a good time and the venue looks beautiful in person and in photos. The fact that they set up and break down the wedding for you is truly priceless! Hurry and book with McHales because it is a steal!! I would recommend booking them to anyone getting married in the greater Cinci area :)

onal. Everyone went out of their way to make this wedding very special. We were treated like royalty and felt very pampered throughout the planning, preparation and the day of the event. You simply can do no better than this beautiful venue. Our families and friends raved about it. Many heartfelt thanks to the amazing staff at the Grand for making this wedding and reception so perfect!!!

beyond to make our day perfect and run smoothly. They really made me feel calm so I didn't stress over anything.

od was, and I agree. The service and set up were excellent, and the ability to return Tuesday after the wedding to pick things up made the experience that much better. The room is beautiful!

s a breeze. The prices are incredibly reasonable and you won't be surprised by any add-on fees (because most of what you need is already included... ie. tables, linens, table numbers, even table mirrors to go under your centerpieces if you want them!). So far my mom's side of the family has had THREE weddings at the Grand Ballroom... it's an incredible venue that I'll forever tell everyone about.

and the staff. If ten stars was an option I'd give them all ten. Perfect from start to finish. Excellent to work with for planning ahead of time and 150% professional and courteous throughout the duration. Everything was perfect! I could write a novel here with all of the good things that happened and still not justify it. I cannot recommend The Grand Banquet Hall enough!

ad, but the staff was so awesome and set everything up just how I wanted it. I worked with Jeremy and Jen the most and they were both super helpful and on top of it. The staff was so quick to turn the venue around from the ceremony to the reception and everything went so smoothly. Highly recommend the venue, catering, and staff.

cluded - The Grand marked all of those boxes and then many more. We worked with Jen from start to finish, and she was so incredibly helpful - she was always available to answer my many questions - and she made the process seamless and also fun for us. They took care of everything - set-up, tear-down, catering the cocktail hour and dinner, manning the bars, even setting up our decorations. The place looked absolutely gorgeous. My parents, my husband's parents, and my bridal party never once had to go to the buffet line or to the bar - someone was always taking care of us - we felt like royalty! The food was delicious!! We found that having the 5th hour included was rare, but SO nice! By the time you get through cocktail hour and speeches, you'll want that 5th hour to keep dancing with all of your closest family and friends! Having the cocktail hour upstairs added extra fun and elegance to the event - everyone loved mingling upstairs and it felt like two different locations and events! I can't say enough good things about our experience with The Grand, and I can't even imagine having our wedding anywhere else. The location, the staff (especially Jen and our night-of coordinators!), the venue, having everything included - it was all absolutely perfect and we couldn't be happier!

never stressed! The "night of" staff were also amazing. For example, they took food out early to young kids who were about to melt down. My parents hardly ever had to go to the bar to get a refill. They checked in on my husband and I regularly without being overbearing. It was truly a night to remember! The space is big, but also intimate where I felt like everyone was together the whole night. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for the perfect wedding reception venue!
