f is great! It made my wedding day everything I could’ve ever imagined. If I would’ve known how great they would’ve done, I would’ve been a lot less stressed from the very beginning! I would 10 out of 10 recommend.

tle to nothing about weddings and from the day we booked our wedding in Jan 2024 until our wedding day this month, I swear I asked over 100 questions and all of them were answered within a day or two and the answers were always informative and offered suggestions. The Gala is very popular and it amazed me that they were so prompt in responding and really cared about answering all questions and assisting us in creating our wedding vision.Their online portal is user-friendly and a great communication tool! While everyone at the venue is kind and very helpful, there was one person that stood out as she went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day went smoothly. Her name is TARAAAAA!!!!! Tara was our day-of coordinator and she is nothing short of heaven sent. She was sweet, kind and extraordinary at her job! Tara did not panic when an issue arouse, and boy did we have a BIG one. The groom bent over and split his pants right along the butt right before the ceremony. He was about to go in panic mode when Tara popped in, sewed it right on up and saved the day!!!!!! She even gently let me know what was going on and reassured me all would be just fine. Her calmness and reassurance allowed us to stay relaxed and not worry that our day was ruined. Tara was there with a solution EVERY TIME! If I forgot something in the bridal suite, she ran to get it, when I needed help with getting my dress on and looped around each button, she did each one in record time, I completely forgot my garter and she popped up with it and helped me get it on! No matter what happened, Tara was on it before I could even think to panic! Anyone can SAY they care about your day and that your day will be beautiful, but when ACTIONS MATCH those words, you meet TARA! Our night-of coordinator Shaneil picked up where Tara left off and was also kind and well organized! She was very sweet and made sure our ending was just as beautiful as the beginning! Overall the day was well organized and decorated beautifully to meet our vision. We had a lot of detail in our decor so we created a lookbook to help with execution of our vision and the Gala followed it perfectly. The crab cakes, chicken and waffles, steak, salmon, and pasta were all delicious and our signature drink was a huge hit with our guests. We adored the signature curtain swoop, the lovely terrace for cocktail hour, and the ride in the Bentley after our grand exit! I LOVED that the Gala girls set EVERYTHING up, broke down and packed up everything in an organize manner at the end of the night so that we could pick it up easily the next morning. The Gala 417 is without a doubt an excellent choice if you are looking for an all-inclusive venue for any event. We plan to return for our first anniversary to have our wedding meal again! Thank you all for making our day magical! To Tara and Shaneil, you are both one of a kind and really made our day even more meaningful by being good at what you do, just by being you! :-)

g was. Working with the Gala 417 team, especially Sarah and Lyndsey, made the planning process enjoyable and stress-free. They were incredibly responsive and attentive, always quick to answer questions and ensure that our wedding day vision came to life in a way that felt uniquely ours. Lyndsey, our day-of coordinator, was amazing! She handled everything flawlessly throughout the morning and early afternoon, and we truly appreciated how well-organized and professional she was. Even though there were a couple of small bumps after her departure, such as the DJ needing a reminder for speeches, and a few of our selected beer options running out earlier than expected, the staff still managed to keep everything running smoothly. To future brides, I would recommend clearly emphasizing any specific beverage preferences during your catering and blueprint meetings if you or your guests have favorites to avoid any disappointments. We were especially excited about the food after trying it at our catering meeting—it was delicious, and we even bragged to our guests about it! However, on the day of the wedding, the food served was bland and inconsistently prepared. We had requested steaks to be cooked medium, but after the fact, many of our guests shared that their filets ranged from rare to well-done, with some even mentioning gristle or fat in the cut—which shouldn’t happen with a filet. This was a bit disappointing, especially considering how much we were looking forward to the meal. Overall, Gala 417 went above and beyond to make our wedding day truly unforgettable. We would absolutely recommend this venue to future couples—between the gorgeous space and the dedication of the staff, our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more. We are so grateful to the entire Gala 417 team for making our day so special!
