I loved working with the Flower Lady. From the start they were knowledgeable, responsive and kind. When they had to switch my designer, they made sure to meet with me to confirm al...
l the details. The flowers were stunning morning of the wedding, but there was a small issue, the flower lady helped solve it right away. I couldn't have asked for a better florist
Everyone at the flower lady was absolutely fantastic to work with. We worked directly with Jeff for our wedding, and he made it feel like we were working with a close friend
They are simply stunning floral designers and so nice and flexible to work with!
Ron was incredibly wonderful to work with - especially considering the "little" hiccup we encountered with postponing our reception 10 months due to covid. Ron was able to take my ...
vision of fun, playful, and dimensional floral ideas and bring it completely to life! I wish I could a photo to this website to show off how beautiful the arrangements were! We could not have been happier. Thank you Flower Lady :-)
We decided on The Flower Lady after looking at WISN's A-list and seeing their awesome ratings. Ron was very responsive and made me feel so welcome when I met with him for the first...
time to discuss options for a bridal bouquet, 8 bridesmaid bouquets, and cake flowers. I later emailed him inspiration pictures and one picture of a bouquet for bridesmaids and I titled the file name "don't like" to ensure that we were all on the same page (be creative, but don't make the flowers look like that). The morning of the wedding my mom went to pick up the flowers (Ron indicated when I booked floral services that they were too booked that day to deliver which was not a problem) and brought them to the hotel downtown where the hair and make-up girls were getting all of us ready. The second my mom walked in the door and I saw the flowers was devastated. The bridesmaids bouquets were a replica of the picture I had emailed Ron that I indicated I didn't like. After seeing how upset I was, my mom called and spoke to Ron who indicated that due to the big wedding that they were doing that day, they were unable to remake the bouquets to how I had asked/paid for them to be made. What a way to start the morning of your wedding day! While the flowers were still "quality flowers", they ended up being a very expensive detail that took away from what was otherwise a perfect day! The Flower Lady acted as if it "wasn't their problem". I'm not sure if it was the chaos of having other weddings that day that confused them, but brides beware if you flowers aren't made how you agreed, the Flower Lady could be too busy that day to care.
Deb is amazing, there's a reason she has won so many awards. In our first meeting, she asked lots of questions and was able to figure out what would work best for my style and budg...
et, even though I didn't give her a ton to go on and didn't have a very specific vision. Everything was stunning and also very low maintenance for me, which was important! Thanks, Deb!!
I'm not generally one to write bad reviews, but we had a particularly awful experience at this shop. I had an initial consultation appointment here and thought the shop was super c...
ute! I was excited to talk to someone about my wedding flowers. The man that sat down with us could not have been less interested or enthusiastic about our wedding and only asked questions to fill out his form. He didn't bring any additional ideas to the table or had me look through any pictures of their previous work. After having a couple of meetings with other flower vendors earlier in the day, this appointment was laughable. On top of everything, we never even received our quote through email (like he promised). It actually surprises me that this shop still gets business for weddings and events after what we experienced.
Deb was great to work with and our flowers looked perfect! What I initially liked about Deb was that she was able to work with any budget. I made a lot of changes through-out our p...
lanning and she was able to easily accommodate all of them. I wanted simple, romantic and elegant. We received a lot of compliments on how beautiful our centerpieces looked. Thank you for all of your help!
Deb was amazing to work with! Flowers turned out perfectly.
My bouquet, my bridesmaids bouquets, and my flower girls wands were all beautiful! My vision was captured exactly as I had explained it.
We loved our wedding flowers from The Flower Lady! The woman I worked with really took the time to help me figure out what I wanted, then made it fit into my budget. My bouquet w...
as beautiful - exactly what I wanted! We also ordered flowers in bulk (to arrange them ourselves for an informal reception) and she was able to get us a great price. Whenever I need a flower arrangement in the future I will go to The Flower Lady!
Recently married in April 2013. I went to the flower lady as per suggestion via a friend. I was told to ask for Loreen, and she would take good care of me. She did indeed. Lore...

wonderful florist, you can see how passionate she is about each individual client and truly wants to make your wedding day absolutely perfect.
I worked with Deb, the owner, on my wedding flowers. I was able to share my ideas and Deb helped be expand on my ideas. I ended up with beautiful flowers!
Ron at The Flower Lady was wonderful to work with. We couldn't of asked for anything better. The flowers turned out beautiful. I am so happy with their service.
Deb, The Flower Lady, was so easy to work with and made suggestions when what I wanted went over my budget. We went with hydrangeas, gerbera daisies (my favorite) and stephanotis....
The bridesmaids had gerbs with greens and my bouquet was a full, beautiful arrangement of the three flowers. Deb was creative with my groom's boutonniere using stephanotis and even offered to create something with flowers for my mom, since she didn't want a corsage. They were on time (I wasn't!) and were happy to work with my bridesmaid who handled things in my absence. I'm sure I could have found another florist who may have been a little less expensive but my peace of mind and trust in Deb was worth it!
We wanted simple arrangements with vibrant color and Ron delivered. Everything with the arrangements was just as we asked for it, and it was perfect.
