ding was a 1920s Great Gatsby-inspired celebration of love, and thanks to the incredible team there, it surpassed every expectation we ever had. I worked hand-in-hand with Rene, and I truly cannot say enough about her. From the very beginning, she was organized, attentive, and deeply committed to our vision. She allowed my husband and me to come in the day before to start decorating, taking the time to listen to my detailed instructions for the finishing touches. Rene and her team took the baton and ran with it, bringing the rest of my vision to life perfectly. One of the most impressive feats was the room flip. Moving from a ceremony to a full reception during a single cocktail hour is no small task, but they handled it so seamlessly that our guests were stunned. Atmosphere & Vibe The result was an ethereal, romantic, candle-lit masterpiece. Walking into the room felt like stepping back in time. It was exactly the Gatsby-level elegance I had dreamed of, but with a modern, romantic warmth that felt uniquely "us." The greatest gift the Floridian Social gave us was peace of mind. On the actual day of the wedding, I didn't have to worry about a single thing. I knew I was in expert hands, which allowed my husband and me to actually enjoy our wedding rather than managing it. We are eternally grateful to Rene and the entire staff for the best experience we could have possibly imagined. ng this one. We agreed that we were going to tour it just because we already had the appointment and it would have to be an absolute show stopper to even be considered. Well, it’s an absolute show stopper. We knew we were booking it before we even left. Rene, who is in charge of events, is amazing. She gave us our original tour and allowed me to come back to look at the space again with my MOH. Rene really cares for the venue and you can tell. The only thing I wish would have been better was details about the small things. Parking for guests is not free, unless you rent the lot. After my wedding, even though I rented the lot and put clear directions on the invitation a lot of people didn’t park in the free lot. I was told there would be a parking attendant and signage but I haven’t been able to find a single guest that said they saw either. I wish I would have asked what the signage looked like and where it would be placed. I also wish I would have asked if it cost extra, a detail that wasn’t said until 17 days prior to my wedding. The other negative, would be my sparkler exit. I was told by a guest that the man who was leading my sparkler exit was also the parking attendant. He, unfortunately lit 30 or my 50 sparklers at once, they caught on fire and he burned himself. I was told a couple days later that I was supposed to have somebody from “my group” assigned to that. I was doing a private dance so I’m not sure how he ended up with them instead of my MOH. I was also told after the wedding I was supposed to supply my own lighter. I was never told this prior to the wedding and I did supply matches. One last negative, production never reached out to me about the photobooth design, they have their own photo booth included in the rental, as well as a digital marquee that was supposed to have our names on it. Because production never reached out to me we did not have our names on the sign and we had a very basic photobooth design. Maybe that’s all they offer, but how would I know? I also wish I would have created a sign to grab attention for the photobooth since it’s kind of tucked away in a corner. I was told that I would get an email of all the photobooth photos but it has yet to happen as of 3 weeks past my wedding. All in all I’m still giving 4 stars because it was an amazing evening. Great party and my guests had a blast. I am excited to attend some of their public events in the future.
