The ELEMENT - Tony Koussa Jr. Productions

everal guests asked us about them and where we found such an incredible band.

l. We had a handful of questions come up and Erin was always ready with a quick response for us. Even letting us borrow a mic stand for our ceremony that the venue didn’t have. Erin was so helpful and personal and really set the tone for us. For our cocktail hour we asked for a jazz trio set from some of the band and they hit the vibe right on the head. We were taking some photos still and I was worried I’d miss it, but their tunes filled the whole grounds so I could smile and tap my toes without messing up any photos. For first dances we found a song we loved for the father daughter dance but nothing stood out for our song nor the mother son song. We sent them a song for each occasion asking if it was something they could pick up and they delivered for both. Not only nailing the songs, but also helping to trim out some of the more depressing lyrics from our mother son song so it hit the points we wanted without killing the mood. From there, the band took it away and there wasn’t a toe in the building that wasn’t at least tapping. Prior to the day we shared their set list with some close friends and family and everyone commented how broad yet deep their playlist went. And day of they tied it all together so well. Every generation in attendance had something to sing and dance to, and EVERYTHING sounded so good. Dj’s are nice, but everyone I’ve talked to since the big day is buzzing about the band.

o me wasn’t just their musical prowess, but how they seemed genuinely invested in making our night special. It wasn't some cookie-cutter performance; they brought a unique vibe that felt tailored just for us. And when it comes to getting everyone on the dance floor, these guys nailed it. If you're on the fence about which band to pick for your big day, do yourself a favor and go with "The Element". they won't disappoint.

d about a month beforehand so we knew what to expect but still have some fun suprises along the way. They even allowed my now husband to play a few songs with them and it was the highlight of the night! People were on the dance floor all night and singing along at the top of their lungs because this band is so fun and engaging. You will not regret booking The Element for any event. They made our wedding night the best night of our lives! Worth every single penny!

family to have an absolute blast on the dance floor. It was truly the ultimate party we will never forget & we’ve gotten countless comments from guests saying it was the most fun wedding they’ve ever been to. Erin was awesome with communication leading up to the wedding, and was also an excellent emcee who made everything run smoothly night-of. Cannot recommend The Element highly enough.

t more fun, transitions smooth and were willing to learn songs special to us. They brought the energy, good vibes and so much fun. We got so many compliments after the wedding about the band. If you're getting married - do not think twice about hiring The Element!!

sts even chanted ‘encore’ because no one wanted the night to end! Erin & Tony lead The Band with professionalism and compassion for what we wanted for the night. They are flexible, down to earth, and great people. Hopefully, one of our guests in the future rebooks them (like we did) so we can dance with them again! Thank you, The Element rocks!

sponsive, professional, knowledgeable, organized-basically everything you want planning. At the wedding they were fun, engaging, music was AMAZING, and were very helpful in managing our timeline/allowing us to go with the flow when we needed. We got more compliments than I can count about how great the entertainment was. They customized the event to us and they allowed my husband to join the band for a few songs. Everyone danced the entire night and the music selection was expansive! Cannot recommend them enough! If I could rate them with more than 5 stars, I would

decide which one to go with. While all of them were musically talented, there is not another band in Cleveland that can match the level of fun that The Element provides. They not only played our first dance and parents’ dances to perfection. I don’t think it’s an exaggeration to say the three hours of music and dancing at the end of the reception were the most fun 3 hours my wife and I have had in our lives. The lead singer, Erin, was also the music coordinator we worked with. In addition to being professional, she is the friendliest, most upbeat person we worked with in the entire wedding planning process. We met in person for the first time right before the reception, and it felt like seeing a friend. We knew from working with her and seeing the band in person they would be fantastic, but they were better than anything we could have imagined. Having Erin and Tony both as singers gives them the ability to do both male and female vocals seamlessly. If you are going to have a band at your wedding, let me make the decision for you. Your band is The Element.

en allowed us to make new song suggestions for our reception (Erin singing Lizzo is AMAZING!!). They kept our dance floor busy the whole night and we had SO much fun with them! So many people told us how great the band was and we could not agree more! The Element is incredible and we cannot recommend the more highly for your wedding!

that we could sing and get in on the fun with them. I also can’t overstate how different the mood is with a live band. It’s so much easier to dance to a band, and your guests will love that! You feed off of each other’s energy and everyone has a blast! We had so much fun with these guys!

e night. The band remembered everything we requested (a specific last song, the overall genre and vibe of the music) and even learned a special song for our first dance (which they totally nailed). Even now that some time has passed I'm still so impressed by their professionalism and how engaged they were in our whole day. A few specific examples that were so appreciated by me and my husband (and all of our guests): The band (and especially the band leader Erin) went above and beyond by learning our parents names and using them throughout the night. My mom really loved this. After one of the speeches mentioned listening to Queen in the car with my middle school soccer team, Erin put on a brief clip of "we are the champions." The morning after the wedding, Erin sent a handful of pictures and videos she had taken throughout the night and a reel she made for Instagram. I would also be remiss to not mention that they are excellent musicians - at one point one of the band members was even playing piano and saxophone at the same time. The Element was one of the highlights of our wedding and we would recommend them to anyone!

ways on top of everything. A guitarist from the band covered the ceremony, we put together playlists for cocktail hour and band breaks, then The Element covered the rest of the music based on our selection mixed with some crowd favorites they knew would get everyone dancing.

could play. We received so many compliments from our guests- everyone absolutely loved the music. I truly believe the band is the main reason hardly anyone left the party early and so many people were on the dance floor. Highly recommend!!

eveland Music Group and they delivered in every way. Erin Rossi was incredible to work with while coordinating for our wedding and made for an excellent emcee that kept guests engaged (not to mention, her voice is absolutely incredible!!) Tony Koussa's voice is also absolute magic! The band built a perfect setlist based on our style and the dance floor was packed ALL night. Many of our guests commented that it was the best wedding they have ever been to and that was in large part due to the band. I'll also note that we used CMG for our ceremony sound and photo booth, and both were executed flawlessly. From coordination to delivery, The Element and Cleveland Music Group absolutely ROCKED. I'd highly highly recommend them for any wedding!

y interact with the crowd! We could not be happier with their music and their ability to MC the event. Several guests asked me to send them the name of the band, they were truly spectacular.

w enough for everything! He totally understood what I was looking for for my wedding and executed the night perfectly. The dance floor was literally packed the entire night!! We had so much fun celebrating thanks to Tony and The Element keeping the energy levels high all night!! The best decision I made for our wedding was hiring this amazing group.

d to have them too! Tony, Erin, and the band are so talented and they made sure to play all our must haves-they even let me sing a song with them and surprised my wife! It was our favorite moment of the whole wedding and will definitely be a cherished memory for us. :)

he 5 piece band per Erin's recommendation based on our venue / guest count, and it could not have been more perfect. Erin made the stresses of wedding planning a breeze and assisted us every step of the way. The last thing you want to stress over is the fun stuff such as the music, entrance songs, or if the band will say your best friend's name right. The Element even took time to learn the songs for the first dance, father-daughter dance, and mother-son dance. This extra service, makes the special day even more special. We received compliments the entire night from a variety of age ranges. This band will rock you or serenade you, depending what you're looking for! Thank you to the entire band from Tiff and Zach

easy and fun to work with. HIGHLY recommend them for any event.

live in eastern PA and may not get to hear them play again. BOOK THIS BAND! They will not disappoint!

whole process a breeze. Their set list is huge and extensive with a fantastic range of classics and current hits. Tony was great in letting us tailor the setlist to our taste and dance floor antics, with him and Erin crushing vocals all night! We had so many comments before the wedding on how awesome it was that we got The Element and even more after the wedding saying that it was the best live band our friends had seen at a wedding. We could not be more thrilled to have had The Element at our wedding!

as wonderful to work with during the planning process and helped us to create a schedule for the evening that flowed and kept everyone dancing all night long. One of our favorite parts of the night was when they changed up the set to play a special song so that the groom could waltz with his grandmother. It was such a sweet and memorable moment, and we are so grateful that they were flexible and willing to accommodate this request during the reception. Weeks after our wedding, friends and family are still raving about the incredible talent of The Element!

packed full all night long!! I had so many people come up to me after the wedding to say how amazing they sounded and how much fun they had! Erin and Tony are so easy to work with, and their talents are out of this world! If you want to get your guests up and dancing and keep them dancing all night long this band is the band you need!!

out of town because I would 100% hire them to play at my next party/function. It was a great night and the addition of The Element made it even more fun!

ny people on a dance floor at a wedding. So unique, so classy, and so much fun!

and The Band. We had a smaller wedding of a little less than 80 people and Tony, Erin and The Element kept our dance floor packed with people dancing. I still have people raving about the music a couple weeks after our wedding. We loved working with them and are already trying to figure out our next big party event to do that!!

ed a perfect mix of Oldies and New Hits. Erin was a pleasure to work with--from the very beginning of the booking process through the actual night of--she was professional, accommodating, and positive. No matter how silly our request was--ie--my husband's favorite song is "Loveshack" so please round up everyone on the dance floor before you sing it, Erin took all our requests in stride. She is an amazing MC. My guests had so many compliments about the band. They even let one of my bridesmaids on stage to sing "Proud Mary" with them. Cannot thank them or recommend them enough. Worth.Every.Penny.

ening. Even My 90 year mother danced! Their sound, lights, musicality and wow factor was exceptional! They made the night unforgettable! Cannot wait till next occasion to entertain. They will be the first call. Thanks Erin and guys! Loved the Night!

of our questions and making sure she knew what kind of vibe, music, and all the little details of the wedding were aligned. The band was great at on the spot changes as we had a couple speech move arounds and such and they did a great job going with the flow. Our guests had an absolute blast and everyone danced the ENTIRE NIGHT. There was almost an unanimous boo at the end of the night when the party was over. I would HIGHLY recommend The Element to anyone for their wedding - actually if you read this far in the review - go ahead and book them now. It's worth every penny.

ve asked for a better group of musicians. They delivered the BEST entertainment I have ever experienced at a wedding. The dance floor was packed the whole night. Tony was SO great to work with and I loved that he listened to what we wanted and then executed. He went above and beyond for us. We are so grateful for The Element for giving us the reception of a life time. Our guests are still raving about them 2 months later. If you are considering The Element for your wedding, do yourself a favor and book them RIGHT NOW. I promise you, you and your guests will not be disappointed. -Sarah and Adam

y by The Element's versatility. Your wedding day can be a crazy day, but The Element is the closest thing to a guarantee! Tony responded to our communication very quickly and worked with us to ensure that each step of our wedding was perfect. He met with us at the venue a few weeks prior to go over our requests, timeline, placement of the band, lighting, etc. The band took care of lights and sound as part of their package. The day of the wedding, they arrived early, dressed professionally, and went out of their way not to disrupt our guests. This band is the real deal. Each musician is highly skilled and fully engaged in the performance. Our guests had a blast! I come from a musical family and the majority of our guests were fellow musicians so the music was priority number one for us. My wife and I requested a rather obscure song for our first dance and my mother dug even deeper. The Element didn't even flinch at our requests and they created memories that will last a lifetime. Feedback from Our Guests: "Some really good cover bands are just that, cover bands. The Element sounded amazing and were so entertaining to watch as well. I felt like I was a guest at their show, not just the wedding." "A great mix of current and classics. Sounded just like the originals but with their own twist. Entertaining enough to just sit and listen or dance." "Their rep was solid. Sometimes bands do covers and it leaves you just wanting the original, but this group brought their own approach." "We really liked them. They have a diverse repertoire and a knack for multiple styles. They helped make a fun night even more fun!" "I love The Element! It was great to see so many multi instrumentalists up there who were more than just proficient in each instrument"

music you can imagine, they had it all! They made my daughter's wedding more fun than we could have hoped for. Tony was fantastic to work with and willing to do anything you asked. The night of the wedding, EVERYONE was asking who they were. And I have had several follow up requests for their number. If they are available for your event, sign on the dotted line with lightning speed and count your blessings!

ork with and very receptive to learning our favorite songs and requests. We could not have had more compliments on the band. We are happy to recommend The Element to any new bride and groom!

they keep the dance floor upbeat and full of people? YES and YES! From the moment our reception ended, we've received endless compliments about how great the band was. It's been over a month since our big day and our guests are still raving about their music. Tony, Erin, and Chad all have incredible voices. They have a very up-to-date and well rounded playlist to choose from and are even willing to learn new songs for the couple's first dance as well as the father-daughter and mother son-dance! Behind the scenes Tony was a delight to work with. He was very organized and easily accessible leading up to our big day. We would highly recommend Tony and the Element band. It was easily the best decision we made when it came to planning our wedding!

ions were perfect for each part and transitioned from day to night seamlessly. All members are trained, quality musicians and it shows. They were able to play all the songs that we requested (even if they weren't on the playlist - they learned them in advance). For the reception, they created an energetic playlist with a great blend of popular songs that everyone knows and loves. The dance floor was packed all night with guests of all ages. The music really set the tone for all the parts of our wedding and made it a perfect day! Hiring Tony was a great decision and I would definitely recommend him!
