About this vendor
Founded in Lynchburg, VA in 2013, The Dundies have been providing a live musical experience to people of all ages at weddings, festivals, colleges, local bars, and other special events up and down the East Coast.
Despite being a 4-piece band, The Dundies provide a full sound and energy at all their events that will keep your guests on the dance floor until the last song ends. The Dundies deliver an incredibly diverse variety of genres, including oldies, country, classic rock, and today’s hits, so that everyone hears something they love at a Dundies show.
If you’re looking for a band that leaves a lasting impression on all of your guests for their ability to bring the fun and play everyone’s favorites, look no further than The Dundies!
The Dundies know exactly how to turn any celebration into the party everyone remembers. This dynamic four-piece from Lynchburg, Virginia brings an irresistible energy that transforms wedding receptions into dance marathons and corporate galas into unforgettable celebrations. They read the room like seasoned pros, seamlessly weaving from Garth Brooks to Outkast to Nirvana—keeping grandparents, millennials, and everyone in between on their feet all night long. Whether they’re rocking a beachside festival, energizing a university homecoming, or setting the perfect tone for a couple’s first dance, The Dundies deliver that rare combination of musical versatility and pure showmanship that event planners dream about.
What sets The Dundies apart isn’t just their expansive repertoire spanning five decades of hits—it’s their uncanny ability to create those magical moments that define great events. Picture the CEO leading the conga line to “September,” bridesmaids belting out “Mr. Brightside,” or the entire ballroom erupting when they launch into “Shout.” Since 2013, they’ve mastered the art of reading crowds and building energy, whether performing at intimate country club receptions or 500-person corporate celebrations. Their tight harmonies and full sound defy their four-piece setup, creating the impact of a much larger band while maintaining the flexibility to adapt their performance style to any venue. When you book The Dundies, you’re not just hiring a band—you’re guaranteeing your guests will be talking about your event for years to come.

The Dundies were an amazing addition to our wedding! My husband was beyond excited to book them! It was an easy process, I would share a Spotify playlist of songs we hoped to hear ...
during the reception, which they aligned with their set list!
They were also open and receptive to my requests to play the original songs for ceremony prelude, introductions and first dances! That was so important to me and Danny was supportive and encouraging! The party started and they had a wonderful set list! They kept the dance floor packed and smiles across the crowd! They even played some of our favorite line dances during their breaks - so the party never stopped! All in all it was a wonderful night and we can’t thank them enough for their contributions to an important milestone in our lives!
The Dundies was one of the best parts of my wedding day!
They are the nicest guys, super talented, and so much fun.
My guests RAVED about the band and our dance floor was full al...
l night.
I want to get married again just so we can have them play another show for us all.
Danny is so high energy and it truly is contagious - I think even the flatware was dancing.
I am a music snob and had curated a playlist for cocktail hour and had several ceremony songs, reception entrance songs, cake cutting song, etc. etc. and The Dundies played every one seamlessly and without issue. Every wedding party member's name was said correctly. They MCed our horah and even got my husband up on stage to hip thrust during Shout (literally my favorite moment of the night!). There was not a detail that The Dundies missed right down to their fabulous black sequined suit jackets.
Do yourself a favor and book them ASAP - best and easiest wedding decision you'll make.
The Dundies are amazing. Danny and the whole crew did an amazing job with every aspect of our big day. They facilitated the music for the ceremony, MC'd the event, and played a con...
cert worthy performance. They bring incredible energy. Given how busy they are, responses were a little slow the further out you are, but that's nothing to worry about. As our event got closer they were available and alleviated any concerns. People are still buzzing about how much fun our wedding was.
