The drinking well was awesome! The bartenders were great and very friendly. The guests of the wedding talked highly of them. I highly recommend them
Our bartender was awesome. Super friendly!
I really can’t say enough good things about Kia and The Drinking Well. They were extremely professional and communicative, not to mention engaging and kind to all my guests on the ...
wedding day. I’m not kidding when I say that every single person commented on how great Kia was. They were very prompt with all communication leading up to the wedding day, arrived early the day of the event, and set up the bar area efficiently. If you’re looking for a bartending service for any event, I highly suggest The Drinking Well!! Thank you, Kia!
We had the amazing Tomeaka as our bartender. She was very personable and professional at the same time. She made amazing suggestions for those who were unsure on what they wanted ...
and quickly learned the orders of those who had a set drink.
Outstanding team throughout the entire process. From the moment you book them until the last drink is served at the wedding, Kia and her staff outperform. Very responsive, informed...
, courteous, kind and on top of all the little details. So many people at the wedding mentioned that they were the best bartenders they had ever seen at any wedding. Many asked for Kia’s contact information so that they can hire them at a future date. You won’t go wrong hiring “The Drinking Well” team!
Kia and her team were responsive, clear, and professional, and we thoroughly enjoyed working with them! I was really hoping to have a 360 at our wedding and The Drinking Well/Snapb...
ar Nash totally delivered. Kia worked with us on the timing and their flexibility made such a fun addition day to our day. The 360 was truly a highlight and all the guests loved how easy it was to retrieve their videos after they finished. We loved that we could offer something a little bit different than the traditional photo booth and the final product of videos are so fun to look back on.
The bartender did such an excellent job keeping our guests happy and taken care of! You'll want to just be aware that their communication leading up to the wedding fell through the...
cracks a little bit, but if you're willing to initiate contact from time to time to make sure you're on the same page with plans, they did an excellent job making sure we had everything we needed for the bar. Such kind and friendly people!
Solid bartenders, no complaints from guests, on time and communicative. But if you are looking for unique or especially fancy cocktails, this is not the place for you.
They went above and beyond to provide a perfect cocktail hour at our wedding. We had 250 guests and they handled the large crowd with grace. They were extremely kind and profession...
al. I would definitely hire them again and would highly recommend them to anyone else!
We used The Drinking Well this past weekend for both dinner beverages and the bar. During the planning, I spoke with both Kia and Denise and both were very helpful. I got responses...
right away with updates to the contract and pricing. They were very accommodating to any special items I wanted to include, such as my husband wanting to make the tea blend himself and brew the day of. At the event, Denise & Terrence were on-site and were great! We originally wanted the bar outdoors and had to move inside. There wasn't a perfect location to serve both cocktail hour and dinner, and they worked with our coordinator to come up with a hybrid option to split into two bars that worked great! They were very attentive to the bride and groom needs specifically - be it more water or an adult beverage. What outshined all of this was their support at the end of the night as everything was being cleaned up and packed away. They were super helpful even on items not related to the bar. It was not expected and reinforced how nice and supportive they were the whole evening. I would highly recommend The Drinking Well team for any event.
Kia was great to communicate with leading up to the big day, and both bartenders the day of were friendly and all around wonderful to work with! Would definitely recommend!

ideas Kia gave me for our signature drink. You can count on them to deliver and give you great service!
The drinking well is without a doubt great to use for your wedding. However, just be sure to calculate your alcohol and ice amounts (if you are just using them for bartending servi...
ce). We wasted hundreds of dollars on alcohol that never got used and bags of ice as well. We were told we needed 312 pounds of ice for 125 guest and so we got that and ended up throwing out 2/3 of the ice. My brother in law asked the bartenders from the drinking well after they got there how much ice they normally get, and they said usually a pound per person, so I am not sure why they told us we needed that much of everything. Overall they were very professional and easy to work with, I would just suggest that you get estimates on the amounts you need elsewhere to compare before wasting hundreds of dollars on alcohol, mixers and ice.
We couldn’t have been more satisfied with our decision to book with The Drinking Well for our wedding! Kia was a joy to work with and made sure communication was clear and frequent...
leading up to our big day. We decided to provide our own alcohol, but since we had no prior experience with hosting such a large event, we didn’t quite know where to begin. But Kia promptly answered any questions we had and made the process SO easy! The bartender who was sent to work our wedding (I believe her name was Jasmine!) couldn’t have been more attentive, kind and all around lovely! Our guests couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was and neither could we!! HUGE thank you to Kia, Jasmine & the entire Drinking Well team! We would be more than happy to recommend them to anyone looking for bartending services in the greater Nashville area! Cheers!!!

ure the night was so special. She was on time and took care of all of the needs for the bride and groom parties before and after the wedding. It is the best bar service I have ever received. You will not go wrong when you choose The Drinking Well. Thank you Kia for the extra special attention you gave to all of us.

ng and our experience with them exceeded our expectations! The drinks were delicious! My husband prefers sweet drinks and I’m a hard liquor kinda gal. Somehow they came up with drinks that we both enjoyed. Our attendees loved the drinks as well. A few even asked when we are having another event and if The Drinking Well will be there to bartend. We will definitely be using their services again. 10/10 would recommend!!
