I had an incredible time at The Dress! Beautiful selection and I loved that I could take my dress home with me the same day! I was kind of nervous because my appointments I had at ...
other places didn't got that well. But from the moment I walked in, Julia put me at ease and was so kind and helpful during the whole process. I had so many contenders that it was hard to pick. So happy with the entire experience!!
Wonderful store, amazing selection, & outstanding experience!!
There truthfully is nothing bad I have to say about this place. I came in uncertain of a dress and honestly feeling defeated because I hadn’t found “the dress”. Julia greeted me wi...
th a smile as soon as I walked in. She was able to give me her professional opinion while being completely sincere and was ecstatic when I said yes to the dress! Not only that, the prices for the dresses were super affordable!! I got recommended this place from a friend and I’m so glad I went.
This boutique is truly a hidden gem! Julia (owner) did an absolutely amazing job curating a one of a kind experience for me, as a bride! She was accommodating, had amazing feedback...
and very creative ideas for style options. The selection was extremely wide, sizes in store ranged all the way up to (I believe) 22 or 24. The pricing was very reasonable and the value of the dress you get for your money is more than worth it. I found THE dress here and would highly recommend this boutique, its customer service, value, and experience to brides of all sizes and walks of life. I had been to a few other boutiques in various cities and this was by far the best experience. So warm and welcoming. I felt like such a princess!!
The experience at The Dress was phenomenal. I had gone to one other store before The Dress, which I am thankful for... because having a prior dress-shopping experience highlighted ...
the specific greatness The Dress offered, as well as helped me feel even more sure about buying a dress at The Dress, versus continuing the search elsewhere. The layout is great- you are the only one in the store during your appointment so you do not feel self-conscious, have their total attention and assistance, and can try on as many dresses as seems best. The dress I bought, ultimately, was actually one that the owner picked off of the rack herself. The style was initially not what I had had in mind, but she knows her dresses and knows how best to serve her clients! the dress fit me great, complimented my skin well, and really made me feel confident and beautiful. It was a dress I had not selected for myself, but she found a dress (among the great selection and quality she offers) that made me feel proud and excited for my then husband-to-be to see.
My mother and I were both so impressed and thankful for the kindness at The Dress, the attention to detail, and confident but no-pressure interactions from the owner.
Amazingly the price range was competitive, and I actually believe less expensive than the nicest looking dresses at the nearby David's Bridal.
She provided us with a list of locations to get alterations (per her suggestion), which I ended up following and was so happy with too!
I would recommend The Dress to any and everyone.
Thank you, The Dress! :)
Could not have been a better shopping experience! I would recommend it to anyone I know that is getting married! The staff is incredibly sweet. It's a one-on-one appointment so you...
have their undivided attention. They have a great selection, allowing you to try on gowns that fit without all the clamps and such. I got my dress, veil, and belt all from one place - our first stop! I could not have been happier, and got a ton of compliments!
I got my most perfect dress here! The ladies were nothing but sweet and supportive, and they made my experience so much fun! I was able to try on multiple dresses and take home my ...
dream dress & veil! They welcomed all of the family/friends I had with me & truly celebrated such an exciting time in my life with me! I would recommend them over & over again to any bride-to-be!
This place is AMAZING!!! You have the whole place to yourself and everyone is super nice! She sorts the dresses by the size they fit like rather than what the tag says which makes ...
things so much easier. Additionally, these dresses fit me better and were half the price of all the dresses I tried on in the surrounding area
Buying my dress from The Dress Bridal was an AMAZING experience! Julia really takes the time to get to know you and your style, and has the most beautiful and unique gowns in stock...
! I tried on so many dresses that were so unique and like nothing I had ever seen at chain stores. Being the only bride in the store at a time really makes it such an intimate, relaxed, and fun experience for you and your guests. I will forever recommend The Dress Bridal for the great experience both me and my matron of honor both had getting our dresses there for our weddings!!
My mom and I had a lovely morning at The Dress. The owner was so sweet and made us both feel so special! It was my first time dress shopping, and my last! They have the best select...
ion of gowns and I would have loved to buy more than "the one!" If you want a private experience, definitely go to The Dress! đź’•
Julia was so nice and her shop, The Dress-Bridal Boutique, was very warm & inviting. When we arrived she had a welcome sign outside of her shop that had my daughter's name on it. M...
y daughter felt like she had her own personal attendant that day to help her find the wedding dress of her dreams. After many dresses, Julia suggested my daughter try on this one particular dress that she felt had everything my daughter was looking for. Julia has a special gift of listening to her clients and finding the dress that will look amazing on them. The whole experience of shopping with my daughter and her bridesmaids was just perfect! I would highly recommend all mothers of the bride schedule a personal appointment with Julia before shopping anywhere else.
We had a wonderful experience at The Dress. After two days of dress shopping in Greenville, this was a pleasant surprise. The dresses were all so elegant and Julia was amazing. Eve...
ry single one we tried one fit so well, it was so hard to choose. The inside setting is private, relaxing and beautiful. We left with a perfect dress and spent half as much as we would have anywhere else. We would definitely recommend this boutique to anyone getting married.

the perfect dress and I was able to leave with it the same day! I highly recommend shopping here!!
Love this family-owned local shop! They were so helpful, helped me choose what styles I liked, and were very nice & courteous. Absolutely recommend shopping with these ladies!
By far the best place to get your wedding dress! They were absolutely wonderful and they give you there full attention. 10000% recommend. They’re wonderful!
I visited multiple bridal shops and tried on many wedding gowns before going to The Dress. By far, they had the most beautiful dresses with a variety of selection, all for a great ...
price. The owners could not have been more helpful or kind. There were so many dresses I pulled from the rack to try on and I felt a genuine excitement being there, rather than stress about the possibility of not finding a dress. It was such a great experience, and I love my dress. Highly, highly recommend!
I had been looking at a few places and was feeling defeated when a friend told me about The Dress. The selection was amazing, there were options within my size & budget, and Julia ...
was an amazing/encouraging help! I said “yes” to the dress!

a), which was super cool. Julia let me look through the gowns and choose as many as I wanted to try on. Then she showed me some options and I have to say, her picks were exactly right! I wound up falling in love with a dress I would have never picked for myself. Best shop, sweetest owner, and amazing experience!
I found my DREAM dress at The Dress! I had an appointment in June of 2021, and I was just married in my dress!!! First of all, Julia is amazing, and I was able to have a dress cons...
ultation without pressure! It was me, my mom, Julia and her mom, and the privacy and attentiveness i experienced was perfect. While dress-searching I went to 3 other dress stores, and The Dress was the best out of all! I am a "plus-size" bride, size 14, Julia did not make me feel insecure, quite the opposite! We tried on several dresses together, and she encouraged me every time i felt overwhelmed or discouraged! Then we found MY DRESS! Also, a few months before my wedding, I called Julia with a question, she was so helpful and so kind. Thank you Julia for making bridal dreams come true! You are amazing!
I walked into this bridal salon not thinking I would find my dress. I just scheduled this bridal appointment because my mom told me to try somewhere besides David’s bridal and man ...
they did not disappoint. I found the perfect dress that I fell in love with. Thank you so much for such a pleasant experience! You were beyond nice and I couldn’t be happier with my dress!
Reasons I think The Dress is the best wedding dress shop:
Beautiful dresses for every type of bride! Seriously, Julia has such a fashionable eye and she doesn't just have the "coo...
kie cutter" dresses- they are all truly unique and stylish.
Great quality dresses that are made of the best materials for the best price! I shopped at 10 other bridal boutiques (even outside of the Greenville area and out of state) and couldn't find a dress in my price range that was the same quality and craftmanship as the ones Julia carries.
Relaxing and intimate experience! Julia doesn't pressure you into getting a dress that you aren't totally in love with. She let me pick my favorite dresses to try on and also recommended some for me. She suggested a dress that I didn't think I'd like but when I tried it on, it was THE ONE. Julia still didn't pressure me to buy it right then and there- I even left without it and continued shopping at other boutiques. But in the end, I felt so comfortable coming back to The Dress and buying the dress of my dreams.
I also suggested one of my best friends to go to The Dress when shopping for her gown and had a very similar experience- she found her dress with Julia's help. Tried and true, don't waste your time going anywhere else!
If I could give The Dress more than 5 stars, I would. Julia and her mother were SO wonderful from beginning to end. This was my first and last boutique I went to for my wedding dr...
ess. Julia really makes me feel comfortable and wants to make sure that you are 110% happy with your dress. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. This will be a wonderful memory that I will relive in my head for a very long time and I am so in love with my wedding dress. I can’t wait to wear it again!! Thank you so much, Julia! 🤍
Julia was fantastic! I had been a bit uncomfortable at a few other places I had been because I felt like the staff was pressuring me a bit to settle on a dress I didn’t love. I nev...
er felt any of that pressure here! Julia is great at what she does, and if she says she has an idea GO WITH IT! She came out with a dress that I might not have picked out for myself but I tried it on anyway and it was perfect!! You don’t want to miss out of your perfect dress just because it isn’t what you thought you wanted!
Julia at The Dress - Bridal Boutique is amazing! She is so sweet, makes you feel very comfortable, and does her very best to help you find your perfect dress. I had been having no ...
luck finding my style dress anywhere else and after explaining what I was looking for, my mom & I pulled out multiple dresses to try on but none of them were it. Then Julia mentioned she pulled one aside that sounded like a match and it was gorgeous. I tried it on and not only did it fit like a glove but it was THE ONE! I am so grateful for her and my experience there and loved how much she cares and takes care of her brides. I highly recommend brides come to take a look here!
The Dress is the first and last place I looked for my dress! Julia is amazing and helped me find the perfect dress. She asked questions, listened well, and gave me several options/...
styles to try on. I ended up going with the second dress I tried on- one that she suggested!
Julia was awesome. I'm a super awkward person and was really nervous to try on dresses. In fact no lie, I told my fiance I didn't want to go because I hated the thought of people ...
looking at me critically and pushing me to buy something. After the first dress I was totally comfortable and Julia was so nice and helpful. I never once felt like I had to buy something. The second dress I tried on was so perfect and she even found a belt for me that made it even more perfect. Even though I knew I loved that dress she grabbed so many others so I could see everything and was totally honest about how everything looked. On top of all of that she's also amazing with your guests, and helps make sure you're looking at the dresses YOU like. There are so many amazing things to say. Word of advice don't make 6 bridal appointments. If you go here you won't need the other 5 lol.
Julia was amazing. She helped me pull dresses that were flattering but also appropriate for a beach wedding. She totally found my wedding dress for me. I highly recommend The Dres...

at all. They actually had dress sizes that fit so you didn't have to clip the dress for it to stay on. AND very reasonably priced.I will definitely recommend it to all my friends.

dress in mind when I got there (featured on their website), my friends suggested trying on several different dresses and styles. Julia patiently helped me try each one and made helpful suggestions about fit, alterations, etc. It’s a low-pressure sale, but it’s true that they don’t hold dresses. I went to 2 other dress shops in town whose dresses couldn’t compare in either price or quality, and I wound up going back to the Dress to save hundreds of dollars on the most gorgeous sample wedding dress. I couldn’t be happier!

me the same day making a quick wedding possible. They take great care of their dresses! They are all in bags so they don’t snag on each other and they help you get dressed in each dress. Highly recommended!
