I had visited two other dress shops and didn’t have the best experiences, so I was a little nervous going in. But the associates at The Crystal Bride immediately made me feel comfortable, supported, and excited for what can be a long day of trying on dresses. They really listened to what I liked and didn’t like, taking all of my feedback and incorporating it into each new dress they pulled. Because of that, I was able to find my dream dress, which meant so much to me. They also made the alterations process so easy by offering services directly through The Crystal Bride. When I picked up my dress, we scheduled all three of my alteration appointments right then and there, so I didn’t have to worry about planning anything else—I just had to show up. I’m so grateful for such a positive and smooth experience and would highly recommend The Crystal Bride to any future bride!

ess shopping appointment. At my first visit, I worked with Katy and she immediately made me feel comfortable and excited about the process. She was so sweet and welcoming. They let me and my group pick out a few dresses for me to try on, which was fun, but Katy truly shines at pulling dresses herself. She asks really thoughtful, specific questions to understand what you like and what you don’t like, and then selects dresses she thinks will fit that vision. Because of that, I was able to try on a wide range of styles at the beginning, which really helped narrow down what I wanted. Even though I had a great experience there, I still went to the other bridal appointments I had scheduled, and honestly, none of them stacked up! Between the price point, the quantity and variety of dresses, and the level of service, the Crystal Bride stands out by far. I ended up going back for a second appointment with Katy, and that’s when I found THE dress. We revisited some of my favorites from the first appointment, but the one I ultimately chose was actually a completely different dress. Katy made the whole experience feel relaxed and special, the whole way through. My dress arrived within the exact timeframe they quoted, which made planning easy. I also chose to do my alterations through one of their in-house seamstresses, Majlinda. My dress didn’t require major alterations, mostly hemming, adding a bustle, taking the bust in slightly, and adjusting the sleeves, but Majlinda did an excellent job. She was incredibly kind, easy to work with, and her pricing was very reasonable. One extra detail I really appreciated was that they professionally steamed my dress before pickup, so it was completely ready to go. I didn’t even have to touch it up on the wedding day! Overall, I couldn’t recommend The Crystal Bride enough. From finding the dress with Katy to the beautiful alterations by Majlinda, the entire experience was seamless and made dress shopping such a special part of the wedding process.

a stunning selection of dresses at such incredible prices, and I am so happy to say that I found my absolute dream dress here. While I truly loved my gown and the team, I did run into a few small challenges with the final stages. I was advised to order a larger size than I felt I needed, which made the fit a little tricky after I lost some weight, and there was a slight delay with the alterations being ready for my final appointment. Even with those minor hurdles, I am so grateful for the kindness of everyone I worked with and for helping me find the perfect dress for my wedding day. I would definitely recommend them for their beautiful selection and lovely atmosphere!

When I went to pick up my dress, they were super nice and explained the next steps to get in tailored very clearly. Tailoring was super easy and the partner with a company to get dresses dry cleaned and preserved after the wedding! They also have a lot of great bridal things. I got a Bride Jean jacket from them.

My consultant was Katy and I couldn’t have asked for a more knowledgeable and caring person to work with me. She contacted me prior to the appointment to get to know me and my vision. She was kind and made me so comfortable. I was so nervous as it was the first time I was trying on dresses and she totally eased my nerves. It was a very emotional day for me and she was so sweet she cried with me. She made sure the day was all about me and strived to make it a day I will never forget.

Eliut is so sweet and incredibly talented - she was able to create and add custom long sleeves to my dress. Everyone at The Crystal Bride was always pleasant, professional, and super helpful at all of my appointments and I was so happy with my dress!

She touched base with me a few days before to see what I wanted and if I had any inspiration pictures. When I got to my dressing room the day of, there were already multiple gorgeous dresses waiting for me. I truly felt like CC wanted me to find a dress that I felt beautiful and confident in. And of course I did! I would definitely recommend the Crystal Bride if you’re looking for a boutique with reasonable priced dresses and excellent service.

hen my mom picked a dress well above my price point by accident we were super impressed with how politely she handled it. We didn’t end up getting my dress there but they had tons of lovely options and were super helpful!

ull dresses! They had a wide selection and all great quality across a wide price range. Once I picked a dress, they held a meet the dress appointment. They also have seamstresses that they contract who hold appointments in house. My seamstress was wonderful, so kind and a MAGICIAN (I lost 40 pounds between when I bought the dress and the wedding and my dress was full of beading that she had to work with when taking fabric out - you couldn't even tell when she was done)! Very reasonably priced! Once alterations were done, they held onto my dress again and steamed it a final time right before the wedding at no additional charge.

ry-on process I felt that there was a lot of "compliments" given in every dress, even though I knew some of them were definitely NOT flattering. It was almost like a "let us empower you" type of vibe, which I respect and appreciate but, if I don't look good in something I want to know. You can use their in house seamstresses for alterations which is great. We did have a little problem after I scheduled all of my appointments I realized I would be out of town for one of them. I called to try and reschedule and was told that they could not reschedule any of the appointments. After going in circles for a few minutes about how they couldn't change one appointment (I had been warned of this from another friend who got her dress here and ended up going to an outside seamstress) I asked if I could just switch seamstresses and change all my appointments. They said I could, but now I would have to be rescheduling all of my work schedule in order to accommodate them. (It was my wedding so obviously I would do whatever I needed to in order to get to my fittings.) It was just a little frustrating that I was told there is "nothing we can do" and had to come up with a solution myself. Otherwise the seamstress did an AMAZING job. My dress was perfect. The store is beautiful and the staff is very helpful.
