We had our wedding in the 1896 Room at the Club at Lac La Belle and were so happy with how everything turned out! Our day of coordinator Anna was super responsive and helpful when I had questions, and the planning process was efficient and easy. The venue is beautiful, and the food was also amazing!

The completely remodeled Club at Lac La Belle golf course in Oconomowoc, WI, is the perfect venue to exchange vows, celebrate with friends and family, and create memorable experiences for you and your guests. Completely remodeled, the 1896 Room inside the clubhouse features a formal foyer entrance, Bride and Groom locker rooms, and capacity to seat 190 guests. The completely refreshed interior enhances an already amazing space with spectacular views of the 18th green. We offer a range of catering and bar packages and simple flat rate room rental to keep things simple. With stunning views of the golf course, picturesque settings for photos, comfortable outdoor seating, fire pits, yard games, and more the Club at Lac La Belle offers a truly unique experience like none other in the Lake Country area.

A Wisconsin native with deep roots in the Lake Country area, Amber has dedicated more than 20 years to the service industry, building a career centered on hospitality, client relationships, and creating exceptional experiences. For the past 10+ years, she has specialized in the wedding industry, helping couples bring their visions to life with professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail. Beginning as a wedding coordinator, Amber quickly developed a reputation for thoughtful planning, seamless execution, and a genuine passion for serving clients during some of life's most meaningful moments. Through years of experience managing weddings and special events of all sizes, she advanced into the role of Director of Events, where she now oversees event operations, mentors event teams, and ensures every celebration is delivered with excellence. Known for a calm presence, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to exceptional service, Amber takes pride in creating memorable experiences for couples, families, and guests. th Andrea who was amazing; she helped us modify our dinner menu to accommodate for diets, and made sure that everyone was good to go the day of. She went out of her way and even grabbed the bridal party (minus bride and groom) to do a walk through the day of before guests were seated. It was on the pricey side, but the venue is renovated, the views and photo ops are gorgeous, and the food was amazing. No complaints!

everything was amazing and could not have gone more perfect! Amber kept my now husband and I very happy throughout the entire day and night, she consistently checked up on us and tended to any needs we had. Amber, you rock at your job!! Not to mention, this place is renovated Beautifully and I was able to keep my personal decorations at a minimum which was GREAT! The setup is also so ideal, the venue is attached to an outdoor patio where the ceremony was held just off of. This allowed for a somewhat indoor/outdoor wedding which I wanted. The bar is very conveniently located along with the dessert room/photobooth area in its own separate area yet all attached to the venue room. The venue holds 190 max and we had 150 guests and we fit very comfortably! (Note that my cost includes the venue - $5k, food - $10k, beverage - $10k)

around this space was gorgeous & the pictures look stunning. Everyone was raving about the location! Even though we worked with 3+ different event planners throughout the course of our wedding planning, all staff was very friendly. We did have a lot of our notes & plans get lost along the way with the high turnover rate among the event planners. There was a new chef that started the week of our wedding & the recipes that were made for the night was much different than what we had tried at the tasting. We were told our food would be served by staff at the buffet, but guests ended up having to serve themselves (which ended up taking much longer). Even though the food was a bit different than the food we had tasted, we received great comments about the food from our guests. However, the communication did not meet our expectations & the attention to detail on was often lacking at times, as some of our requests & special notes were forgotten or lost. Although we had some mishaps along the way, we were overall happy with how the day turned out & had a great experience with the location. Lac La Belle will always hold a special place in our heart!

answered, we were sold. Marie is an absolute treasure to work with! As a 2020 bride, there was a lot of uncertainty, but Marie always made us feel comfortable and safe with our decision. We are so grateful for the team at Lac La Belle. Grace, our bartender, was so much fun to have at the wedding as well - our guests raved about her energy! Cody drove us around the grounds for photos and knew all of the best spots and was so fun to chat with along the way! From the start of planning to cleaning up our centerpieces, we were blown away! I cannot say enough kind words. I highly recommend and would marry my husband here over and over again.

Tyler and knew that Lac La Belle was the perfect location. Then, COVID-19 hit... Marie was amazing through the whole thing, from the unknowns to a rainy wedding day forecast once we were cleared to go ahead with everything. She and Tyler even gave us the Carriage house for our reception, so that we could hold our ceremony in the 1896 room due to weather. Everything was absolutely beautiful, inside and out.

et. By our wedding day, everything was complete and looked modern and sophisticated, which was exactly what we wanted. (They didn't finish two areas by our wedding day but completely made up for it without even having to be asked - so very much appreciated!). Marie is the event coordinator, and she was extremely responsive, professional, and experienced. She thought of questions/problems and had solutions before I even realized there was/would be an issue. 5 stars for Marie!! We could tell that the owner (Tyler) and the rest of the staff wanted to make sure our day was perfect, and were as committed to making sure that happened as my husband and I. They were friendly, personable, and easy to work with and flexible and accommodating with all of our needs and ideas. They said several times that they didn't just want to "nickle and dime" us, and they 100% stuck to that. They went out of our way to make sure our day was exactly as we wanted it, and went above and beyond our expectations. The staff worked cohesively with our other vendors. We cannot recommend this venue enough!!

he Carriage House. Marie got back to me so fast and although she wasn't able to meet me that weekend as she was working a wedding expo, she made sure someone would be there to help us. Tyler was great and we made up our mind before even leaving that this was the venue for us. As construction is almost done, we reached out to Marie again to see how it was going and to answer additional questions we had. She once again, reached out quickly and met us over the weekend when it was easiest for us. She once again was OUTSTANDING. I'm so happy that she is the one helping us on our big day. The venue is coming along beautifully and I can't wait to see it when it's done. I have no doubt that Marie will help whenever possible. She is so easy to talk to and really knows her stuff! Can't wait for our wedding in June 2020!
