and helped our wedding day run so smoothly. Our day was everything we dreamed of, and we are so grateful to the entire team. We would absolutely recommend The Chateau to any couple planning their wedding!

even know needed to be done, from planning to coordination the day of. They were also very flexible with changing plans from outdoors to indoors due to weather conditions. The full service and help with setup, tear down, and coordination of vendors made our wedding day extremely easy and low-stress. In-house catering options were also impressively delicious and a good value. The venue as a whole was perfect for our wedding, and we appreciated the discounted rates for a small guest count and for a Sunday wedding. Would highly recommend for weddings!
This is a beautiful venue and the staff is so attentive and helpful throughout the whole process. I cannot recommend The Chateau enough!

everything ran smoothly on the big day.
She was incredibly accommodating with all of our questions and requests, and she provided a helpful list of vendors to guide us as we planned. Larissa went above and beyond to help make everything perfect, and the venue itself was beautiful.
I would choose The Chateau and work with Larissa again in a heartbeat!
We are so glad our wedding day was spent at the Chateau! Larissa, Olivia, and their team were so great to work with and were organized from start to finish. They met with us three ...
different times, answering all our questions and walking through everything and anything we wanted. The Chateau is a beautiful, large venue inside and out. Even on March 22nd, we had plenty of places inside and out to take beautiful pictures as well as have an outdoor ceremony. We loved being able to select linens, napkins, and napkin folds, which really helped personalize our wedding. It’s easy to get to from Des Moines, and is paved all the way to their driveway. We had over 40 kids present and we loved that they had space to run around without having to worry about traffic or stranger danger. The day of, Larissa and her team were present and involved in the entire day. It went so smoothly and everyone said how kind and helpful they all were. One of my favorite parts was when Larissa got on the dance floor to teach everyone how to do the Cotton-Eyed Joe line dance. The Chateau is in great hands with Larissa at the wheel!
The location is a bit off the beaten path, but it's gorgeous. The venue is on a hill and there's a gazebo at the bottom where you can set up for the ceremony. There are some grap...

to help at every turn and kept the groom and I completely stress-free. The venue is stunning, we got so many compliments from our friends and family about how gorgeous everything was! The bar staff were so fast, no one ever had to wait for a drink. Overall, I highly recommend The Chateau as a dream wedding venue!
The Chateau was an absolutely amazing vendor!
When you go with the Chateau, you are not only purchasing the vendor, but you are purchasing a whole wedding planner as well. We were...
able to have 3 visits with a wedding coordinator that works with the Chateau. They will go over absolutely everything and basically hold your hand as much or as little as you need. They helped our day run as smoothly as possible! They set up and tear down all the tables which is an extreme added bonus! We have been in many weddings where the wedding party ends up setting up and tearing down the entire venue. This added so much value that we could spend time enjoying the wedding instead of having to figure out tear down/ set up/ ect.
All we brought was our decor and made the set up super easy.
There are 60 different colors of cloth napkins and table cloths that can literally accommodate any color combination!
A fully staffed bar as well kept the room and bar moving as smoothly as possible.
I love that the dance floor is in a separate room from the dinner which makes it easier to hear people for those that don't dance.
I can not recommend this venue more. Not only is the venue absolutely beautiful, they staff are amazing! Everyone was so helpful and really helped bring everything to life. Larissa...

ING & the atmosphere was perfect. I had many guests reach out to me saying how beautiful the venue was and how tasty the food was. The day was so perfect and we couldn’t have done it without Larissa. She truly went above and beyond for our special day. I cannot thank this venue staff enough for giving my wife and I the most perfect wedding day. I could not recommend this venue enough!
Great venue and staff. Larissa was exceptional coordinating.
The Chateau is the most perfect wedding venue anyone could ask for. It is a beautiful place that is run by beautiful people. There are so many amazing things about this place that ...
I need to make a list.
1. The outdoor space. The outdoor gazebo with the paved aisle was so beautiful and an amazing place for the ceremony. There are also beautiful wild flowers, trees, and the vineyard that make for beautiful photo backdrops.
2. The indoor space. The dinner and dancing are separate which is a huge plus. We had people on the dance floor while other people had a place to talk. The getting ready rooms are also amazing.
3. The FOOD!! This was one of the things that I was complimented the most about. Every single thing was so delicious. Literally the only complaint about my wedding was that we didn’t have any leftovers to take home.
4. The Staff. Every single person that works here is amazing. The bartenders had a lot of my bridesmaids drinks memorized. The coordinator (Larissa) is literally the best person you could ever dream of running your wedding day. She assisted the entire day. She not only coordinated aisle waking but walked around with me and fluffed my dress all night. She got bugs and stains out of my dress and was there to soothe me when I was freaking out. I cannot say enough good things about these people!!
I love this place so much. If I could convince everyone to have their wedding here I would. 10000/10
Everything ran smoothly and Olivia was great!
This venue and staff was amazing. They know exactly how to make your day easy and special. Their communication is quick and helpful. The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous.

lanned one, and they were a huge help. They had recommended vendors, step by step instructions, and the food is AMAZING! The space was perfect. Having the foyer as the dance space, while the main space was still quiet, made the party super fun. People could dance all they wanted in the foyer, and everyone else could still chat in the main space. Cannot recommend The Chateau enough!!!

f was just wonderful! Kenzie and Jenna truly care about all their clients and make an effort to get to know you. They set up several meetings in the months leading up to your wedding to make sure every little detail is exactly how you want it. I didn’t know a lot about planning a wedding and was a pretty laid back bride and these ladies made it so easy and stress free thinking of many things I never would have considered! It is also so convenient how much is included with the rental price! You will not go wrong using this venue for one of the most important days of your life :)

g down to a science--when you book with them, you will have regular but brief meetings to nail down details and make sure everything is just the way you want it. I was nervous about paying this much for our reception, but it was worth it for us: we did not have to worry about anything. They did all of the set up, food and drink arrangements, and cleanup. We had a beautiful reception that was just how I hoped it would be, and everyone had a great time. PS The food is incredible, too!
The Chateau is a wonderful place! I loved working with Jenna and Kenzie. They were full of knowledge and helped make decisions easy! I would highly recommend The Chateau!

e Jenna is a "get crap done" kind of person. They compliment each other so well and gave us a lot of confidence that everything would be just how we wanted it on our wedding day. Since we knew it would be rainy that day, they told us they would do their best to make the ceremony work outside, but ended up having to move it inside. They called me that morning to run this by me and gave me plenty of notice on what they would be doing. They made it work without a hitch. They did a really great job of responding to any questions I had, as well as checking in on us throughout the day (my husband was so nervous Jenna ended up tying his bowtie for him!!). The venue is beautiful and clean. The only complaint I have is that they changed the contract last minute so that we wouldn't be allowed back up to the loft area, which seemed like kind of a rip off since we were paying the same price and not even able to use part of the venue as we were expecting to. They were flexible with us and let my husband and I back up there for a few minutes to eat dinner together immediately after the ceremony. The bar prices were on the average to maybe a little high end. We brought in outside catering, which ended up being a better deal than using the in-house catering. I would highly recommend the chateau!
