Truly the perfect venue for the perfect evening! Tony and the entire staff are incredible to work with and provide a wonderful space. It's a great venue for larger parties, especia...
lly if you love to dance! Having our live band up on the stage so that the entire (and large!) dancefloor was open made it so everyone was dancing the entire night long. And everyone we talked to loved the food! It was so nice having everything provided as one, and The Cedars truly helped make our wedding night the best night that it was.
I cannot recommend The Cedars enough! We chose them a year before our wedding after our original venue cancelled on us (which was a true nightmare), and it ended up being a blessin...
g in disguise! They were so helpful with getting everything put into place and were levels above our original venue when it came to response time and accommodations. Sabrina is the sweetest, and answered all of my questions leading up to the big day. She and Tony were also incredibly helpful with the decorations that we brought in. We dropped our cupcakes off the day before the reception, and Sabrina arranged them into beautiful hearts on the dessert table, which was a great surprise. She was there the whole night, and stayed while my parents picked up all our decorations without pressuring them to exit the venue. Our guests raved about the food, the event was beautiful, and I could not have asked for a better location and staff for my reception!
Sabrina makes the difference! She is absolutely wonderful. My older sister had her wedding here in 2014 and I loved how it turned out so when I got engaged I knew I would start the...
re. My fiance and I looked at about 5 other places in the same price range and nothing even came close. Sabrina is so flexible and helpful that I had no cares on my wedding day. I knew she would help anyone who needed it and I could just enjoy the reception. Would recommend without a doubt!
Sabrina was so wonderful to work with. She was very timely on answering phone calls and emails. Everything was absolutely perfect!!! Thank you for making our wedding reception so w...

I loved having our wedding reception at The Cedars! The ballroom is gorgeous and Sabrina and Tony were wonderful to work with. They made sure everything was how we wanted it and ma...
de sure the evening went smoothly. The stage is big enough for a band and a DJ (we had both) and the dance floor is huge. Everyone raved about the food and the atmosphere. I would definitely recommend them!
I would highly recommend having your wedding reception at the Cedars! Not only is it pretty and the food is delicious but Sabrina is so great to work with! She definitely helped ma...
ke the planning process a breeze!
We had our wedding here in June, and Sabrina was great to work with! The food (we went buffet-style) was excellent, the hall is extremely nice and good for larger weddings, and th...
e staff was very pleasant during our reception. They worked with us from start to finish to make the entire process smooth and easy on our end.
The Cedars was a fantastic choice of reception hall for our June 3rd wedding. We liked that they were easy to communicate with since we were planning from out of town. Sabrina was ...
great at emailing us back promptly. The hall was a great size for our 210-ish guest wedding. We liked the big dance floor and the stage for the band. We liked that we were the only reception at the venue that night, and the parking was secure and very easy for guests. It's a great place to have a reception very close to downtown without the hassle of downtown parking. They scheduled a tasting for us whenever we happened to be in town, and even though we didn't try our exact menu selection, it gave us plenty of confidence. The food at our wedding was delicious, and several of the guests told us so! All of the staff we interacted with on our wedding day were classy and kind, and they kept things running very well behind the scenes. The hall looks very lovely, but be aware that there are no windows! This didn't matter for our night reception, but keep this in mind when hiring a photographer. You'll want to hire a photographer experienced with flash photography to capture your reception well. Ours did a great job, and we were very happy with The Cedars!
Our daughter and son-in-law's wedding reception in April was at The Cedars , and we were quite pleased with our choice of venues. Sabrina and Tony are a joy to work with. They we...
nt out of their way to accommodate the special dietary needs of some of our guests, and they were friendly and helpful in all other aspects of the planning. The Cedars is a beautiful, accessible, and spacious venue, more than large enough for our 240 guests. There is plenty of onsite parking, which is fenced-in and lighted; and a security guard is present from start to finish. Plus, The Cedars is very competitive in their pricing. If you'd like a friendly, personal experience that also gives you value for your dollar, I heartily recommend The Cedars.
We cannot say enough wonderful things about The Cedars and the staff. Sabrina and Tony are amazing to work with . Very responsive and anything we needed or any questions we had, th...
ey got back to us right away. We have received so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how great the food was and how nice the staff was to our guests. We could have not asked for a better place to have our reception and thank you to The Cedars for making our dream wedding a reality. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking a beautiful venue with great food and staff:)

iterally! She lit all the candles for all the centerpieces and made sure everything was perfect before cocktail hour. Everyone loved the place, the food, and especially how much space there was. We had around 200 people and it was perfect. Doesnt matter if you have 150 or 400, great amount of space. You cant go wrong here brides :)
The Cedars made my dream wedding reception come true. Everything looked absolutely beautiful. They listened to my ideas and had some great ideas themselves. I would recommend this ...
venue to anyone.
I couldn't have been more lucky to have found The Cedar's. I found it on, what I told myself was going to be, the last day of searching. I went to look at it over lunch and by 3pm ...
was driving over the deposit check without anyone else seeing it! Everyone was very impressed with the look of the venue, the cleanliness, the professional staff, the rates and all that was included. With having a large wedding it's important to find a venue that can not only accommodate everyone but is affordable as well. The Cedar's includes so much at such a low price but makes sure you don't lose quality. Tony and Sabrina were amazing to work with. They bent over backwards to try and make sure my many requests and wishes came true. All brides need to go take a look at The Cedar's. You won't be disappointed!
I Loved this place. They were very nice and they worked with me on my budget that I needed to stay in. I definitely recommend them to anyone.
Tony and Sabrina were great to work with and made sure my day was exactly how I wanted it to be. They were quick to respond to my emails and always willing to accomodate to my need...

The Cedars is a beautiful place to have a wedding reception. The room is large, the tables and place settings were elegant. We had just under 300 people and the room looked great...
with plenty of room. Great dance floor. Decent food for the price. Half of what you would pay at a hotel downtown
My mom was the prime planner of my wedding, but I was truly happy with her choice of reception venue. What sold me, without knowing anything about the food or service, was the fac...
t that the venue is for one event. I loved knowing that we could afford a venue where our wedding would be the only party on-site! The hall was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the wedding coordinator/event planner (Amy) delivered awesome customer service. We were able to setup the day before, and when we realized the day in advance made it too warm for the flowers, she allowed us to store them in the fridge and she set them up on the table for us. Creating seating was easy because we weren't required to have exactly x amount of people at each table. I had a blast at the wedding...the room was lovely, and the venue provided a great stage for the live band we hired.
The only reason I can't give them 5's is because I didn't pay for it, and only did the fun stuff! My mom would have ultimate rating power! I would recommend anyone in St. Louis looking for a nice reception hall without worry to at least check out the Cedars.
The gave a great value for the price per head. They have a very large room which is perfect for large receptions. There is a great dance floor and stage for the band. Very easy...
to work with.
