One star is too good for them. Hired them to drive guests to my wedding as our wedding party was staying at the venue. Bus driver showed up and never contacted the guest they were ...
supposed to contact at the hotel, and gave the hotel the wrong name for the reservation. Then Kimberly tries to call me DURING MY WEDDING. Afterwards, I tell them to get the bus to the venue and complete the trip I paid $2,000 for l. Bus never shows up and instead decides to contact the guest who says they don't need a ride, and they cancel the entire trip. Busbank now refuses to give me a refund, and I'm being forced to issue a charge back through my credit card. Although based on some of the other reviews I've seen my guests probably lucked out not having to ride on poor quality busses.
We used Bus Bank for our wedding shuttle and they didn't disappoint. We rented out a school bus for our guests and the pricing was very reasonable. They were on time for pickup and...
drop off, and the driver was great to work with! Would hire again!
Easy to get a quote, payments were easy as well. Charter buses were clean and on time. Only hiccup experienced was that we did not get the bus drivers contact information until the...
day of our event. Did make it a tad stressful but otherwise all went as planned.
