ps. We wish we had known that they rely on the wedding caterer to cut and plate the desserts- our caterer was an outdoor pizza truck and had no idea, and we didn't know to inform them of this detail. Luckily a family member had brought a knife for the cake and cut everything else as well. Otherwise, communication was great, and the desserts were so delicious.

We loved working with them and plan to get a one-year anniversary cake from them next year to help remember that special day (and DELICIOUS cake!).
