The Better Pop is a dessert caterer that services weddings and other events in New York, NY. The company creates a healthy alternative to the popsicle by using whole fruits and kombucha, offering a unique twist on the gourmet experience. The team swaps sugars and dyes for probiotics and fiber, so these geometric popsicles will have guests refreshed and satisfied before hitting the dancefloor.
The Better Pop was founded by Ruby Schechter, who sought to create a healthy treat without compromising taste. Ruby is passionate about food and helping people make better choices, one popsicle at a time. Thanks to her creations, couples and guests can enjoy a delicious dessert that can be effortlessly eaten and digested thanks to its hexagonal shape. The popsicles are also available in various delectable flavors and are inclusive of all dietary requirements for family and friends to enjoy.
The Better Pop has servers available on the wedding day to help facilitate the culinary experience. Operating a buffet-serving style, guests can easily pick and choose their preferred popsicle with staff on hand to help where needed. The company organizes delivery, set-up, and clean-up services, leaving couples and their guests to sit back and relax on the big day.
