The Belmont (especially Hamid) was great to work with. The space itself is beautiful. The staff is excellent and very helpful. Very responsive and easy to get in touch with. Ham wa...
s so receptive/flexible to all of our needs and was always looking to help us stay under our budget. We were not thrilled with our wedding coordinator but Ham and his staff easily made up for that. They are fair, honest, and transparent about all of their pricing. Before the wedding, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was planned and set up correctly. They made sure everything went perfectly on the day of the wedding so that we did not have to worry about a thing. Could not recommend the Belmont any more. They really made our day perfect.
We had our movie themed costume party/ surprise wedding here and it was PERFECT!! The decor feels very old Hollywood and is super spacious. Ham was our primary point of contact fo...
r the event and he really helped make sure everything went off without a hitch, even helping us pull off the surprise by making sure my husband and I knew it was time to sneak away to change out of our costumes and into our wedding attire. You are required to use their preferred vendor for food or pay fee. We used 512Events for our food, they were kind of difficult to communicate with leading up to the event, but Ham helped facilitate that too. The food was incredible on the day of and even though we ordered enough for 30 extra people it was gone!
I highly recommend the Belmont for any event that you may plan.
The Belmont was an AMAZING venue for us in Downtown Austin. Our guests loved it. It was very unique! We hosted our ceremony and dinner on the upstairs patio and cocktail hour/danci...
ng downstairs. The live band turned it into a PARTY and our guests are still talking about it. Great spot in the heart of downtown. Be mindful of seating capacity upstairs - ours was a little tight and we had to do measurements on our own since we got very different information from the vendor.
Lynn was great in accommodating our needs in a flexible manner. The Belmont staff is highly friendly and vested into bringing the ultimate event vision to life. The Belmont was al...
so upfront with the venue fees which greatly helped alleviate any extra monetary concerns. Also, this location perfect fit the vibe for our Mass Effect themed wedding! We couldn't be happier.
My fiancé and I had the misfortune of our original downtown venue canceling us 17 days prior to our wedding. I contacted The Belmont in booking their space, which unfortunately w...
as already rented for the evening. The events coordinator went above and beyond, calling other venues in town and friends in order to help us in our time of need. I am bummed the space was leased- I would give this venue my business any day of the week. Thank you for your kindness and for reaching out on our behalf. We will certainly be booking The Belmont for future events!
