I’ve been married OVER A YEAR now and still waiting on my photo album that’s part of the contract. I will never work with her again and definitely not recommend her to ANY bride!!! The Knot should take her off the website!!!

amily friend unexpectedly and I could not recommend her more. She sent flowers when Jamie’s father passed away after Thanksgiving and it went above and beyond what we expected. We didn’t originally purchase an album, but she made one for us as a surprise a few weeks ago. Bethaney truly is a professional and caring photographer who gives her all to her clients.

e never missed a beat! She responded to our initial inquiry within minutes, which is what won me besides her work. As a lawyer, I have very little time to waste and many vendors took weeks to message me back. My husband and I were amazed at how enthusiastic she was about rolling with the punches that our venue was giving throughout the year. We had our wedding photos in less than 2 weeks and I can’t tell you how much it meant because my father passed away 3 weeks after the wedding. Definitely worth the money!

e where they needed to be during the day, but Bethaney helped us the whole day. She helped us stay calm and I really think it reflected in the photos. It was a day we will never forget and we love looking at our wedding album to relive it. She even sent us a canvas as a gift!

ent of her clients, but apparently we are required to at least do one star. I cannot even begin to tell you how after reading the review, we have had the exact same experience with Bethaney. She is completely unprofessional. We hired her after liking the photos she took but the writing was on the wall because firstly, she rescheduled our engagement photo session maybe half an hour before our session was to happen, she was then late to the rescheduled session. The contract stipulates we are to get our engagement photos 14 days after the shoot--we did not receive them for at least a month or two after MULTIPLE emails, calls, texts, and voicemails. She apologized and we were led to believe the ghosting out would not happen again. Surely we thought she won't do this for our wedding photos. Sure enough, she did not respond to our coordinator's calls, emails and texts leading up to the wedding to provide the timeline and finally did so a couple of days before. She showed up late to the suite where we were getting ready citing traffic issues (although her assistant managed to get there on time) We received our sneak peeks photos about two weeks after the wedding and were so thrilled because we thought the complete album would soon be on its way. We were supposed to get a complete online album, a USB and an album. We waited after the holidays and then asked for an update via email. She claimed she was out for 3 weeks for a broken arm and a broken phone so she had a new number. That new number along with all the other numbers she has listed either do not work or always off. The contract clearly stipulates we are supposed to receive everything in full within 45 days. We are at 74 days. We've emailed repeatedly,called, facebook, texted, voicemails--literally have tried all forms of communication to get a response and NOTHING. We are now forced to get legal counsel in order to get our photos and we are not the most optimistic. I cannot believe she is doing this for the second time after we discussed termination after the engagement photo fiasco. I am truly regretful we gave her a second opportunity because now it is our wedding photos and we have waited even longer and probably will continue to have to wait for our photos. I absolutely am flabbergasted she does this regularly and am truly not sure how she is able to conduct a business by consistently and blatantly disrespecting and ignoring her clients as we try to get what we paid for. What's worse is for many she is capturing one of the most important and special days of our lives and instead of rejoicing over these photos, we instead are unnecessarily stressed out, frustrated and saddened over the fact we may not get all of our precious photos. Out of all the vendors involved in a wedding, she is definitely our one and only regret. We will NEVER use her again nor we will ever recommend her to anyone. DO NOT USE.

We took our engagement photos in september 2016 and did not get them back until march... During that time period I was unable to get a hold of her or the studio. When i finally got my engagement photos, she was more than polite and we discussed the terms of our contract and I was assured this would never happen again. One week until our wedding we reached out to her regarding timeline and she was prompt with response. Wedding day came she was absolutely wonderful. I got my sneak peak a month later which was ok and we haven't heard a thing since... its been three months. My husband and I are more than understanding to extenuating circumstances but we are in the dark because of the lack of communication. Our wedding was in September 2017 and it is now February 2018 and we have not been able to get ahold of her. We just want our pictures. Overall great talent and product but poor communication and delivery.

When we FINALLY received the photos, Bethaney apologized for the problems that we had. She also gave us a print credit for our troubles, several very generous gifts, and she has done what she can to fix the problem. Stay away and hire someone else

The fiance and I had a last minute trip to see each other while long distance with less than a week's notice to get everything together; without her flexibility there's no way we would even have engagement photos. We had a bit of a communication issue afterwards but she was such a professional at taking care of it and making sure we knew it was just an error- The sign of a true professional :) We'll definitely consider her for the wedding if we can get her to sneak down to SC! ryone feel comfortable when they were taking photos. I never had to worry that any special moments were missed because they seemed to be capturing everything. I loved the photos we received and the parent album she made for us. This day and these photos are something I will truly cherish for the rest of my life.
