Marsia and The Beauty Studio team were a true joy to work with! From the start, they were communicative and easy to book with, and they responded to all of my questions promptly. I...
changed my hairstyle three times between the pre-booking trial, my actual trial, and the wedding day, and Marsia was not only accommodating but made me feel completely confident every step of the way. She suggested ways we could get my hair looking exactly the way I dreamed.
Ashley did my makeup and made me feel like the most beautiful version of myself. I have a number of contact allergens and offered to bring my own supplies, but Ashley took the time to go through her kit to make sure nothing she applied would cause a reaction. She even purchased new supplies so I'd have everything I needed. That kind of care meant so much to me.
On the morning of our wedding at The Red Barn at Hampshire College in Amherst, they arrived on time, moved quickly, and made all of my bridesmaids and family members feel happy and at ease. They wrapped up with plenty of time to spare, which made for a calm and joyful start to the day. I loved working with them so much that I booked Marsia for four additional hours to do touch-ups through our first look and photos right up until the ceremony!
My hair and makeup held up beautifully through our outdoor ceremony and my many tears, and I love how my photos turned out. I can't recommend them enough!
Marsia and her team were absolutely incredible. I knew the day I got engaged that I'd want to hire TBS for my wedding, and it was one of the best decisions I made with my vendors! ...
We had Abbie, Ashley, Hannah, and Marsia as our hair & makeup team for the day, and they made my bridesmaids, SILs, and MIL feel so beautiful. They listened attentively to all of our individual needs, and were able to work seamlessly with different hair and skin types. We were laughing and joking the whole morning- they were such a delight to be around. My makeup lasted the entire day- I didn't have to touch up my skin once! They were efficient, timely, and professional. I'm so happy with our decision to hire TBS. They are truly the best in the business!
Ok service. Curls did not hold and now a giant chunk of my hair is ripped out where they did a braid....

tially down for my wedding day. Hannah's magic got my curls through most of the big moments/picture taking (first look, ceremony, dedicated dances) before they really fell, which was exactly what I had hoped for. Ashley rocked my makeup too. I don't normally wear a ton and the final look helped me feel more elevated while still feeling like myself. I appreciated, too, that both Hannah and Ashley applied my small pieces of feedback between trail and wedding day beautifully. I felt so good on my big day, and they were a huge piece of that!
And of course, they made my girls look and feel great too!

Special shout-out to Abbie and Lindsey, who made me feel so beautiful and did such a fantastic job incorporating my feedback from our trial. It felt like they could read my mind! Abbie even last-minute trimmed some of my face-framing pieces of hair to help bring my vision to life. Strongly recommend their whole team!

k with. I had never been to The Beauty Studio before, and I was so impressed! Marsia’s and Abbie’s work is effortless. Marsia was so great working with all of my bridesmaids—she was able to give them the makeup they felt comfortable in while at the same time, making sure everyone was cohesive. Likewise, Abbie did so many different hair styles and somehow, was even able to give my mom who has very short hair an amazing updo. Marisa and Abbie also made me feel so special as the bride. They gave me body glow, and tweaked my hair and makeup from my trial to give me the look I wanted, and everything came out perfect! I was so happy with their services. Marsia and Abbie are so shard working! I couldn’t imagine working multiple weddings every weekend. I highly recommend them and The Beauty Studio!

Everytime I interacted with Marisa it was like a best friend you haven't seen in forever she was always so nice and so friendly, during my trials I loved how she completely focused on what I was looking for and did everything in her power to achieve what I wanted. The day of the wedding we had music laughter and so much singing to throwbacks. Kristin did a fantastic job of making me feel comfortable with the entire process; she really made the experience really positive and judgement-free. From the pre-booking trial, to the final trial, to the actual day, she was fantastically receptive to my feedback to go more and more natural. When she finished applying the makeup for the wedding, I felt great. In my weaker moments, I worry about my skin tone and my lips, and she did a great job of evening everything out and making me look good for my special day.
