The staff are helpful and professional, however I feel that for the cost of the hotel, there’s something extra that they could be doing to make your stay feel extra special, as some (not all) interactions felt a little transactional. WiFi is also an additional cost, which feels unnecessary given the cost of the stay! Although it seems small, the toilet paper and hand towels felt cheap, which again if better could’ve added to the luxury feel about the rest of the hotel. The speakeasy bar is fun and the fitness centre is well equipped. Furthermore, valet parking seems like the only parking option, for an additional $20 per night
Stayed 5/29-5/31 for a wedding. Beautiful Hotel, staff is extremely friendly. Bellhop was fantastic and insisted he helped us to the room. Ambiance is great, and I was impressed with the cleanliness overall.
I'm leaving one star because whoeve...
r cleaned our room after the first night threw out my wife's retainer. It was sitting on a tissue on the sink. To be clear, it was not "wrapped" in a tissue, it was sitting on top of it. So today we are out $225 for a replacement retainer.
This aside, we did enjoy our stay, but the carelessness of the maid who cleaned our room is inexcusable.
