AMAZING! I am not from Florida so I used reviews and searches to find the perfect hair and makeup team. Thankfully I found The Bardot on The Knot and I could not have been happier! From my trial, to my wedding day, they were so accommodating, attentive, and kind! I had Michelle as my hairstylist and I absolutely loved her work on myself and my bridesmaids, and I really appreciated how kind, caring, and fun she was! Nicole was my makeup artist and although I met her for the first time on my wedding day, she exceeded my expectations with mine and my bridesmaids hair! I am so happy with The Bardot and the services they offer!

Erin was my hair and makeup artist for my October 2026 wedding. I had a great time at my hair/makeup trial with her and she tried out several different hairstyles at the trial since I was a bit indecisive at first. We were able to find the perfect style then so that made me much more calm and confident on my wedding day. Erin showed up early on my wedding day and we got to pictures early which was great! My hair and makeup lasted all night even with some unfortunate wedding day rain!

red vendors. After searching for days for a good hair/makeup stylist that was responsive, I came across the Bardot and instantly loved their whole aesthetic. Their Instagram and website were easy to navigate and aesthetically pleasing. The best thing was how responsive they were via email and phone. They were very quick to respond and were easy to work with. I had to reschedule my hair trial after getting sick and gladly did so.
Ashley was my hair stylist for both my trial and day of she was the absolute best! Her personality is great as she made me feel comfortable and confident, even when I did not know what look I wanted. She is very good at what she does technically and personally she was very down to earth and comforting. She tried a few different styles, and the one I ended up doing for the day-of was one that she recommended we tried for fun at the end and I am so glad she did! It was perfect! I did not want something super manicured but wanted it up off my back since it was an August wedding and Ashley gave me the best wispy up do twist. When one of my bridesmaids was stressed about her hair type with the style she wanted, Ashley reassured her she could do it and make it look beautiful which she did! She made my bridesmaid feel so relieved and she ended up loving the look. Could not have asked for better!
Liz was my makeup artist and she absolutely KILLED it! I was so worried about my wedding makeup as I am not a huge glam person and never really love it when I have gotten my makeup done professionally in the past. That being said, she exceeded my expectations and I cannot say enough good things!! I wanted a soft natural glam that was glowy and heavy on blush and she did just that. She really took extra care with my makeup as the bride and I was so thankful because you could tell the time and energy put it into. The makeup held all day and she also provided me with a touch up kit to use to make it last even longer. Liz not only did beautiful makeup, but she also kept such a positive energy and continued to make me feel confident and stress free going into my wedding day. She also did a phenomenal job with the mother of the groom and bridesmaids-- everyone was so happy with how they looked! Again, I cannot put into words how happy I was with my makeup and how it made me feel! Incredibly grateful for the magic she created.
My mom (mother of the bride) was apprehensive about getting her makeup done having older skin and she was SO pleased with both her hair and makeup. My whole bridal party was happy with the way they looked and I could not be more grateful!
We also ran earlier than scheduled which helped the day feel much less stressful than anticipated. We were done early with time for touch ups and pictures before having to leave.
Pricing was fairly comparable to other companies for wedding party hair/makeup and included built-in gratuity which was nice not to have to pay it later.
Again, I was so beyond happy with The Bardot and the artists they provided! It was such a wonderful company to work with that really built women up and promoted confidence and comfort. I was so happy they were a huge part of our day!

cheduled my trial only for the stylist to completely no-show and leave me hanging. Then they send new stylists out for a trial and the make up couldâve left a trail of dust following behind me. The day of the wedding, no one got the hairstyles they asked for and everyoneâs fell out by the time we got to the ceremony. To put the cherry on top, they emailed me the day after the wedding requesting an additional $200 after services were done. Do yourself a favor and just have great aunt Janice do your hair, youâll get the same results.

walked away from your experience with The Bardot feeling this way. We take our bridesâ experiences very seriously, and because there is some important context surrounding what occurred, we would like to address your concerns.
Regarding your original trial, your stylist became unexpectedly ill the morning of your appointment. Because it was an early-morning appointment, our team unfortunately did not receive her message in time to notify you before your scheduled start time. We completely understand how frustrating it was to be left waiting, and we immediately worked to reschedule your trial with another team member. While illness can be unexpected, the lack of timely communication was not the experience we want for any bride, and we sincerely apologized for that.
We were very concerned to learn through this review that you and your bridal party were unhappy with the longevity of your wedding-day hairstyles. Our artists are trained specifically in bridal styling and long-wear techniques, and hair falling before the ceremony is not consistent with our standards. We are addressing this internally with the team involved. Had we known on or immediately following the wedding day that you were unhappy with the services, our bridal coordination team would have welcomed the opportunity to speak with you directly, understand what happened, and work toward an appropriate resolution.
We would also like to clarify the additional charge referenced in your review. Our service policies include a $50 application fee for extensions, and the post-wedding balance reflected additional extension applications performed by the team. This was not an unexpected fee added because of the wedding or your experience; it was our team following the established pricing for services that were provided. That said, had we known there were concerns with the overall experience when the balance was communicated, we absolutely would have wanted to discuss everything with you personally rather than have you feel that your concerns were being overlooked.
We are incredibly proud of the many brides and bridal parties we serve, but we also recognize that a strong reputation does not make an individual brideâs disappointment any less important. We are sorry that your experience did not reflect the level of service for which we strive. We would still welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly, hear more about your wedding-day experience, and address your concerns personally.
We sincerely wish you all the best in your marriage and are sorry that this portion of your wedding experience was not what either of us wanted it to be.

Both artists were so kind, positive, and professional. They fit right in with my bridal party, matched our energy perfectly, stayed on schedule, and made everyone feel comfortable. I chose not to do a hair and makeup trial to stay within my budget, and honestly, I would feel completely confident skipping one again with this company. They took the time to listen to what each person wanted and delivered exactly that.

we discussed and wedding day hair and makeup were perfect; even after a last minute spray tan!! They also made a day of schedule for all the bridesmaids, our moms, and myself. The schedule called for them to get there at 7:30 but of course Make Me Fab are over achievers and got there at 7;10 and was all set up for all my girls when they got there !!! They were so great at making sure we all looked and felt gorgeous, laughing with us all day and checking with me before they left. My hair girl Lily even put my veil in. I had changed most of my look from the trial and she was so understanding and still did it perfectly. I felt so beautiful! Not only did everyone's hair and makeup look amazing in person, but it was also photographed beautifully and stayed flawless throughout the entire day and night, even with lots of dancing, and lots of sun. Apart from being insanely talented hair and makeup artists, they are all around great people. What a pleasure to have them in the getting-ready room with us. They are kind, funny, easy to talk to, friendly, and fun to be with. They enhanced the environment for all of us and were a blast to be with.
The team is organized (amazing communication leading up to the event), efficient, and detail oriented. They operated on schedule, but never made anyone feel rushed or like they did not get enough time.
Alayne was even kind enough to stay late for 2 unplanned hair-and-makeup services for friends of mine- something she definitely did not have to do but it was SO appreciated that she did. And they sent each of us off with touch-up kits, lip colors to reapply, and an amazing sense of confidence.
The team is amazing all around- you can trust them to show up early, be organized, operate on schedule, bring an amazing vibe, and send you out feeling your absolute best. I would love the opportunity to work with both of them again!!

from the very start. Her team is unbelievably kind, talented, punctual and created multiple polished looks that lasted 18 hours for our NYE wedding.
Our bridal team were organized, calm and a pleasure to work with. They worked like a well oiled machine, servicing 11 of us. They were super easy to talk to and abolished all our nerves. They made sure everyone in our parties felt beautiful and confident in their look.
Alayne called to check in on me multiple times leading up to our wedding day and accepted any changes we need to make to accommodate our parties and even made me feel at ease with changes I wanted to make after my make up trial. Alayne just goes the âextra mileâ and her expertise shines through in every detail. She was always quick to respond to emails and made sure we had everything we needed and wanted from the very start. The salon is warm and welcoming, clean and a space you will feel at home in from the moment you walk in the door. They were having issues with their heat the day of and did everything in their power to ensure we were warm, including providing us with blankets and laughs. They also offer you a space to enjoy breakfast in the day of with your party.
Huge shout out to Kendra - who made me feel absolutely beautiful, so much so that I cried when I saw myself. I felt radiant and confident the entire day. She did both my hair and make up on the day of our wedding and it was PERFECT. I didnât do a hair trial because I ran out of time, but provided her with pictures of what I wanted and she nailed it. Sheâs probably one of the sweetest people Iâve ever met and cannot wait to work with her again in the future.
I highly recommend MMF to all brides and anyone who is looking for perfection when it comes to hair and make up services for any event. I will be a client for LIFE after such a wonderful experience. Iâm still in awe of how beautiful their work looks on camera. MMF is simply the best.

They provide a thorough contract and even offer add-ons like engagement shoot hair and makeup, rehearsal dinner glam, and other in-office services, which made everything seamless.
Each time I visited for different wedding events, I left feeling absolutely beautiful. I had the privilege of working with Alayne herself for some of my services, as well as several of her amazing artists â all of whom were professional, talented, and so easy to be around.
On the wedding day itself, the Make Me Fab team arrived right on schedule and worked together like a well-oiled machine. Every one of the girls in my bridal party looked stunning. Alayne personally did my hair and makeup, and she truly brought my fairytale vision to life â I felt like the princess I used to dream about being when I was a kid.
Iâve already seen a few photos, and Iâm in awe of how beautiful their work looked on camera. I felt so confident and radiant all day, and even my husband couldnât stop complimenting how amazing I looked! Everyone commented on how flawless the entire bridal party was.

I could rave about how amazing they are at hair and makeup but what really sets them apart from everyone else is the energy and care that they bring. From my HMU trial to my appointments leading up to the wedding to the big day, they would check in on me and tell me how excited they were. They take the time to listen to what you want and are always open to fixing things you may not love. They want you to feel like the best version of yourself. Alayne is the best of the best. If you want someone to obsess over the tiniest details to make sure you are perfect, she's your gal. She takes the time and her years of experience to make sure you're perfect but also on time throughout the whole morning. I wanted some little tweaks and she was ready to do whatever I wanted. I truly could not imagine a better group of gals to be there for my wedding day and I cannot thank them enough! They are amazing!

nce stress free and fun! One month before my wedding, I had to have an unexpected surgery on my face to remove stage 0 melanoma, an early but dangerous form of skin cancer. I informed Idalis who ensured that they could easily cover my scar, which was direrctly under my eye. Emma did a fantastic job blending and covering my scar, which was still so fresh and had literally closed up just days prior to wedding. I cannot thank you guys enough for doing your magic! I truly felt beautiful and confident, and I was worry free about my scar. It also helps to do a trial in advance so they can learn your hair type and your vision of the look you want as a bride. My bridesmaids and my mother/mother-in-law also loved your work! Thank you for all that you do!

s able to change locations and found a backup makeup artist as the one they provided was no longer able to make it. That was great and much appreciated.
However, I will say that the communication was not great. I would go weeks without a response and would have to reach out multiple times to get in touch with the team. A week before my wedding I was left DMing their instagram and having my MOH try to get someone to contact me for information. Additionally, on the wedding day multiple of my bridesmaids' hair fell and didn't stay more than a couple hours. Britnye also left without saying goodbye to me, even though she finished ~3 hours earlier than expected. This felt off to me and left me with not the best feeling. The hair styling was average, nothing out of this world. For the price of this company, I would not say my experience was worth it.

Leading up to the wedding it was very easy to get in contact with them about the number of girls that would be having hair and make-up done plus to schedule my trail. I loved doing the trial with Alayne, it was so much fun and we found that we needed to move start time earlier because of how long it takes to curl my hair! Plus we were able to tease out (no pun intended) exactly what I wanted for the day of, even after the fact, at the end of the day, they reached out for feedback on the hair where we were able to fine tune it even more. For the day of the wedding, oh my god, they team Alayne brought with her, absolutely amazing!!! They were there on time and consistently ran ahead of schedule, to the point where we had a good amount of downtime before having to get dressed. Even with this downtime though, Alayne stayed until it was time to place my veil and do touch ups for photos. Truly an amazing experience, but it didn't stop there! When I say that my hair and make-up lasted all day, I mean it lasted ALL DAY! Even at the end of the reception my make-up did not budge and my hair was near perfect. I cannot say enough about Alayne and her team, they were truly amazing, personable and lovely to work with. I cannot recommend them enough for your wedding day hair and make-up needs!!!

I did a trial about a year before (as I donât live in the area) and she did such a great job that I knew I had to hire her. She also made me feel very comfortable about asking her to tweak little things to make it exactly what I envisioned.
They worked with me to make a timeline for myself and the 5 other women getting hair and makeup done, which made everything run very smoothly. They were at the venue on time and were very timely the whole day. They also had such a great energy and contributed to the fun and calm vibe that I wanted in the suite for the morning of my wedding.
They did such a beautiful job on hair and makeup for everyone and I highly recommend them! My hair and makeup stayed the entire night and same for my whole wedding party who started even earlier in the day. Several of my bridal party and my mom even said they liked their hair/makeup more than they did at their own wedding!!
