Unfortunately, I was unable to even meet with this vendor. I had an appointment and arrived on time. When no one met us, we found an employee and asked after the individual I spoke...
with via email, she told me that she should be there soon. I tried calling her cell number, no answer, but I did receive a text stating that she was unable to talk at the moment. I gave it a few minutes, as we had arrived about 10 minutes early, until the time for the appointment passed and texted back letting her know where we were at in the building and that we were there for our appointment. No response. I emailed asking if there was another place in the building we should meet. No response. I texted again after 5 minutes asking if we needed to reschedule. No response. We waiting until 12 minutes after our meeting time had passed before texting that we were leaving and asking her to reach out if she wanted to reschedule. The only response I received was "Understood. My apologies". I was surprised there was no explanation or attempt to reschedule. I could have worked with someone who communicated with me, I understand things come up, emergencies happen, everyone makes mistakes. But to not even attempt to continue to do business with me? I was very disappointed. Hopefully this was a one off situation, but I doubt she will be reaching back out to me. Clearly she isn't interested in us celebrating our day at their venue.

l, and truly listen to their clients to ensure that an event of any type and size is well executed. The photos do not do justice to this beautiful indoor and outdoor space! You must schedule a tour and find out about this hidden gem in Hanover!
Venue is very clean and has many decorating options. Convenient to the vendors at the Markets for food and desserts. Great to have wedding and reception at 1 location.
