Our Historic Downtown Venue is located in the Heart of Asheville and host 3 Floors of Event Space for your Event. The Main Dining Room and Foyer located on the first floor can hold up to 200 seated and 400 cocktail style reception. The 3rd floor Noble Room is a beautifully designed room with a private balcony over looking Downtown Asheville and the Blue Ridge Mountains. Adjacent to the Noble room is our Historic Theater which will capture your guests with the detail and design and is great for your ceremony or cocktail hour up to 100 guest; seated capacity in the Theater is 300. building (well the 1st and 3rd floors, plus parking lot) for our wedding ceremony and reception. All of our guests were amazed with the building, especially the 3rd floor theater (GORGEOUS). They even let our dog in the building (she was part of the wedding). There is an old crank-elevator that is very neat (and comes with an elevator operator) but you can still take the stairs between the floors. The only downside is the limited bathrooms on the 3rd floor (2 stalls in 1 room) but there are 2 large individual bathrooms on the 1st floor and we were allowed access to the basement bathrooms (sorry boys, that’s where you got to go!), so it wasn’t a problem, even with ~150 guests.

The dining room has beautiful hardwood floors. There are not a ton of windows, but add twinkling likes and it creates a romantic room. The third floor is such a unique location. We had our bar out on the balcony, a side room for drinks, a room by the balcony for cake and cocktail hour, and the theatre turns into a dance floor (with plenty of room to tuck a DJ, a photobooth, cocktail tables, and chairs). You can even pick the theatre curtains backdrop.
In addition, it is located right in the middle of Downtown Asheville, so our wedding party continued after the event ended at 11pm. If you choose this venue I also suggest giving Shay Brown Events, as well as Celine and Company Catering a try!
