Arrowleaf Chef Catering creates unforgettable wedding meals inspired by the beauty, warmth, and character of North Central Washington. Based in the Methow Valley, we specialize in paella cooked fresh on-site—an interactive, generous, and beautifully communal dining experience that feels perfectly at home at a mountain wedding.
Led by Chef Jon Brown, former owner and chef of Arrowleaf Bistro, Arrowleaf Chef combines decades of culinary experience with relaxed, thoughtful hospitality. Our signature paella celebrations are designed to bring guests together, with colorful pans prepared in view of the party and served alongside seasonal accompaniments tailored to your wedding.
We strive to provide a truly professional and memorable experience layered with a relaxed mountain vibe for our clients . We serve weddings throughout the Methow Valley, Chelan, Okanogan County, and the greater North Central Washington region, bringing memorable food and a true sense of place to every celebration.
