d to book my wife a Staycation because she deserved it... I specifically search for a 4Star hotel through AAA and immediately upon arrival everything went bad... After putting up my credit card for incidental, I was told, "Sorry, our swimming pool is closed" "Renovations are going on (everywhere) til 6pm and will return at 10am". So it will be noisy" We do not have a dedicated restaurant area and bar". EVERYTHING I expected from a four (4) Star experience was taken away. Could have seriously rented the $75 Motel 6. This experience has taught me to purchase refundable tickets from now on. Call before you book this hotel to make sure you will have access to amenities.

it reminded me of an open house you go to and it’s been the same old lady who’s lived in it for 45 years. I had no outlets for my computers I had the old clock alarm gadget from back to the future years and I was just confused. So I called the front desk and said hey this doesn’t look like the photos online with the bed having a new headboards and outlets and office desk mine looks like my grandmas old 1956 home decor. This is only reason why I gave it a two star because she did change my room to the newly updated room so I really appreciate her but realistically I don’t know why they would put anyone in the old rooms because it was gross…. Now entering my new room it’s better yes but wow Marriott is just trying to super glue stuff together I’m assuming before the World Cup since they will be playing at the Dallas stadium dow the street but this hotel needs more than just head boards and office desk. The shower is disgusting and had stains of red and the white color rubbed was chipping and pealing and there’s no where to put your damn shampoo or conditioner also they give you a bar of soap not body wash like again old style stuff that’s just hilarious to me.. they gave me 1 Aquafina when I checked in and it never got replaced by the cleaning ladies ever again for my 4 day stay… downstairs they had constructions going on all day and drilling… school lunch was offered for breakfast grab and go style it was a joke. This hotel should be shut down and ran through like hotel inspections because it should be at least a 2 star hotel I wouldn’t see the difference of this and a motel 6. If you want to stay in Arrington please do not stay at this hotel unless you’re homeless.

t assistance. In general, the level of service does not feel improved from when the property operated as a Crowne Plaza, based on how some staff interact with guests. That said, I would like to recognize Alexis, the front desk manager, for providing excellent service. She has been consistently professional, friendly, and very helpful, and she stands out as a positive example of how guests should be treated.
